Abstract

Business activities in a company or institution currently have high competition. Companies are not only required to have a business strategy. Along with the development of information technology, companies must also develop an information system strategy based on the business strategy that the company has developed. The purpose of designing business strategies and information systems strategies is to strengthen the strength of competitiveness in the technological era by implementing strategic information systems by considering and aligning business strategies in accordance with the conditions of the strength of the company or college. The use of IT in STT Pagar Alam as a whole has not been implemented but some have been implemented both from the network, the management system, and even to the teaching system already using IT. This study aims to analyze the alignment of information technology and business strategies in STT Pagar Alam using the IT Balanced Scorecard framework. The results of the analysis of this study stated that the initial step in designing the IT Balanced Scorecard at STT Pagar Alam is to align the vision, mission, and strategy of a tertiary institution. Determined objectives to determine the strategic size of each strategic goal. The results of this study are that the use of IT in STT Pagar Alam as a whole has not been implemented and produced a strategic map that is classified from four perspectives in the IT Balanced Scorecard associated with IT strategy. Abstract

One form of artificial intelligence is the automatic detection of images. so the system can determine precisely the type of image or it can be called computer vision. Water guava fruit is a fruit that is often encountered in Indonesia, but many of the water guavas in the community are of poor quality, thus detrimental to consumers. Therefore we need a system that can detect the quality of the water guava. The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) algorithm and the k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) algorithm can be combined to do this job. PCA is an algorithm that can convert to a group of data that is initially correlated into uncorrelated data (Principal Component). The number of Principal Components generated is the same as the original data, but can be reduced to a smaller amount and is still able to represent the original data well. Meanwhile, k-NN is a method for classifying objects based on learning data that is closest to the object. The research model used in this research is a prototype, and the development tools used are UML. In making the water guava quality detection system, the MATLAB programming language is used, and the test uses the blacbox method. The result of this system is that the system is able to produce output in the form of quality classification of water guava fruit automatically.Keywords: Computer vision, PCA, k-NN

Abstract

The business environment requires organizations to have access to important and up-to-date information about their customers. Customers are one of the most important factors in today's business environment. Completeness, accuracy, up-to-date and customer information across all functions and parts of the organization is mandatory. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) can be an initiative to become a top priority in business, especially in terms of helping organizations identify and adapt to their customer needs, improve customer satisfaction, and retain existing customers.There are several well-known methodologies in implementing CRM, including methodology. Iris and the Six Sigma Methodology. There are several important points on which to base the comparison between the two methodologies including Critical Success Factor, Strength, Weakness and Organization. The Iris methodology emphasizes the integration of strategic aspects and CRM technology as one of the most attractive factors in the use of customer-oriented CRM but has many weaknesses such as limited consideration of Critical Success Factor (CSF), the user is not involved in the design of the CRM system, there is no indication or measures for user acceptance, and limited validation of methodologies for small and medium enterprises. The Six Sigma methodology has strong points in driving CRM implementation but there are many weaknesses such as limited consideration of CSF, limited validation of the methodology, the user is not involved in the design of the CRM system, and no indication or measurement of user acceptance of the methodology. The close link or integration between Iris and Six Sigma methodologies can be an effort to run a CRM system effectively and efficiently. This linkage will enable organizations to implement CRM from both a customer-oriented perspective that focuses on managing customer knowledge to anticipate future customer needs (TO-BE), establishes a clear pathway in CRM implementation that focuses on the successful adoption and implementation of CRM, prepares end users. order to be trained for the implementation of CRM, and determine the readiness of assessment of technology and organization in implementing CRMKeywords : CRM, Iris, Six sigma

Abstract

The administrative process for the Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) is important in the smooth implementation of training programs. Recording of training data that is properly archived is also a matter that needs to be considered for the smooth running of training and decision making. A LKP needs complete training program data to attract the attention of prospective trainees. Currently, the training registration process and training data recording at LKP Dotnet Computindo are still using manual recording. The information disseminated is also limited to people who are looking for and need a training place or course. Another problem is that prospective trainees find it difficult to register for training programs and find information about the type of training that will be running. On the other hand, training institution managers also experience difficulties in managing training data that support the running of the training program. Therefore we need a web-based application that can make it easier to register for training and can manage other supporting training data. In this application, software development uses the Waterfall model which is carried out in stages, and the PHP programming language. With this web-based application, it is hoped that training participants and instructors will no longer experience difficulties in finding training information that will be held at LKP Dotnet Computindo. Training managers also no longer experience difficulties in managing existing training data, so they no longer need to store data manually. Keywords : Training program, Waterfall method, training participants and teachers

Abstract

PT. Muara Dua Palembang is a mobile distributor company in the field of material sales. The number of sales transactions will be affect the inventory of goods, as a company in the field of sales often having problems in predicting the number of items that must be available for the following month. Therefore the need for a system forecasting information that will make it easier for an inside manager make a decision in determining how many items will be ordered kepbarik for the sale of the next period, so it can avoid the effects of prolonged losses. Number forecasting The stock inventory is calculated using the Single method Exponential Smoothing, the data used for this study is sales data for stirrups measuring 19 mm x 12 mm in 2015 up to 2018. After that, data analysis is performed by calculating forecasting use alpha 0.1, 0.45, and 0.9 parameters and calculate the values of the accuracy of forecasting to find out the smallest error. From the calculation results that have been made the most error value small is at alpha 0.9 with MAE = 12 and MSE = 280. The expected results in this study are information systems Forecasting items that have a functioning forecasting form to forecast the amount of demand for goods in the period to become with a Single Exponential Smoothing calculation so it can be used to determine how many items must be prepared to meet costumer demand for the next peridot. Keywords: Forecasting, Single Exponential Smoothing, Stock Items

