Steganography for digitalized signature authenticity with the RC4 algorithm (Ron's Code # 4). We use this concept where the text is hidden behind the image and the intended recipient is able to see it. The purpose of this research is to maintain the authenticity of the digitalized signature by hiding the message therein. So that if there is a problem regarding a fake or suspicious signature related to the document, it can be resolved properly using this system, the authenticity of the document can be known. This system uses the RC4 Algorithm made with visual basic 6 programming language. In the steganography method this method is very useful if used on computer steganography because there are many digital file formats that can be used as a medium to hide messages. Commonly used formats include: Image format: bitmap, gif, jpeg, etc., Audio format: wav, voc, mp3, etc., The method used is to insert a message and display the message Technique testing the system with RGB (Red Green Blue) . The quality of the software produced is tested based on fourthe quality characteristics of the ISO 9126 model software, namely functionality, reliability , usability , and efficiency. The results of this study will be documentation in the office PT. Jaya For Current that fits the needs of the company

E-KTP or Electronic KTP is a population document that contains a system of security / control both in terms of administration or information technology based on the National population database. Kelurahan is one of the places visited by residents to make the E-KTP. But the high enthusiasm of the population to renew their KTPs, problems arose. The problem that occurs is a long queue occurs in several regions. Lack of information dissemination between officers and residents and systematic scheduling to the community resulting in services being less effective. The results of the data and analysis studies that have been carried out using Student Version 6.0 can be found that the pattern of population arrivals is Poisson distribution while the service time is exponentially distributed. The simulation output of utility level models from service facilities with the average percentage of teller utilities is 62.55% and the average waiting time of 12.71 minutes per person. Therefore it can be concluded that the queuing system that is long enough and the utility is low in the Kelurahan makes the services obtained by the population not optimal. Supposedly by increasing the queue window, systematic scheduling, and supporting facilities such as counseling the latest services can help overcome the duration of the population queuing. So that the proposal for the improvement of the system is very intended for Kebon Pala Village, in order to improve the quality of services that are more adequate so that residents feel satisfied with the service facilities provided and can minimize the time in line.

Simulation is a process of imitation of a tangible thing and its surroundings. The problem found in this study is a long queue at the payment counter resulting from numerous customers who come to POS Company. It is also caused by some factors such as a small number of cash registers, with only 2 counters functioned irregularly and less extensive queue lines. Considering that, an analysis of the queues at the payment counters using pro model software application is made to anticipate the long queues. This simulation is run for 6 hours with 10-time replication, verified and is then validated. The queue model used is (M/M/2):(FCFS/~/~), meaning the number of arrivals uses Poisson distribution and the service time uses exponential distribution. With the number of facility service as many as 2 people, the discipline used is the customer who comes first will be served first (first come first serve). The number of queues in the queue system and the size of the population at the source of arrival is infinite. The average percentage of teller utilities is 62.14% and the idle percentage of teller is 37.86%. The average number of customers completing transactions is 119.30 ? 120 customers for 6 hours. The average time spent by customers in the queue until they are served is 3.67 minutes. The average time customer spends in the system is 6.08 minutes.

Android technology today has developed into the daily needs of the public and workers. Therefore, it is necessary to build an Android-based action & strategy application as a knowledge sharing media for Brimob members to improve the quality of each personnel. However, to get optimal results, it is important to perform a thorough test on the application system interface by using black box testing with the aim of knowing whether the functions in the application have run according to their objectives and of evaluating the application suitability for the user's needs. The test is carried out in two stages. The first test is performed on the functions of the android application simultaneously conducted by a number of users. The second test is carried out on the administration web functions conducted by a user. The results of the two tests show no system error. The method used to conduct the tests for this research is a quantitative method.

The selection of outstanding students at Secretary Academy of Budi Luhur has long been conducted from the collection of scores involving lecturers and staff. The collected data are then given to the Head of Study Program for the selection. The method is considered less effective because it uses manual calculation and shows no objectivity in the student assessment in which the scores given by lecturers and staff are only based on their estimation and closeness to students. The Head of the Study Program takes a long time to make a decision. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) are methods that can be used to select outstanding students based on the criteria set in Dikti guidelines 2016. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used in weighting process, while the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is used in ranking process. It is expected that the weighting and ranking processes can create an effective and objective decision support system application.

