Abstract

Management of Primary School (SD) Exam Participant Registration (DPU) at the Pagar Alam City Education and Culture Office is currently still done manually, namely by recording it in a ledger then the operator manages the data using Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel so it takes a long time to get good results. With the new system that can later create data processing effectively and efficiently, for this success a better system of data processing software is needed as a tool to reduce the error rate in the data search process for Primary School Exam Participant Registration (DPU). (SD). The method used in this research is the waterfall method which has the following sequence of communication, planning, modeling, construction and distribution. Based on the summary above, the authors are interested in raising the Software for Assisting Exam Participant Registration (DPU) in Elementary Schools (SD). At the Department of Education and Culture of the City of Pagar Alam.

Abstract

Decision support system (SPK) is a computer-based system that is intended to help decision makers by utilizing certain data and models to solve various unstructured problems. From the results of research observations, it was found that the system used to elect prospective student council candidates at the State High School 1 Mulak Ulu still uses a manual selection system. This study aims to design a decision support system for OSIS chair election using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method in which OSIS chair election takes into account the criteria of intelligence, activeness, crafts as well as the vision and mission of the student council president candidates. In making this decision support system using the Programming Hypertext Preprocessor programming and Mysql database. While the system development method uses the Waterfall method with the stages of analysis, design, coding and testing. The final results obtained after being tested in the State High School 1 Mulak Ulu is a decision support system that has the ability to solve problems in the process of selecting the student council president

Abstract

Mr. Jumaldi Jani, SP., MM Broiler Chicken Farm is a chicken farm that was founded in 2013. In carrying out its business processes, handling of raising and developing poultry is only handled by one person who is taken as the farm supervisor. This is very ineffective in handling diseases that attack chickens because the knowledge of the maintenance and handling of chickens that have disease is only owned by one person. The purpose of this study is to create a Web-Based Chicken Disease Diagnosis Expert System, which can be accessed easily, quickly, economically, can be done anytime or anywhere without knowing the distance and time. The method used in this research is web engineering which has stages: customer communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment. The establishment of a Web-Based Broiler Chicken Disease Diagnosis Expert System is expected to facilitate the public about conducting consultations on Broiler chicken disease easily, quickly, and economically, it can be done anytime and anywhere without looking for distance and time.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan sarana untuk mengembangkan intelektualitas generasi muda, khususnya generasi muda Pagar Alam. SMPN 8 Kota Pagaralam merupakan pendidikan menengah pertama yang mempersiapkan soft dan hardskills bagi generasi pemimpin mendatang, penyampaian pembelajaran yang baik sangat menentukan keberhasilan dan kualitas output (alumni) yang sangat diharapkan, menyadari hal ini maka pihak SMPN 8 terus berupaya melatih para guru agar dapat menyampaikan materi belajar dengan baik, sarana terus dilengkapi, workshop multimedia pembelajaran merupakan satu upaya SMPN 8 dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi tambahan berupa multimedia, workshop dilakukan satu hari dengan metode ceramah dan praktek dengan aplikasi multimedia pembelajaran, yang mana agar pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan dengan baik maka dilakukan pre tes terlebih dahulu hasilnya sebagian guru sudah memahami beberapa aplikasi multimedia yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran tetapi tidak memanfaatkannya sehingga yang baru paham akhirnya menjadi tidak bisa lagi, pada akhir workshop dilakukan pos tes hasilnya seluruh peserta workshop memahami materi dengan baik, bahkan yang tadinya males menggunakan multimedia setelah diadakan workshop malah jadi lebih tertarik untuk mengaplikasikannya pada pembelajaran.

