<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of the trainees, where the approach used by the trainer has not encouraged the enthusiasm of the participants to take part in the training. This study aims to determine how much the relationship between the andragogical approach and learning motivation in automotive training at the Job Training Center in Padang City. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The population of this study were all 32 participants of the Automotive Training. The sampling technique used Stratified Random Sampling by taking a sample of 65% of the population, so the research sample was 22 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis used was correlation with spearmen. The results showed that (1) the andragogic approach was classified as good, (2) the training participants' learning motivation was good and (3) there was a relationship between the andragogical approach and learning motivation in automatic training at the Padang City Job Training Center.Keywords: andragogical approach, learning motivation]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the high interest and participation of participants in the Make-up training. It is suspected that participants still need Youtube media to support learning outcomes in terms of performance, management of the learning environment, and implementation of learning evaluation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of 32 participants and a sample of 32 participants using total random sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire with percentage calculation data analysis. The research results show the following. First, the implementation of YouTube use and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the aspect of preparation, were carried out well. Second, the implementation of the use of YouTube and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the implementation aspect, was well implemented. Third, the implementation of the use of YouTube and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the aspect of assessment, was carried out well. Researchers suggest that tutors in make-up training at PKBM Sahabat should give awards or rewards to learning citizens who have succeeded well and satisfactorily after the assessment of the make-up training is carried out.Keyword: youtube, make up, training]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low learning success in the office application training at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi. Researchers suspect that the cause of the training participants' low learning success is to the lack of implementation of learning strategies by the instructors. The problems studied in this research are, "Is there a relationship between the learning strategy of office applications and the success of studying at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi?". This research is to see an overview of learning strategies, an overview of learning success, how the relationship between the two. This research is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. The population in the study amounted to 40 people who met the criteria. While the sample was determined to be 75% of 40, namely 30 people. Data collection in the research was conducted by researchers using a questionnaire technique and the tools used were questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula, the Product Moment formula. It can be concluded that: (1) the learning strategy at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi office applications is not good, (2) the success of learning office applications in LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi is categorized as low. (3) there is a significant relationship between the office application learning strategy and the learning success at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi. For this reasons, the authors give several suggestions (1) It is hoped that the instructor in making an attractive media learning strategy method increases high learning success, so that active participants office application training activities LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi can do well. (2) It is expected that LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi will improve the quality of learning training for office applications at LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi. <![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low speaking ability of early childhood in Pisang Village, Kinali District, Pasaman Regency. It is suspected that one of the reasons is because the communication applied in the family is not quite right. This study aims to: 1) describe the communication that occurs in the family; 2) describe early childhood speech skills; and 3) looking at the relationship between communication within the family and the speaking ability of aged children in Pisang Village, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. This research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were 26 housewives who had children aged 4-5 years. The sample amounted to 19 people with sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and a check for the observation of the development of speech in early childhood. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and the correlation formula of the Sperman Rho correlation. The results of this study indicate: 1) the communication that occurs within the family in Pisang Village is in the wrong category; 2) the speaking ability of early childhood in Kampung Pisang is still low; and 3) there is a significant relationship between communication within the family and the speaking ability of early childhood in Pisang Village, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. Research suggestions are: 1) it is hoped that the family can implement good, dynamic, intensive, and harmonious communication with children, to improve their speaking ability in children; and 2) it is hoped that further researchers will be able to examine other variables that affect the development of children's self-speech abilitiesKeywords: communication, speech application, early childhood, family education]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to reveal an overview of the confidence of training graduates, and to reveal the relationship between self-confidence and entrepreneurial interest in beauty training graduates at the Training and Training Institute (LKP) Martha Siska Padang. The results of the observations show that the low interest in entrepreneurship is thought to be caused by a lack of self-confidence from beauty training graduates. This type of research is a correlational study that uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were graduates of beauty training for the period 2019. The sampling technique was saturated sampling and the sample was the entire population. