This research is background by good service towards cadre service toward the Posyandu elderly participant at Posyandu Nagari VII Koto Talago Guguak Sub-district of Lima Puluh Kota. The purpose of the study describes the benefits of services include: (1) information services, (2) facilities services, (3) health services. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in the study amounted to 60 people. The sampling technique in this research is the cluster random sampling method, with 30 samples. The collection technique is a questionnaire, while the data collection tool uses a list of statements. The results showed that the benefits of cadre service according to members are very good: (1) excellent information service, (2) excellent facility service, (3) excellent health service. Suggestions for the delivery of services provided to the cadres to the participants are continuously improved so that participants feel happy in the service.Keywords: Cadre Service, Information, Facility, Health

This research describes the effectiveness of using powerpoint media on adolescent learning in the mosque Air Tawar Timur. The population in this research is 40sampels, with a total sample of 20 people using a cluster sampling technique. The main instrument of this research is observation. Based on the research, result of uji hipotesis is thitung> ttable(2,09 <9,30>2,86). The difference in control class increase to experiment class is significant. So this activity can be effective when using powerpoint media.Keywords: Learning Media, Participation

This research is a background by the bad moral of a child in Bungo Pasang Salido village in IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan district. Purpose this research is (1) to describe the interaction intensity of parents with a child, (2) to describe child morally, (3) to look relations between interactions intensity of parent-child with child morals. This research was quantitative correlational. The population in this research amounted to 67 with 34 people as a sample. Techniques of data collection with the questonanaire sheet statement. Data analysis techniques using percentage formulas and product-moment correlation formulas. The result showed (1) interactions intensity of parents with child still low, (2) child morals in Bungo Pasang Salido village, in IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan district was still bad, (3) there is a very significant correlation between interactions intensity of parent-child with child moral, because analysis value is 0,991 still confirmed with rtable for n=34 is 0,339 for significant level 5% more than for significant level 1% is 0,436.Keywords: Interaction Intensity, Child Moral

This research is motivated by professional tutors in carrying out their main duties and functions at SPNF, a Learning Center for Padang Panjang City. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) motivation, (2) briefing, and (3) supervision in the framework of management by the SKB Head. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. The study population amounted to 12 people who were also respondents to the study. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, with data collection tools using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that (1) the direction in improving the professional learning service was categorized quite high, (2) motivating the improvement of professional learning services is categorized as quite high, and (3) supervision in improving professional learning is categorized quite high. Suggestions that leaders can maintain management both from aspects of motivation, direction, and supervision.Keywords: Management, Briefing, Direction, Supervision

This research was background by the high learning outcomes of student, which is presumably because of the learning aspirations of high learning citizens in participating in the computer operator skills Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Payakumbuh city. This research purpose to (1) describe the aspirations of learners to achieve the goals, (2) to describe the aspirations of the studying people from the desire to participate in the training, and (3) to describe the aspirations of the studying citizens with regard to resolve. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this research is the residents learn the skills of computer operator Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Payakumbuh city which amounted to 32 people. Samples were taken as much as 63%. The sample is 20 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that: (1) the aspirations of the villagers to achieve high ideals, (2) the aspsirations of the learners from the desire to participate in training activities are quite high, and (3) the aspirations of the studying residents with regard to determination in training activities as well high.Keywords: Aspiration, Students, Training

This research is motivated by the good attitude of an adolescent from a single-parent family in Kenagarian Pauh Kambar, Nan Sabaris Sub-district, Padang Pariaman District. The purpose of this study is to describe moral education in terms of (1) moral reasoning, (2) moral behavior, and (3) moral personality. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 55 people. The sampling technique in this research is stratified random sampling. The number of samples in this study was 32 people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questions. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage. The results showed that moral education according to adolescents from single-parent families is very good, it is seen from (1) moral reasoning, (2) moral behavior, and (3) moral personality. Suggestions for the moral education of these three aspects can be further enhanced by teens from single-parent families.Keywords: Moral Education, Teens Attitude, Single Parent Family

The purpose of this research is to describe in a family educator, learner in the family, learning objectives, materials, methods of learning and the learning environment in the family of a recidivist at Kelurahan Lubuk Buaya Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang. This research used the method of qualitative research in the form of a case study. The data collection technique using snowball sampling. The collected data through observation and interviews. Analysis of the data using qualitative analysis data. The proses of analysis data are data reduction, data display, and verification. Based on the results of this research concluded that educator in the family is the recidivist, learners in a recidivist family is his wife and the child, the learning goal is for the children to have manners as the foundation of his life. The materials are honesty and openness, religion and manners, responsibility, shaping of our thinking. The learning environment is the family, community and natural surroundings.Keywords: Education, Family, Recidivist

This article aims to determine parental understanding of the development of emotional problems in children who have a phobia disorder and know how to overcome the phobia. Knowing what emotions occur due to phobia. And what methods are used by parents in overcoming the phobia. In general, emotions are divided into two, namely positive emotions and negative emotions. Phobia in children is a form of negative emotion. The phobia where children have excessive fear or anxiety. Emotional children will be disrupted due to the phobia they experienced. The development of a child’s social in Nagari Koto Lamo Kapur IX District of Lima Puluh Kota Regency is still low. This is assumed because the socialization in the family carried out by the parents is still less effective. This purpose research to see describe the socialization in the family and the development of a child’s social. This research is that by using area random sampling technique. The data collection tool that is used is a questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculations and using the Product Moment formula to see the relationship of both. The results based on t findings and discussion can be concluded that: (1) socialization in the family has not been done properly. (2) The social development of children is still low. (3) There is a significant relationship between socialization in the family and the social development of children. a suggestion that can be submitted is the parents need to improve the socialization in the family.Keywords: Socialization, Family, Social Development, Early Childhood

The slow decline in fertility rates (TFR) and the weakening of the implementation of the program for Population, Family Planning and Family Development (KKBPK) at the level of the field lines at the moment, so it will need a strategic innovation program to strengthen KKBPK 2015-2019 program that has leverage the efforts to achieve the target / targets as well as expand the scope of the cultivation program at all levels KKBPK West Java Province through the family planning construck program. Family planning construck in design as a community empowerment efforts of the management of family planning programs. Its activities are managed based on the principle of, by, and for the community itself, as an end of course the development of society itself. The government only stimulate and mentoring, the rest is the responsibility of society. With the approach of qualitative research study conducted by applying the stages of operational research in order to evaluate the success of the intervention program in family planning construck at Nagrak, Sukabumi regency. The purpose of this study to improve the achievement KKBPK program and other related programs to mewujudkaan quality small family. The research results are the success of the family planning construck is largely determined by the active role of the family or the community in various levels, to the need for intervention programs, funds, facilities, infrastructure, IEC, advocacy, mobilization and facilitation of SKPDKB and across sectors with the final target culture movement collectively and sustainable, the village family planning can be considered as a public initiative is not just a government program. Regent crucial role together Working Group Family planning construck Regency / City by involving members of parliament sit with an agenda intervention program in the family planning construck as well as to maintain the continuity of the program.
