Abstract

This research is motivated by the increase in divorce rates in District X of Koto Singkarak in the last three years, namely in 2017 there were 72 divorce cases, 2018 there were 76 divorce cases, and in 2019 there were 114 cases. The increase in divorce rates is due to the lack of good behavior of married couples, while the married couples have joined the pre-marital course program. This is allegedly due to the low understanding of married couples towards the pre-marital course topic. This study aims to look at the description of the understanding of married couples on pre-marital course topics, see the behavior of married couples in families, and see the relationship between the two. This type of research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 200 married couples who had received pre-marital courses and were still domiciled in District X of Koto Singkarak. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling type Convenient Sampling. Samples were taken as many as 40 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique with a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques the percentage formula. The results showed that: (1) The understanding of married couples about pre-marital course material is very high; (2) The behavior of married couples in married life is classified as bad; (3) There is no relationship between the understanding of husband and wife to pre-marital course topic with behavior in the family.Keywords: Retention of Topic, Pre-Marital Course, Family Behavior

Abstract

Playing is something that can’t be realeased by children this activity they do almost every day. In this modern era, games played by children are increasingly sophisticated. So that the traditional game began to be forgotten. In fact, in terms of health, traditional games help more children in their growth and development. Children are in the golden age, at the age the physical and brain of the child are in a period of very rapid development. Abstract

The achievement of community development goals in Kampung Baca Bukik Ase is caused by the existence of volunteers in every implementation of development activities. This study aims to describe the roles of volunteers in terms of educating the community (educating), facilitating community development activities (facilitative), building relationships with various sources for the continuation of community development activities (representative), and managing various matters relating to community development activities (technical). This type of research is qualitative research using a case study approach. Data sources in this study consisted of research subjects, namely permanent volunteers in Kampung Baca Bukik Ase, and research informants, namely managers and volunteers from Kampung Baca Bukik Ase partners. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and documentation with data analysis used, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, as well as data validity techniques of the results of this study were conducted by triangulation of sources. The results of this study indicate that role of volunteers in community development in Kampung Baca Bukik Ase are: (1) volunteers have performed their roles properly and appropriately in raising awareness and providing useful information for the community, as well as assistance provided by volunteers in organizing activities in accordance with community needs; (2) volunteers have carried out appropriate social development to solve problems in carrying out community development activities, are involved in solving problems faced by the community and recognize and utilize community resources and skills; (3) volunteers have created a relationship and developed networks and established partnerships with partners and shared information about activities through social media; (4) volunteers have nor been involved in the management of activities and finance, but have used modern technology in every development activity carried out.Keywords: Roles, Volunteers, Community Development

Abstract

The background of this research is that the lack of involvement of educated citizens in participating in the PKBM Ararudah PKBM Village in Pariaman City, the researchers suspect the cause of the lack of involvement of the learning community is due to the lack of intensity of program socialization by the manager. This study aims to find a picture of the intensity of program socialization by managers, knowing the picture of learning community involvement, and how the two are related. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The study population was all learning residents who were active in the Ar-Raudah PKBM Balai Naras Village, Pariaman City, amounting to 43 people. The samples in this study were taken as much as 80% with a total of 35 people sampled. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used the percentage formula and product moment. The results showed that: (1) the intensity of program socialization by managers is still lack, (2) the involvement of learning citizens is still low, and (3) there was a significant relationship between the intensity of program socialization by managers with the involvement of learning residents in PKBM Ar- Raudah in Balai Naras Village, Pariaman City.Keywords: Socialization Intensity, Involvement, Learning Citizens