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the tools used were a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearman Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the confidence of training graduates is low; 2) training graduates have low interest in entrepreneurship;3) There is a significant relationship between self-confidence and entrepreneurial interest in beauty training graduates at LKP Martha Siska, Padang City. Suggestions from this research are that training graduates are expected to be confident in their potential, and institutional managers are expected to generate self-confidence and entrepreneurial interest from beauty training trainees, as well as increase knowledge of trainees about self-confidence and interest in entrepreneurship. in practice it has been done well.Keywords: self-confidence, interest in entrepreneurship]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students of package C class XI in computer subjects in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This is presumably because it has something to do with the learning enviroment in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district, Pesisir Selatan. This study aims to look at the description of learning motivation, learning environment and the relationship between learning motivation and learning environment of package C class XI students in computer subject at PKBM SAKATO, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is quantitative research that is descriptive corerelational. The study population was 40 students of package C in PKBM SAKATO, Bayang district and a sample of 75% namely 30 people with the sampling technique is a random sample. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the formula for the percentage of product moment correlation. The results of this study show that the learning environment of students is categorized as less conducive, then the learning motivation of students in the package C class XI in PKBM SAKATO is still categorized as low, this can be observed through the answers that have been given by respondents to the indicators of the statements that were examined. Then there is a significant relationship between the learning environment and the learning motivation of the XI class C package students in PKBM SAKATO. Suggestions to the management of the SAKATO PKBM institution to further improve the qualityy of the environment for learning. <![CDATA[The Relationship Between Instructors' Teaching Skills and the Learning Outcomes of the Learning Community at PKBM Surya, Padang City. Thesis. Faculty of Science Education. Padang State University. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of citizens learning to attend sewing training at PKBM Surya, Padang city. This is presumably because it has something to do with the teaching skills of PKBM instructor Surya, Padang city. This study aims to describe the teaching skills of instructors, learning outcomes of learning citizens in the learning environment, and the relationship between instructor teaching skills and sewing learning outcomes of learning residents at PKBM Surya Kota Padang.This type of research is quantitative research that is descriptive correlational. The population of the study were all 20 learning citizens who attended sewing training at PKBM Sury Padang city and respondents, namely all residents learning embroidery training, with the sampling technique used was a quota sampling. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation.The results of this study show that the teaching skills of the instructor are not good, the learning outcomes of learning citizens to sew are low, and there is a significant relationship between the teaching skills of the instructors and the learning outcomes of learning citizens in PKBM Surya Padang city, this is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the correlation using the Spearman rho formula. which is indicates that rcount (0.619) is greater than rtable at both the 5% confidence level (0.450) and the 1% confidence level (0.591). It is suggested that the PKBM Surya institution provide a conducive learning environment so that participants are motivated to attend embroidery training.Keywords: instructor teaching skills, citizen learning outcomes ]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is that the lack of interest in reading the citizens of learning package C at PKBM Widya Dharma Nagari Solok Selatan, researchers suspect the cause of this lack of interest in reading is a lack of need for reading. This study aims to describe the reading needs of learning citizens, to find out a description of the reading interests of learning citizens and how the relationship between the two. The type of this research is a quantitative study with a correlational approach. The population of this study was all citizens who studied package C who were active in PKBM Widya Dharma Nagari Solok Selatan during the 2019 school year, totaling 30 people. The sample in this study was taken as much as 65% with a total of 20 people. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used a percentage formula and Rank order. <![CDATA[After taking The National Examination Test, some senior high school students apply to Bimbel (Learning Service Centre) in Yogyakarta and leave Bimbel in their provinces instead. The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between the teaching-learning quality of Yogyakarta`s Bimbel and students` motivation from outside Java Island for choosing Yogyakarta`s Bimbel to prepare pre-college study. The study used a quantitative method by using SPSS to analyze statistical descriptive and correlation data. There were 107 respondents from various provinces in Indonesia involved in this study. A study found that the majority of respondents agreed that the teaching-learning quality in Yogyakarta`s Bimbel helped them to enter the top-10 universities in Indonesia. Students have a high motivation to study in Yogyakarta`s Bimbel. There is a strong correlation between the teaching-learning quality of Yogyakarta`s Bimbel and students` motivation to study. The conclusions of this study are: (1) The majority of students agree that the teaching-learning quality of Yogyakarta`s Bimbel is better than their own province; (2) Students` motivation to study in Yogyakarta`s Bimbel is high; And (3) There is a strong relationship between teaching-learning quality and students` motivation to study in Yogyakarta`s Bimbel.Keywords: Teaching-Learning Quality, Students` Motivation, Yogyakarta`s Bimbel]]>

<![CDATA[The problem discussed in this study is the low disciplinary attitude of students in scouting at SMP 5 Pariaman. While the objectives to be achieved in this research are to determine if there is was a relationship between activity following extracurricular activity with students’ discipline at SMP 5 Pariaman. The type of this research is correlational, namely looking at the relationship between activities participating in scout extracurricular activity with students’ discipline at SMP 5 Pariaman. The population in this study was taken all students who participated in scout extracurricular activities at SMP 5 Pariaman, totaling 40 people. The sample of this research was 30 people. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire using a linker scale with alternative answers: always, often, sometimes, never. Meanwhile, to measure the results of research data, descriptive formulas and product moments are used. The results showed that student activeness and student discipline in scouting were very good, and there was there is a significant relationship between activeness following scout extracurricular activities with student discipline in SMP 5 Pariaman.