Abstract

Puskesmas is a functional organizational unit that organizes comprehensive, integrated, equitable health efforts that are acceptable and affordable to the community. The function of the puskesmas is to provide health services to the community through the Community Health Efforts (UKM) and Individual Health Efforts (UKP) programs which are at the forefront of providing health services to the community, especially the prevention and treatment of diseases. The disease is divided into 3 types namely infectious diseases or diseases caused by germs that attack the human body. This research will attempt to handle infectious diseases, namely dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). Dengue fever or dengue fever (abbreviated as DHF) is an infection caused by dengue virus. Mosquitoes or some types of mosquitoes transmit (or spread) dengue virus. Then a computerized analysis using data mining software that supports the flow of data and information in accordance with the needs of handling dengue fever from these processes and the selection of a more suitable method is used that is using K-Means clustering.Keywords : The location determination system, dengue faver, K-Means Clusterring

Abstract

So far, the High Prosecutor's Office for Bangka Belitung Islands has not yet had a certain standard in evaluating service levels. In addition, there has never been an evaluation of governance at the service level at the High Court of Bangka Belitung Islands. In this study, the problem faced is the absence of a standardized governance system both in the management and procurement of IT equipment in each work unit, making it difficult to handle problems for each user. This is because basically services require certain effectiveness in terms of time and quality of services and optimize public service tasks in the legal field. In research using a framework to assess IT governance is Cobit 5. Where Cobit 5 can be the basis for assessment. Based on the results of the analysis using the Cobit 5 framework method using 4 domains, namely APO, EDM, BAI and MEA. The assessment uses the help of a maturity model scale, to see the current maturity level conditions. After obtaining the value of the maturity level, it will be seen in which part is needed to improve first. Thus, the results of this research provide priority domains for improvement. Abstract

Breast cancer is a type of malignant tumor which is still the number one killer where the process of spread or metastasis takes a long time. The number of breast cancer sufferers increases every year so that if detected or caught early, prevention can be done early so as to reduce the number of breast cancer sufferers. To reduce the risk of increasing the number of cancer patients, it is necessary to do early detection, several methods can be used to assist the early detection process such as cancer screening, or computational methods. Several machine learning methods that have been chosen to solve cases of breast cancer prediction, especially the classification algorithm, including Naive Bayes have the advantage of being simple but having high accuracy even though they use little data. Weaknesses in Naive Bayes, namely the prediction of the probability result is not running optimally and the lack of selection of relevant features to the classification so that the accuracy is low. This research is intended to build a classification system for detecting breast cancer using the Naive Bayes method, by adding a forward selection method for feature selection from the many features that exist in breast cancer data, because not all features are features that can be used in the classification process. The result of combining the Naive Bayes method and the forward selection method in feature selection can increase the accuracy value of 96.49% detection of breast cancer patients.

Abstract

In the current digitalization era, the application of knowledge management systems can improve the performance of information systems for the better. The knowledge management system is very important to be implemented in higher education. Having different abilities in implementing the tri dharma of higher education, therefore it is necessary to share knowledge to increase the career advancement of lecturers. The development of a lecturer performance information system based on a knowledge management system is an information system used to carry out community service activities. This system can also generate information on the achievement of targets every semester. The target achieved will be used for determining rewards and punishments. The method used for software development is a waterfall. The classical method is still often used because the stages are simpler and easier to implement. Lecturer performance information systems can help programs and supervise, run and improve the performance of lecturers at Universitas IGM

Abstract

 The hospital is a health service institution for the community with its own characteristics that require a variety of resources in carrying out its activities. One of the most important is health equipment. Medical devices are supporting aspects that support the implementation of health services. PALI Regional General Hospital is a Type D hospital, which needs to manage its medical devices. Kepmenkes Regulation No. 004 / MENKES / SK / 1/2003 concerning health policy and strategy on decentralization in the health sector states that one of the strategic objectives is the effort to organize health management in the decentralization era is to develop sub-systems of maintenance and optimization of utilization of health facilities and equipment. The amount of medical device data can only be estimated from the many or at least the available medical devices (stock), because the needs of each year are different. This results in not all the needs of medical devices being met and often additional stocks occur while the amount of APBD has been divided for each institution. So to anticipate this it is necessary to predict the need for medical devices in PALI District Hospital. If the status of medical device needs can be predicted early, the hospital can minimize data redundancy (repetition of data) and information can be up to date (update). In this study, the authors will predict medical devices in Pali District Hospital using the classification method in data mining based on the Algortima Linear Regression model to get the most accurate test results.Keywords : Prediction, Medical Devences, Linear Regression Algorithm, Naive Bayes
