Jurnal AL - AZHAR SERI HUMANIORA merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang memuat makalah dan artikel hasil penelitian atau kajian teoristis dalam bidang Humaniora. Kata Al-Azhar berakar dari z-h-r. Verba zahara bermakna to shine, give light, be radiant, to glow, gleam, glare, shine, to blossom, be in bloom (Wehr, 1974:384). Dengan demikian kata Al-Azhar berarti sesuatu yang bersinar, yang memberi cahaya, yang berseri-seri atau yang mekar. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Maret dan bulan September.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini menganalisis internalisasi syariat Islam dalam kearifan lokal Konsep penulisan ini berbasis pada hukum dari perspektif realitas. Perspektif kajian hukum tersebut tidak mengacu pada konsep hukum dalam peraturan perundang-undangan tetapi mengacu pada kenyataan yang hidup dan tumbuh di masyarakat. Penulis melakukan penelitian hukum Islam dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dan untuk memperoleh data dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan. Metode analisis kualitatif, dibangun berdasarkan data sekunder yang berupa teori, makna dan substansinya dari berbagai literatur, peraturan perundang-undangan. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan interpretasi terhadap data yang dikumpulkan dari studi kepustakaan dengan tujuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan penelitian. Dari penulisan ini ditemukan bahwa kearifan lokal banyak dipengaruhi nilai Islam. Pada masa reformasi telah dilakukan revitalisasi kearifan lokal, dengan tujuan untuk menyesuaikan perkembangan global dan filsafat hidup global serta untuk penguatan identitas nasional. Penulisan ini ingin menegaskan pentingnya hukum Islam dalam pengembangan kearfian lokal, kearifan lokal harus dilihat sebagai bagian dari hukum yang hidup (living law) di masyarakat dan memiliki eksistensi di IndonesiaAbstract - This study wants to analyze the internalization of Islamic law in local wisdom The concept of writing is based on law from the perspective of reality. The legal review perspective does not refer to legal concepts in legislation but refers to the facts that live and grow in society. The author conducts Islamic law research with an analytical descriptive approach and to obtain data is done by library research. Qualitative analysis method, built based on secondary data in the form of theory, meaning and substance from various literatures, laws and regulations. Qualitative analysis is carried out by interpretation of data collected from library studies in order to solve research problems. From this writing it is found that local wisdom is influenced by Islamic values. During the reformation, local wisdom has been revitalized, with the aim of adapting to global developments and the philosophy of global life and to strengthening national identity. Abstract

Abstract - The presence of Early Childhood Education (ECE) tutor in Cibitung Tengah Village Tenjolaya District Bogor Regency is really needed for early childhood in order to become a guide in the ECE institutions. The problem occurred is that the average education level of ECE tutor is diverse, from Middle School, High School, Associate Degree, and Bachelor Degree. In this condition, we can say that those ECE tutors had not had the knowledge and insight about the ECE, namely the 2013 Curriculum, the ECE concept, and the learning devices. Training, along with the research about the role of those training itself, are need to be done in order to answer this question for increasing the knowledge and insight of ECE tutor using action research method. The results showed the enhancement of conducted training, including the enhancement of interest and motivation to develop their knowledge and insight about the ECE. Extended with the existence of WhatsApp group as a platform for communication between ECE tutors and UNJ researchers in the efforts to enhance the professionalism of ECE tutors, in the context of mentoring, ECE Tutors in the Cibitung Tengah, Tenjolaya Village were also involved in the learning devices production training in order to apply the religious moral concept to the ECE in the teaching and learning process at the UNJ and also to observe Ceria Daycare of the Department of ECE, Faculty of Education, UNJ.Keyword - Early Childhood Education (ECE), 2013 Curriculum, Learning Devices

Abstract

Abstract - Dolly is part of the Surabaya city which is located in Putat Jaya District. The money flows in Dolly for a night reached 1 billion rupiah. This fact forced people from some groups to take benefits in Dolly’s economy activities. In other hand, social groups were still strongly maintain the moral aspects from Dolly closure, escpecially for children rights protection. Children about 14 to 16 years old often became the actors from human trafficking that offered their own friends. Beside that, children at lower ages acted as sex addict from sex media. These findings informed us the Dolly closure were not easy. As Risma, the Surabaya Mayor, Dolly closure was a must that would need a strong effort to manage and control its impacts. The Dolly closing which conducted on 18 June 2014 had economic, social, and politic impacts.  The closing program need to be discuss by all aspects in Surabaya. Abstract