Abstract

Modul pembelajaran yang baik dan menarik menjadi sarana pembelajaran yang juga menambah semangat peserta belajar untuk mempelajari pelajaran yang diberikan, sehingga agar modul menjadi menarik dan bagus harus digunakan sarana pembuat modul juga yang baik dan pembuat modul memiliki kemampuan yang baik menuangkan ide sehingga menjadi modul yang bagus, SMPN dan SMAN di Pulau Pinang Lahat bersama civitas STTP yang mengadakan pengabdian melakukan pelatihan pembuatan modul pembelajaran yang baik menggunakan Ms. Word bagi Guru, Pelatihan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode ceramah secara langsung dilanjutkan dengan praktek, praktek dilakukan dengan membuat desain, layout dan editing data menggunakan word sehingga modul menjadi lebih menarik, supaya pelatihan berjalan dengan baik maka sebelum pelatihan dilakukan tes untuk mengetahui pemahaman peserta dengan pembuatan modul menggunakan word, hasilnya 60% peserta belum lancar menggunakan dan mengedit data menggunakan word sehingga pelatihan baik untuk dilaksanakan, setelah pelatihan dilakukan juga tes untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dari pelatihan yang dilakukan dan hasilnya peserta 100% mampu mengolah data dan mengedit menggunakan word sehingga pada saat aplikasi untuk modul sederhana dan hasilnya baik.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi semakain hari selalu mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan , hal tersebut terjadi karena manusia selalu melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan tentang teknologi dan lainya. Adapun perkembangan yang yang selalu mengalami peningkatan dari waktu ke waktu adalah teknologi jaringan komputer, teknologi jaringan berkembang dari sisi teknologi, media transmisinya ataupun dari teknologi perancangan server. Peserta pada kegiatan sosialisasi dan workshop yang diadakan ini yaitu terdapat 11 mahasiswa semester VI konsentrasi jaringan Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam. Materi dari kegiatan ini yaitu memperkenalkan atau mensosialisasikan network administrator dan sub pembahasan yaitu tentang konfigurasi routing static, RIP, OSPF dan EIGR. Jaringan komputer sangat dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan kita dan hal yang penting bagi kita untuk mengetahuinya maka dalam pengabdian ini akan dibahas mengenai network administrator pada mahasiswa sekolah tinggi teknologi pagar alam

Abstract

Wedding Organizer is a service that provides special services to the bride and groom in the planning to the implementation of a series of wedding parties according to the schedule and budget that has been set by offering a variety of wedding concepts. The current system is still manual because visitors must come directly to the salon to see or order marital problems. The proposed system is making a web-based wedding organizer service application. There will be seven research sites, namely Borry salon, Damori salon, Borryz salon, Dwi Anggon wo, Dian bridal, Rizki jhava,Minhar salon, and Darmawansyah salon. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. The system development method uses the waterfall method with stages of analysis, design, coding, and testing. This system was developed using Adobe Dreamweaver, PHP, Mysql, and Xampp applications. Preliminary results for now in the form of a web-based wedding organizer services in the city of Pagar alam.

Abstract

Business activities in a company or institution currently have high competition. Companies are not only required to have a business strategy. Along with the development of information technology, companies must also develop an information system strategy based on the business strategy that the company has developed. The purpose of designing business strategies and information systems strategies is to strengthen the strength of competitiveness in the technological era by implementing strategic information systems by considering and aligning business strategies in accordance with the conditions of the strength of the company or college. The use of IT in STT Pagar Alam as a whole has not been implemented but some have been implemented both from the network, the management system, and even to the teaching system already using IT. This study aims to analyze the alignment of information technology and business strategies in STT Pagar Alam using the IT Balanced Scorecard framework. The results of the analysis of this study stated that the initial step in designing the IT Balanced Scorecard at STT Pagar Alam is to align the vision, mission, and strategy of a tertiary institution. Determined objectives to determine the strategic size of each strategic goal. The results of this study are that the use of IT in STT Pagar Alam as a whole has not been implemented and produced a strategic map that is classified from four perspectives in the IT Balanced Scorecard associated with IT strategy. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis penyakit singkong menggunakan metode Breadth First Search (BFS) pada Website Dinas Pertanian Kota Pagar Alam. Pada Dinas Pertanian ditemukan permasalahan yaitu saat ini masyarakat hanya dapat mengandalkan sosialisasi penyuluh lapangan dari dinas pertanian yang ahli di bidangnya, cara mengatasi penyakit yang ada pada tanaman singkong dan cara penanganannya mempermudah proses, perlu adanya sistem yang memudahkan masyarakat untuk melakukan konsultasi secara cepat dan akurat. dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan pengujian black box. Tahapan dalam metode Waterfall adalah Analisis Sistem, Perancangan Sistem, Penulisan Kode Program, Pengujian Program, Implementasi dan Pemeliharaan (maintenace). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Pada Tanaman Singkong yang dapat membantu mendiagnosa penyakit melalui gejala yang dialami.

Abstract

Quality of Education has a relationship with the teaching system and evaluation system in order to monitor. So there must be a continuous continuous effort to improve the quality of education, because the demands for the quality of education are always changing according to the demands and developments of technological progress. Evaluation is a process of measurement and evaluation, both of which are closely related to the evaluation system. Measurement is a process of comparing systematically. Item analysis is a process activity to improve the quality of education, namely by analyzing items, it can be done by testing the quality of each item and a set of questions in various aspects, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The main purpose of item analysis is to obtain information about the characteristics of each item, either through item study or empirical analysis. The results can be used to determine the quality of questions and the quality of student learning from the analysis of test results. The item analysis carried out was using the CTT (Classical Test Theory) model item analysis with jMetrik, jMetrik is software that can be used to analyze the CTT model questions or the IRT model.
