Abstract

Permasalahan dalam perencanaan produksi pada PT KBDTI dapat dipandang sebagai model linear programming, dengan tujuan untuk menentukan jumlah produksi untuk masing-masing varians sehingga diperoleh keuntungan yang maksimal. Perencanaan produksi yang dimodelkan tersebut tentu harus mempertimbangkan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan. Perlu adanya metode yang tepat dalam pencarian solusi linear programming. Salah satunya adalah metode simpleks. Metode Simpleks merupakan salah satu metode yang tepat untuk digunakan pada linear programming yang memiliki variabel lebih dari dua dengan fungsi kendala yang kompleks.Kasus yang terjadi pada PT KBMDI yaitu perusahaan ingin memiliki laba optimal dari setiap varians produk, laba yang diperoleh dari varians ekstrak buah dengan mempertimbangan semua keterbatasan yang ada. Pengolahan data metode simpleks untuk linear programming pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan QM for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan software QM For Windows terjadi peningkatan keuntungan pada PT KBDTI dibandingkan sebelumnya.

Abstract

PO. Lorena merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang transportasi antar propinsi hampir diseluruh wilayah Indonesia dimana penyajian pemesanan tiket, pengolahan data stok tiket bus, laporan administrasi dan sering kali terjadi human error yang ditemukan dalam perhitungan sisa kursi kosong masih dilakukan secara manual yang menjadi salah satu permasalahannya. Untuk mempermudah calon penumpang dalam mendapatkan pelayanan tersebut, maka perlu adanya suatu aplikasi pemesanan tiket bus berbasis Java. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk membangun aplikasi tersebut menggunakan model penelitian grounded research berdasarkan data-data nyata yang ada di lapangan dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Metode pengembangannya dengan metode Waterfall. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan software MySql sebagai database server. Hasil pengujian menggunakan pengujian Black-Box yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna yang dapat beralih ke sistem komputerisasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja sistem informasi dan menjadi alternatif bagi calon penumpang dan karyawan

Abstract

Minyak goreng merupakan salah satu bahan yang sering digunakan untuk memasak. Hal yang umum terjadi dimasyatakat adalah penggunaan minyak goreng untuk beberapa kali proses penggorengan. Nilai kualitas dari minyak goreng yang telah digunakan untuk menggoreng, maupun sebelum digunakan tentunya berbeda. Terlebih lagi untuk minyak goreng curah. Karena hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis minyak goreng curah habis pakai. Minyak goreng curah digunakan untuk menggoreng tempe dan ikan teri sebanyak 1 kali, 2 kali, dan 3 kali penggorengan. Minyak tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan mengukur kekentalan, massa jenis, dan kekeruhan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai pengukuran secara kuantitas pada parameter kekeruhan dan viskositas mempunyai nilai yang berbeda. Sedangkan pada pengukuran massa jenis, memiliki nilai yang hampir sama, hanya berbeda pada minyak goreng 1 kali penggorengan.

Abstract

Optimal production planning in order to maximize profits, taking into account the limited resources they have. UKM Puguh Jaya is a mattress fabric convection business. There are several types of manufactured products including: 120 types of fabric, 140 types of fabric, the type of fabric 160. Production planning in SMEs can be seen as an integer programming model that aims to maximize profits, by determining the amount of production for each type and remember all the resources limited availability. The solution search for this model is done by the Branch and Bound algorithm. Based on the calculation results using QM software for Windows, it is known that the determination of the amount of production using branches and algorithms is bound to provide a profit increase of 18.7% compared to the profit from the previous UKM Puguh Jaya.

Abstract

Gugus Kendali Mutu atau Quality Control Circle merupakan sekelompok tim kerja yang secara sukarela bekerja membahas permasalahan yang terjadi di perusahaan yang melibatkan karyawan. PT. Astra Komponen Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur otomotif khususnya dalam injeksi plastik dan pengecatan dan merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang mempunyai tim GKM dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis proses-prosese terkait Quality Control Circle (QCC) dan Idea Proposal Guidance (IPG) dengan merancang sistem aplikasi android QCC dan IPG agar dapat meningkatkan minat dan kesadaran karyawan dengan menggunakan metode grounded research. Abstract

