Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine marketing on the purchasing decision. This research used an online questionnaire where distributed to internet users over the age of 18 via G-form (Google Form). The sample used in this study amounted to 400 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression method. The validity and reliability of the instrument were assessed using IBM SPSS. continued with the analysis of the classical assumption test, t-test and F-test. Partialy, Social Media Marketing and SEM have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, but on the other hand the Email Marketing do not have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Aktivitas yang merugikan alam dan menyebarkan karbon tingkat tinggi khususnya pada perusahaan seharusnya menyumbangkan tanggung jawab yang setara. Namun, penelitian mengenai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi akuntansi karbon perusahaan masih terbatas di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi praktik pengungkapan emisi karbon pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2021 hingga 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 143 perusahaan yang akan diolah menggunakan SPSS v 30.00 dengan uji statistik, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat transparansi dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan tipe industri, proporsi kepemilikan negara, paparan media, dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of Elon Musk’s political involvement on Tesla Inc.’s financial stability and investor sentiment. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through document analysis, the research employs secondary data from financial reports, NASDAQ stock movements, and reputable media sources. Findings show that Musk’s political activity heightened stock volatility, contributed to a 9% revenue decline, and led to a 71% drop in net income in Q1 2025. Tesla’s strong association with Musk intensified market sensitivity, triggering retail panic selling and portfolio adjustments by institutional investors. Political uncertainties also weakened automotive margins and increased R&D pressures. The study recommends stronger corporate governance, greater transparency, CEO succession planning, and strategic diversification to mitigate risk. Overall, the results highlight the importance of leadership-crisis management and proactive communication in maintaining investor confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at Perum DAMRI Lampung Branch. In a dynamic work environment, workload and workplace conditions are key factors that influence employee productivity. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The population in this study includes all administrative employees of Perum DAMRI Lampung Branch, with a sample size of 62 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial (t-test), and simultaneous (F-test) testing. The results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, the work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, workload and work environment significantly affect employee performance, contributing 59.3%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings highlight the importance of proportional workload management and a supportive work environment to improve employee performance. This study is expected to serve as a reference for Perum DAMRI management in formulating policies to enhance work quality and employee well-being.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and digital transformation, many businesses face challenges in maximizing the potential of digital marketing, including CV. Hayat Handayani, which previously experienced limited market reach and stagnant customer interactions. This situation prompted the need to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's digital marketing implementation. This study aims to assess the extent to which digital marketing strategies can support improved business performance. The research method used a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with three informants. The results showed that digital marketing provided significant improvements in several indicators, such as sales growth in the first three months, expanding audience reach outside the region, and increasing social media interactions. Analysis based on the AIDA model showed that the Awareness and Interest stages were the most dominant aspects, driven by the use of visual content, paid advertising, and collaboration with local influencers. Meanwhile, the Action stage still requires strengthening the consistency of purchase calls and optimizing transaction features. This study concluded that digital marketing implementation has been effective, but still requires strategic improvements to achieve more optimal results. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for companies in developing more targeted digital marketing strategies.. Keywords —Effectiveness, Implementation, Digital Marketing

Abstract

The problem of limited access to formal financing for MSMEs has become a strategic issue in the development of the national economic sector. The government responded to this condition by launching the KUR program as a low-interest financing scheme. This study aims to examine the effect of credit interest rates and credit amounts on KUR demand at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wates Padang Cermin Unit. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary time series data for the period 2020–2024, which was analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results show that partially, credit interest rates have a negative and significant effect on KUR demand, while credit amounts have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a significant effect on KUR demand. These findings support macroeconomic theory which states that lower interest rates encourage credit demand, and indicate that increasing credit availability also strengthens access to financing for MSMEs. This research provides practical contributions for policy makers and financial institutions in formulating a more effective and inclusive KUR distribution strategy. This research uses a limited research scope on one work unit (BRI Unit Wates Padang Cermin) so that the results cannot be generalized to the entire national BRI network using a relatively short observation period of only the last few years. .   Keywords — Interest Rates, Credit Amounts, Credit Demand from Small Businesses, UMKM, BRI

Abstract

This research analyzes how work-life balance and work-related stress influence employee performance at the Pesawaran Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The study was conducted in response to growing work demands that may affect employee performance through psychological and organizational conditions. A quantitative survey approach was employed by involving all 35 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data were obtained through structured questionnaires that had been tested and confirmed to be valid and reliable. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, preceded by classical assumption testing. The results reveal that work-life balance contributes positively and significantly to employee performance, while work stress does not show a significant individual effect. Nevertheless, when examined simultaneously, both variables significantly affect performance. These findings indicate that strengthening work-life balance policies, accompanied by appropriate stress management, is essential for maintaining a productive and stable work environment.

Abstract

  Public information disclosure requires the Lampung Regional Police to optimize its website as a digital communication channel; however, the communication pattern formed through poldalampung.com has not been clearly mapped. This study aims to describe Polda Lampung’s organizational communication model in managing public information via poldalampung.com. Using a qualitative case-study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with officials and staff of the Public Relations Division, observation of the website’s interface and features, and content analysis of news, announcements, and service information. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with attention to the characteristics of linear, interactional, and transactional communication models. The findings indicate that website-based communication is still dominated by a one-way linear pattern, while interactional elements appear only to a limited extent through complaint and information-request channels that are asynchronous and largely administrative. Dialogic and simultaneous transactional communication is not yet evident. These results imply the need to strengthen the website’s function as a space for dialogue by adding interactive features and improving responsiveness, so that Polda Lampung’s public communication becomes more participatory and aligned with the principles of information openness in the digital era.

Abstract

The dynamics of public reputation and trust in the Indonesian National Police are influenced by news coverage and social media discourse. Yet, comprehensive studies on the strategic communication practices of the Public Relations Bureau of the Lampung Regional Police in strengthening institutional reputation in digital spaces remain limited. This study aims to analyze the digital communication strategies of Bidang Humas Polda Lampung and to evaluate its social media management in efforts to build, maintain, and strengthen institutional reputation. Using a qualitative case study design, the research covers the 2022–2024 period. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and content documentation from official channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and the official website), with source and method triangulation. The findings indicate targeted digital communication management through systematic content planning, cross-platform message adaptation, coordinated issue response and clarification, and responsive, ethical two-way interaction. The study also maps three key aspects: the workflow of public communication management, cross-platform channel utilization, and public interaction patterns associated with reputation. The study recommends strengthening personnel capacity, refining operational guidelines for issue management, and conducting periodic evaluations using platform analytics to ensure that digital communication strategies are implemented consistently and sustainably.
