Abstract

Wabah Corona telah menyebabkan banyak kekacauan di dunia. Salah satu aspek yang mudah terpengaruh adalah perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat di tengah merebaknya wabah korona. Lokasi penelitian di Pasar Sore Paoq Kambut, salah satu pasar tradisional di kawasan Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kualitatif. Analisis dan pemilahan data dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pedagang, pembeli, dan petugas parkir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa masyarakat tidak terlalu mengkhawatirkan mengenai corona. Orang mengaku lebih takut tidak makan dari pada Corona. Aktivitas perdagangan yang sedang berlangsung justru meningkat. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan jam buka pasar. Adanya pandemi Covid-19 juga telah melahirkan peluang bisnis baru bagi masyarakat, salah satunya dengan munculnya penjual masker dadakan dan hand sanitizer.

Abstract

This research focuses on the transparency and accountability of the financial reports of religius organizatins at the GPDI Gloria church, Malang. Financial reports that are presented in a transparent and accountable manner are expected to provide a positive view of the congregation or donors to the church. The research method used by researchers is qualitative research methods, namely by describing the data obtained by researchers when conducting research or data obtained from the field. The data collection methods are interviews, observations and documentation which are of course related to the transparency and accountability of the financial reports of religious organizations at the GPDI Gloria church. The purpose of this study was to determine the transparency and accountability of financial reports as well as the management of financial reports in religious organizations. The results of this research are the GPDi Gloria church in its financial management and reporting has been transparent and accountable, but the recording and reporting still uses a recording system that is in accordance with what was obtained during bible school or in other words it has not applied the applicable financial recording and reporting standards, although thus they have tried to present it with transparency and accountability. Transparent and accountable financial reports will make it easier for the church to grow because it has won the trust of the congregation or donors.

Abstract

Pantai Pulisan merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang terletak di Likupang, yang merupakan salah satu Destinasi Super Prioritas dan juga Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Pariwisata yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah pusat. Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, destinasi ini merasakan dampak di mana jumlah pengunjung berkurang sehingga mempengaruhi kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat potensi yang dimiliki Pantai Pulisan dan merekomendasikan suatu strategi pengembangan yang berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip pariwisata berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskripstif, khususnya dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengoptimalkan kekuatan dan peluang serta meredam kelemahan dan ancaman yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Pulisan memiliki potensi wisata bahari dan budaya yang layak untuk dikembangkan. Strategi yang direkomendasikan antara lain promosi secara masif melalui program pemerintah pusat untuk menarik minat wisatawan domestik dan asing, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas pendukung pariwisata, dan penerapan protokol kesehatan secara disiplin untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19.

Abstract

This study is different from other studies because there is an additional variable that becomes the limiting between the independent and dependent variables, namely the brand awareness variable, so the researcher wants to see whether the intervening variables in the study have an influence on the independent and dependent variables. The purpose of this research is to prove that there are other variables besides buying interest which can influence promotion. The theory used is Aidca's theory which is considered to be a reference in effective promotion. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. And based on the results, the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect, so that many variables outside of buying interest have an influence on promotion. Obtained the value of the indirect effect of 0.391 which is greater than the value of the direct effect of 0.275.

Abstract

This writing attempts to discuss the irrationality of independent nomination requirements in the regional head elections proceedings which hereinafter shall be referred to as the election. The irrationality of this independent nomination requirements ultimately pushes the smaller chance of an independent candidate to compete in the election. One form of this irrationality can be seen from the high standard endorsement requirements for the independent candidate. In addition to that, the irrationality is made even worse by the registration mechanism through the Silon Application owned by the General Elections Commission/ Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) which implementation is more complicated for independent candidate pairs compared to candidate pairs that are endorsed by a political party. The present of a pair of independent candidates however can be a balance for the parties where the candidacy process so far has been conducted in a dark room. Whereas with the increased level of difficulty for the pair of independent candidates to compete in the election, it also means that is will be difficult to attain the mandate and philosophy of Article 28H paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Furthermore, on the other hand, due to the difficulties for independent candidates, it promotes the increase growth of recent elections with only single candidates. This matter is detrimental for the community who are the voters and holders of sovereignty.
