Abstract

CV Gunung Agung established since 1990 is a company which is a branch of PT. Great Mountain Center. As a branch company, product and price has been arranged so that the uniformity of the product and the price is no different in different regions. During the establishment of this company until this year the company has not been able to achieve the sales target has been set from the center. While promotional activities in the form of advertising and sales promotion to achieve the sales target continues to be maximized.Thus, the problem is how the role of the cost of advertising and sales promotion expenses to the value it sold PT. Gunung Agung Lampung branch.The hypothesis is the cost of advertising and sales promotion costs greatly affect the sales of the Supreme PT.Gunung Lampung branch.Setelh testing, it turns out variabeladvertising effect on sales. Figures advertising costs variable coefficient β1 = 14.9830 indicates that every increment of Rp. 1 (the rupiah) would add to the cost of advertising sales of Rp. 14.9830. Variable coefficient value of sales promotion costs would lead to increase in the sales value of Rp. 7.1766.In terms of the contribution of each variable is seen that the administrative costs contributed terhadapnilai greater sales when compared to the cost of sales promotion. But in terms of the relationship between variables is seen that the variable cost of sales promotion more closely (94.56%) when compared with the cost of advertising (90.61%).While in terms of contribution to sales variable, together the two variables provide a contribution of 90.37% while the rest of 9.67 was obtained from other variables, such as personal selling or other marketing variables.Keywords: Variable, Advertising, Sales Promotion, Sales

Abstract

This research aims to know and study the influence of variable EPS, CAR, and LDR against. The object of this research is the State-Owned bank listed in the 2012-2016 period BEI. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual data are taken from the annual reports of each bank i.e. bank BNI, independent, BTN, and BRI. The dependent variable is the price of the stock while the independent variable is CAR, LDR, and EPS. Data analysis using multiple regression equation regression estimation model using a Common Effect Model or Pooled Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that there is a significant influence of the simultaneous independent variable that is used against the dependent variable. While partially only a positive and influential EPS variables significantly to the stock price, while variable CAR and LDR have no effect against the State-Owned bank share price listed at the IDX. Keywords: Stock Prices, CAR, EPS, LDR, Listed

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of management implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 the college in Bandar Lampung and important aspect of service quality. The samples are all of students of  the colleges was applied quality management system. This study uses regression analysis to determine the impact of academic service quality of the education institutions . Then uses the Cartesian diagram to identify the aspects that are priorities for student academic services related college.The results showed that the significance level 0.034 alpha is smaller than 0.05. It is mean that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, and it can be stated that the application of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System significantly affect the quality of Academic Services . R square of 0.023 or 2.3 % indicates the magnitude of the effect of the application of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System on the Quality of Academic Services is still smaller . Based on result of the analysis and then the Cartesian diagram proves that the aspects that determine of the academic services quality and  satisfaction factors are the comfort of the services, facilities services, the attention of service personnel, and personnel responsiveness to student complaints. Keywords : quality management system, quality of service

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, image and satisfaction on customer loyalty. Samples in this study are customers of Bank BRI Palembang Kebun Bunga with a sample size of 80 respondents. The samples in this study using simple random sampling technique. From the data obtained, the analysis of data using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that service quality effect on customer loyalty, and the handling of complaints effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

Bandar Lampung has considerable potential to produce Emping Melinjo, Lampung pretty good natural conditions for growing trees Emping melijo as raw material, it is the primary driving factor Emping Melinjo business grows. Small businesses including chips and drives the economic growth of the community, because it has a very efficient performance, productive also have higher competitiveness.But there are several problems encountered, among others: (1) marketing, (2) capital, (3) innovation and utilization of information technology, (4) the supply of raw materials, (5) and the empowerment of labor absorption, and (6) plans business development. Deals with the problems faced, the strategies needed to overcome them. Business development chips, certainly not enough to simply charged to the business itself, but there should be good support from stakeholders, business associations, universities, and related institutions. Abstract