In Law No. 31 of 2009 concerning Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics and Government Regulation No. 11 of 2016 concerning Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Services related to BMKG, government institutions, and aid provider institutions Better as routine or as early. Problems related to the challenges in providing quality services and service information about weather and related interests do not only occur in Indonesia, but also in other countries. This is due to limited resources needed by this country. This problem was then carried out by BMKG to find alternative solutions to improve service information and complexity. The alternative that can be done is by partnering with the private sector or community. This study answers the questions and needs stated above, namely by making a prototype. Portable devices for easy use BMKG can use easy and simple. Thus many people and the private sector can use the prototype and related information and can be provided easily and simply. The technique used in taking measurement parameters is not expensive and the climate uses sensors installed in the NodeMCU v3 microcontroller. 5 weather and climate measurement parameters are used, namely air temperature & humidity, air pressure, wind speed, sunlight intensity and rainfall. The use of solar panels and dry batteries functioned as a power supply from this prototype design. The measurement results from the sensor by the microcontroller, then sent every 1 minute to the Raspberry Pi available in the operating room via a LAN connection and then recorded by history data. Then the data from the Raspberry is sent to the Web DB & Server Server every 1 hour via a VPN internet connection. Users can use weather information from the measurement results by accessing the Web Server via a VPN internet connection using a username & password that was previously registered. Abstract

The development of information technology that has an impact on behavior and culture in business can be so easy and fast. It becomes a challenge for a company to be able to balance and play an active role in order to compete in the business world. In this study researchers tried to model the ERP concept as the basic foundation of integrated business processes. The usecase and squares diagrams are used as business process modeling. the implementation of software development involving modules, views and controllers reinforced with the LRS design is used to display database connectivity. The basis path test gives results with value 3 is an use of algorithms in low risk categories. Validation testing with valid results becomes a response with fulfilled functional requirements. While the results of testing non-functional requirements related to usability through the calculation of the T test where t hit = 4.580> t 0.05, 9 = 2.265, indicating that the system application is acceptable and influences the efficiency and effectiveness of work.

Abstract

As we know, Indonesia has a dynamic structure of the earth's surface layer. This topographic differences level was results in land variations and it  impacts on the material contained in it. This certainly will growth an enrich amount of natural land resources and the quality of plant vegetation and the sea. All of them are natural resources that are beneficial for human survival and the other habitats. To monitoring its management from the surface, we need a method that serves to inform the potential region conditions, one of them is the Geospatial Information System (GIS). Generally, taken data for GIS could be obtained through aerial photography of satellite images. However, the results are less accurate, so that, we look for the other alternatif instruments, which could made a GIS map better, using the design of unmanned aircraft  vehicle (PTTA) or commonly known as drones. For now, Unmanmed Aircraft Vehicle is  a currently  technology which that is growing rapidly. On this occasion, the author will introduce UAV technology that can be designed by itself according to needed, and could be able to answer every problems in which related to image mapping from geospatial information systems.

Abstract

This event will be based on research by learning how important the Computer against the primary level, since with the introduction of computerized technology early on then the child will be familiar with computerized technology in the future.From all types of media, interactive entertainment media learning learning through games including one that has more value, because basically the game is for entertainment and with the Foundation of the learning media can make kids or students being more pleased in learning because they can play while learning at the same time.Making this game aims to add insight to children of the importance of technology, through this interactive game expected user or users feel interested and not feel bored in study.The research method used was the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Water Fall and Game Design Document (GDD) who used the stage of the research (1) stage of analysis, (2) the stage of design, the programming phase (3), (4) the stage of testing, (5) stages maintenance.Needs analysis stage includes material and hardware and software requirements specifications.This form of the game is about questions concerning about the device and the computer functions with multiple choice answers.As well as answering the test, players stay clicking one answer to every question that appears by using the games with java applications.

Abstract

Several laboratories tests have been developed in Indonesia and another countries that carry out mining activities, especially coal mining. The purpose of this analysis is to find out the presence and absence of soil layers which have the potential to form acidity. The most commonly known analytical methods are static and kinetic methods. The most commonly known method of analysis is static and kinetic methods. Our test this time are uses the NAPP method (Net Acid Producing Potential).Aand then, from the results of this calculation, was known that the mine area had acidic or not. This time, an investigation was conducted to determine the acidity of PAF (Potential Acid Forming) and NAF (Non Acid Forming), which is owned by the mining company PT GIE (Globalindo Inti Energy) at the Handil, Muarajawa, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan regions. From the results of tested and  mapped , it was found that this mining area had NAF (Non Acid Forming) soil content, with a PH range between 4.65 - 5.75 and had a negative NAPP price.
