Abstract

Documents can now be sent not only in paper form, but also in electronic form, making the distribution process faster. However, documents that require signature validation must be printed and signed conventionally before being sent. This conventional process is time-consuming and cannot be completed if the signer is not present. Balai Sertifikasi Elektronik (BSrE) which is under the auspices of Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) has an information system that implements the digital signature concept. However, this concept is limited to state administration institutions and has a closed source code, preventing it from being developed by the public. The aim of this research is to apply a QR Code-based digital signature system for signing electronic documents. The research method consists of problem identification, system architecture design, implementation, and testing. Based on the results of experiment, digital signatures using cryptographic techniques and QR Codes have been successfully applied in the process of signing electronic documents. Thus, the document signing process can be carried out without printing it first. Each QR-Code successfully embedded in an electronic document as a digital signature can store metadata: date, subject, name of signatory, position, institution or unit. Verification can be performed to ensure that the data stored behind the QR-Code is associated with a document that has been affixed with a digital signature.

Abstract

The School Cooperative at SMP Negeri 9 Depok plays an important role in providing students with various essential items, such as stationery and food, while also serving as a platform for students to gain entrepreneurial experience. In the digital era, implementing information technology through a cooperative application is crucial to enhance transparency and accountability in managing transactions and inventory. Currently, SMPN 9 Depok lacks an application-based system for sales, relies on manual record-keeping, faces difficulties in monitoring reports, and experiences slow adaptation to technology.The purpose of this study is to implement a Java-based system that collects and processes data through an application with a user-friendly interface. The research employs the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, specifically using the Waterfall model. Key features developed include inventory management, transaction recording, and financial reporting. With this application, transaction processes are automatically recorded, allowing cooperative data to be managed more accurately and efficiently. Trial results show that this application improves the speed and accuracy of transaction records within the school cooperative, reducing manual errors and facilitating report generation. This application is expected to be an effective solution for managing the cooperative at SMPN 9 Depok and could potentially be applied to other school cooperatives as well.

Abstract

Phishing is a form of cybercrime that tricks users with fake messages containing malicious links or attachments, causing financial loss, identity theft, or system damage. High security awareness is necessary to avoid phishing. This research aims to analyze public awareness of the dangers of phishing on the internet using the k-means clustering method. The data was collected through an online survey of 30 respondents from various backgrounds and processed using the k-means clustering algorithm to generate groups based on awareness levels. The revealed that the majority of respondents had moderate security awareness of phishing: 17% had high awareness, 57% moderate, and 26% low. Factors affecting the awareness include age, education, occupation, internet use frequency, and information sources. Cluster evaluation using Silhouette Coefficient indicated that grouping with 3 clusters (value 0.44) was the most effective, compared to 2 clusters (value 0.37) and 4 clusters (value 0.36). This research provides insight into the variation in security awareness and the importance of increasing digital literacy to protect the public from phishing.

Abstract

In many cases, incomplete data is commonly found on both domestic and international websites. This is problematic for researchers who need complete data for their research, including in obtaining export values from the BPS Indonesia website. To address this issue, various prediction models can be used, including ARIMA (Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average) which is a forecasting model based on statistics. With the completed library module, the Python language is now capable of running this model. ARIMA is a model that relies on try and error, so expertise is needed in determining its parameters. The problem of this research is to compare the manual ARIMA model with auto-ARIMA in Python using libraries that are available in this programming language. The purpose of this research is to get the best accuracy value of determining the parameters of manual and auto models in ARIMA. From the results of the research, it is concluded that the manually implemented ARIMA model performed better in MAE, MAPE and RMSE values compared to to the auto-ARIMA model, with values of 0.06 compared to 0.3, 0.006 compared to 0.03 and 0.07 compared to 0.4, respectively .

Abstract

Work accidents are unwanted cases, often unexpected, that can cause loss of time, property, or death, and occur as part of or related to a work process in an industrial work environment. This study aims to implement the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) process at PT Empat Perdana Carton Indonesia in Karawang to prevent and minimize work accidents due to lack of employee awareness of occupational health and safety. The method used to solve the problems that occurred at PT Empat Perdana Carton Indonesia is by using the HIRARC method. From the results of the implementation of the HIRARC method, it is known that the potential hazards that can occur in the sawing machine department are the noise produced by the sawing machine which is risky for hearing and sharp objects on the sawing machine are at risk of injuring the hands and feet. While the dangers in the production department are not using double mask which are at risk of respiratory disorders such as shortness of breath due to chemicals produced by the production process and not wearing hand PPE which is at risk of injury to the hands.