Researches on film-making, especially on edible films, degradable films, etc. have been often conducted in Indonesia. The research is part of research on the production of films to be used as milk drinks indicators. The aim of the research is to produce a film from Chitosan, PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) and Anthocyanin from red rice. The film will be then tested mechanically. Mechanical tests used include tensile strength and elongation testing. The method applied to measure tensile strength and elongation is ASTM D882. The test results show the tensile strength value of 109.62 kgf / cm2 and the elongation value of 30.71%.

Astra Honda Authorized Service Station xyz (AHASS xyz) is a company engaged in the service providers maintenance and sale of spare parts specific to honda motorcycle brand. As a company engaged in the field of services, quality of service is very important to be kept and improved. To get the service of the astra's motorcycle service honda authorized service station (AHASS), is the official workshop AHASS motorcycles honda brand that caters to special care, motorcycle sales and sales of motorcycle-specific spare parts brands Honda. At AHASS xyz customers have to stand in line for quite a while because of the many customers who also want to get service service motorcycles, these conditions that make customers uncomfortable because a lot of time wasted in vain for wait queue service. The purpose of this research is to reduce the waiting time a prospect at the moment will be doing maintenance on a motorcycle at AHASS. In this system the design of the data collection method that is used for library studies, interviews and observations. Systems development methods are used, use the method waterfall, the programming language that is used in the design is the PHP and using software extension gammu and database using MySQL. Based on research done then SMS Gateway application system design for booking registration service AHASS motorcycle. You can make a good solution to overcome the problem of queues and waiting times that occur in AHASS xyz.

The energy crisis is one of the problems facing by Indonesia. One solution to overcome this problem is turning waste into electricity, leading to a solution to the long-standing waste problems in many areas in Indonesia. This research is part of the initial design of PLTU with Biomassa (Waste) energy sources. This research covers the initial design of the rankine cycle that includes determining the type of turbine to be used, whether the reaction turbine or impulse turbine and the number of turbine shaft and determining a simple, regenerative cycle or another modified cycle. The step taken is comparing thermodinamically the advantages and disadvantages of the simple rankine cycle with the regenerative cycle. The parameters used as the standard of comparison are thermal efficiency, net work and work ratio. From the calculation results, it is determined to use a steam turbine with the type of one-shaft impulse turbine using a regenerative cycle with 3 feedwater heaters because it can increase efficiency up to 50% when compared to a simple regenerative cycle with efficiency of 37%.

The increasingly rapid development of information technology, especially in communication tool, has created smartphones with Android operating system. The android can provide attractive features to users consisting of not only adults, but also children. Children can spend hours, or even all day long to use Android. A lot of time spent by them to use Android, causes dependence on Android, hampering children's development. Considering the problems, the researcher then designs a learning medium by utilizing the development of Android technology with the aim of helping school-aged children, especially students at the TKQ or TPQ level with learning activities by utilizing the android development. The research uses waterfall method, in which the data are analyzed in several stages, namely designing, coding, testing and implementing, The program used to design the application is Appy Pie. The tools used to design the learning medium include Unified Modeling Langunge (UML) and flowcharts. The result of this study is an application that contains Islamic learning explaining information on worship such as prayer, Al-Qur’an recital as well as an educational game discussing Islamic learning.

Culture is a life aspect covering all behaviors, beliefs, ways to behave and results of human activities typical of society or certain community. The culture includes traditional house, traditional attire, traditional song and traditional ceremony. North Sumatra is a province that has varied culture in many fields. Therefore, the researcher interviews many informants, especially historians or traditional figures in North Sumatra to study its culture. With the increasingly rapid development of technology, the researcher initiates the creation of an application to introduce the culture of North Sumatra using android Development Tools. It is expected that this application can be an interactive and interesting learning medium for society and tourists who want to learn the culture of North Sumatra.