Abstract - Talking about the counselor's problem is inseparable from his duty to bring his client to life that is blessed by Allah SWT, and the counselor is able to realize the lifestyle in words, behavior, and mood, so that what the counselor gives to the client provides guidance for the counselor at the same time also become a good practicing in the teachings of Islam. Therefore, it is very important for the counselor to be kind and noble in accordance with what is taught by Islam in the Qur'an and hadith. Hamka as the interpreter of the Qur'an has explained the character and ethics of the counselor. Studying a meaning in the Qur'an certainly requires knowledge and knowledge, and all of that is inseparable from the interpretation of several scholars through the existing interpretive books, one of which examines Hamka's thoughts on the verses that contain the words of advice and irsyad in Tafseer Al-Azhar . Islamic guidance and counseling according to Hamka is a teaching process for someone (client) who does not know or who needs help in a gentle and sincere way to enforce amar ma'ruf and nahi munkar. The character of the counselor according to Hamka in the verses of advice and irsyad, namely: Patient, generous and wise, intelligent, not despairing, not arrogant, humble, compassion and empathy. Whereas counselor ethics according to Hamka in advice verses and irsyad, namely: Openness, religion, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, and enthusiasm.Keywords - Advice and Irshad, Counselor Personality, Counselor

Abstract

Abstract - On reasearch "checks and balances" in legal studies often raises high quality questions such as, does the checks and balances is a doctrine, principle, or legal theory, or maybe precisely the formula of power in politics. History been recorded, that in any discussions regarding the formation of the constitutional separation, division and smelting power is something that is popular to be discussed before and even after becoming the constitution. Therefore, the casting of checks and balances into the constitution especially on islamic modern society is an interesting study to determine the portion and posture. This study will use Indonesia legal system and its Islamic Society as case study and will be using legal normative methodoloy, on the other hand, comparative studies on constitution which will be conducted and using classic and modern constitutional law literature. Abstract

Abstract - Al Qur’an is the word of Allah SWT as the rules and guidance to get harmony and success life in here and after. The explanation and ways how to implement command of Al Qur’an are found in Al Hadist Muhammad SAW. Al Qur’an teaches may aspect of life and one of them is how using and managing the natural resources and conserve of environment, using the source of energy, water, health and sanitation. In the other hand the people of the world included Indonesia facing environment problem. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from United nation are collected of 17 global goal or agenda 2030 for transforming our world 2030 and containing strategy to solve environment problem. Base on the fact, the problem is how awareness the senior high school and higher education (university) students specially Islamic students to contribute conserve the environment?. The goals of the research were to know how environment awareness and action performance of students from senior high school and university. Methodology of the research was survey and observation concerning in 320 student from 4 senior high schools and in 1 university. The result of the research showed 41,5% of natural and 40.35% social science students from Islamic values senior high schools (SMAI IPA and IPS) showed the awareness action to environment. In SMAN IPA students showed their awareness 51.1% and SMAN IPS 20.6% Based on observation students from university with Islamic values showed low awareness of environment.  Keyword - Al Qur’an, Awareness, Environment, Hadist, Students

Abstract

Abstrak- Kemandirian merupakan salah satu karakter yang perlu dimiliki dan ditanamkan kepada anak sejak dini. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan dalam penanaman kemandirian anak melalui pembelajaran di sentra balok Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Al Azhar 45 Grand Depok City. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan anak-anak Kelompok A4 di sentra balok Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Al Azhar 45 Grand Depok City. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Model Interaktif dari Miles and Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Data disajikan dalam bentuk narasi dan gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman kemandirian anak melalui pembelajaran di sentra balok Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Al Azhar 45 Grand Depok City dilakukan dengan penerapan aturan main secara konsisten pada saat pijakan sebelum main, yang meliputi aturan: 1. ambil dan kembalikan balok pada tempatnya; 2. Jaga baloknya; 3. baloknya berbagi dengan teman; dan 4. ambil balok secukupnya.Abstract - Independence is the character which is important to be instilled in children from an early age. The purpose of this study is to describe how the independence of children is build through learning in the beam center of Al Azhar 45 Islamic Kindergarten Grand Depok City. This research used qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection through interviews, observations and documentations method. The data sources in this study are from the A4 school principals, teachers and children at the Al Azhar 45 Islamic Kindergarten Center Grand Depok City. Data analysis was carried out using the Interactive Model data analysis techniques by Miles and Huber which included data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The data presented in form the narratives and images. The results showed that building the children's independence through learning in the beam center of Al Azhar 45 Islamic Kindergarten Grand Depok City was carried out by applying the rules of the game consistently on the footing before playing, which included rules: 1. Take and return the beams in its place; 2.Taking care the beams; 3. Shared the beams with friends; and 4. Take the beams as much as needs it. Keywords - Block Centre, Independence, Learning