From the expected income in the future. Good financial management can maximize company value. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. The sample in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 20014-2016. The method of determining the sample used was purposive sampling. By using several predetermined criteria, this study uses 39 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that: 1) capital structure does not affect the value of the company, 2) the size of the company has a negative and significant effect on firm value.Keywords - Capital Structure, Company Size, Company Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to identify the effect of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of Private University lecturers in Bandar Lampung through intervening motivation variables. The type of the research is causality which examine the relationship of exogent variables (leadership and organizational culture) with endogent variable (lecturer performance) through motivation moderator variable. The research population is 352 lecturers and the number of the sample is 143 respondents using non-probability sampling technique and quota sampling method. The results of the research are leadership and organizational culture simultaneously give contribution equal to 37,44% to motivation. Leadership, organizational culture and motivation together contributes 52.42% to lecturer performance. Organizational culture has a more dominant effect in shaping motivation than leadership variables. This can be seen from the contribution of organizational culture in the form of motivation by 60% greater than the leadership of motivation which is only 12%. Simultaneously motivation has more dominant contribution to the performance of 48% greater than organizational culture on the performance which is only 47% and leadership is only -27%. This can be interpreted that the role of motivation is considered important as an intervening variable in shaping the performance of private university lecturers in Bandar Lampung. Keywords — Leadership, Organizational Culture, Motivation and Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk  mengindentifikasikan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan  budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen  Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS)  di Bandar Lampung melalui variabel intervening motivasi.  Jenis penelitian  bersifat kausalitas yaitu menguji hubungan exogent variables (kepemimpinan dan  budaya organisasi) dengan endogent variable (kinerja dosen)  melewati variabel moderator motivasi.  Populasi penelitian berjumlah 352 orang dosen jumlah sampel 143 reponden menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling   dan metode  quota sampling. Hasil penelitian ditemukan kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara simultan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 37,44% kepada motivasi.  Kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar 52,42% kepada kinerja dosen. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dalam membentuk motivasi dibandingkan dengan  variabel kepemimpinan. Hal ini terlihat dari kontribusi  budaya organisasi dalam membentuk motivasi sebesar  60% lebih besar dari kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi yang hanya sebesar 12%. Secara simultan  motivasi lebih dominan berkontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 48%  lebih besar dari budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja yang hanya 47% serta kepemimpinan yang hanya  -27%.  Hal ini dapat diartikan  bahwa peran motivasi dinilai penting sebagai variabel intervening dalam membentuk kinerja dosen PTS di Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci — Kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi dan kinerja

Abstract

Currently the population of Bandar Lampung changes and growth over time which causes a shift in the population age structure of the young into adulthood. Projections can help predict when Bandar Lampung population of productive age with the smallest ratio of dependency load-called demographic bonus. Opportunities from the demographic bonus can be seen from the structure of the population in Bandar Lampung, including a young population structure. It can be seen from the large number of young people (0-14 years), although the number of births has decreased when compared with five years ago and life expectancy is increasing is characterized by an increasing number of elderly. Contribution of research to be achieved is 1) Lampung city government could control the number of births so that when the number of births is decreasing, population growth slowed from a young age population of productive age. With a population that must be borne by little, the city of Bandar Lampung obtain a window of opportunity to push its economy more quickly. This can only be achieved if the government can create social and economic policies right. 2) To promote economic growth in the city of Bandar Lampung, the government needs to suppress the rate of population growth. One of them with a re-run family planning program. 3) The increase in the productive age of the demographic bonus will increase the income of the productive age group so that the middle class population in Bandar Lampung increased. This bias is obtained by using the techniques of data collection through survey by distributing questionnaires to people in 20 Sub City Lampung processed data through path analysis that can measure the opportunities and threats bonus Demographics in improving the quality of human resources to promote economic development in Bandar Lampung.Keywords: Bonus Demographics, Human Sumberday Quality, Economic Development

Abstract

Employee contributions to the organization are very dominant, because employees are producing work for the organization, ie, each job in the organization is always carried out by employees. Success or failure of an organization depends largely on the human element that doing so is necessary to fringe benefits to employees in accordance with the nature and circumstances. Some of the problems seen in the private university,include uneven incentives for each employee. The provisions on incentives is still no clarity, this can happen because there are no binding regulations on the definition or provision of incentives. Another problem is the lack of employee commitment to the company. Research to be conducted research kind of explanation (explanation) or explanatory research that uses the same data, explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing, with respondents as many as 64 people. Abstract

In information technology era, there are so much promising chance and business challenge for enterprises in Indonesia, for instance to expand the market target of products from Indonesian enterprises. But, in other hand, this challenge also brings a tough competition. So that, the enterprise should have a good strategy to face the competition, but also focus on developing their business, products, price, promotion, and effectively distribute their products. One of developed business in Indonesia is sport product seller. The issue of this paper is how to analyze the products and price toward consumer decision to buy sport shoes brand Adidas at sport shop in Pangkalpinang city. Based on the result of double regression analysis partially and simultaneously, there is significant and positive effect between product (x1) and price (x2) toward consumer decision in selecting soccer shoes brand Adidas at sport shop in Pangkalpinang city. The regression equation between each variable is Y= 0,117 + 0,827X1 + 0,168 X2 + e or determination coefficient value of 0.787 (73.8%) that means 73.8% decision variable can be explain by variable product and price.Key words –product, price, consumer decision
