Abstract

Introduction: The success of “Alert villages” (“alert village”) can be explained using an independence-based "community empowerment model", involving factors of physical capital, human capital, social capital and community empoweredness. Method: This model was developed with a cros sectional design involving physical capital, human capital, social capital, community empoweredness, and “alert village” success. The research subjects were 216 implementers of “alert village” in Panekan Sub-district, Magetan District, selected by cluster sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, then analyzed using structural equation modeling based on partial least square. Result: The success of “alert village” wass influenced by: 1) physical capital with total effect of 0.105360; 2) social capital with total effect 0.774022, 3) community empoweredness with total effect 0.952891. Analysis: The success of “alert village” was determined by a direct determinant of community empoweredness and two indirect determinants of physical capital and social capital. Discussion: In the model of community empowerment in the implementation of “alert village” in Panekan Sub-district, the success of “alert village” was determined by 2 main factors in sequence, namely: 1) community empoweredness that included the ability to identify and develop potential, identify and prioritize problems, solve the problem; 2) social capital that included social network, level of trust between people, obedience to norm, caring for others, and involvement in implementation.

Abstract

Parents sometime makes mistake to carry out their children because unknown about how to guide and parenting goodly. If this condition continues, growth and development of children will be delay. Guidance can be given by nurse to parents about step of development with simple counseling, interview and giving module, the parents will know what will happen and can fulfill the needs appropriate with children’s age. The aimed of this research to know effect of development stimulation education to knowledge and development stimulation practice in pediatric by parents at PAUD Kalisari Pasar Rebo. This research has used quasy experimental with non equivalent control group with thirty children were categorized into the intervention group (case 15) and the control group (N=15) by using consecutive sampling. The data was gathering instruments questionnaires which include demographic information, knowledge and observation of development practice by Develompent stimulation pre questionnaire, the government standard of instrument for parents and children. Hypothesis has analyzed by different mean test of two groups (intervention and control). Result of this research showed there was mean different between control and intervention group before and after intervention. Based on the result education about development stimulation should be given by nurse to parents in the community accourding to step of children development. Abstract

In order to achieve national development goals in the field of children health, the government is committed to enhancing the growth and development of children through the “Early Stimulation, Detection and Intervention for Growth and Development of Children (ESDIGDC)” Program. Efforts to improve the health status of children is very important, because in addition to being the target of health development, it also becomes an indicator of the health status of children is to prepare children to achieve optimal growth and development . This  study  aimed to analyze the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of kindergarten  teacher in implementation of ESDIGDC Program. The subjects of this cross sectional study were 68 kindergarten teacher at Panekan Sub District, Magetan District, East Java Province,  Indonesia.  Data  were  collected through  questionnaires and then analyzed using linear regression. The results showed that p-value = 0.001 (significant), so it could be concluded  that  there was the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of kindergarten teacher in implementation of ESDIGDC.

Abstract

ABSTRAK       Dampak dari gangguan menstruasi yang tidak teratur nyeri haid, gangguan dalam jumlah perdarahan, dan PMS (Pre Menstural Syndrome). Hal ini dapat menjadi serius jika tidak segera ditangani. Haid yang tidak teratur dapat menjadi pertanda bahwa siklus yang dilaluinya tidak berovulasi (anovulatoir) sehingga wanita tersebut cenderung sulit memiliki keturunan (infertile). Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah 36% mahasiswa Prodi Kebidanan Magetan mengalami stress dan mengalami gangguan menstruasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan gangguan menstruasi pada mahasiswa Prodi D III Kebidanan Kampus Magetan Poltekkes Kementrian Kesehatan Surabaya.       Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 147 mahasiswa dan pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Cluster Sampling diperoleh besar sampel 108 mahasiswa. Variabel bebas adalah tingkat stress dan variable terikat adalah gangguan menstruasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan taraf signifikansi < 0.05.       Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 55.56% mahasiswa mengalami stress pada tingkat normal dan 63% mahasiswa tidak mengalami gangguan menstruasi. Pada tingkat stress normal, 76.7% mahasiswa tidak mengalami gangguan menstruasi. Sedangkan pada tingkat stress parah, 100% mahasiswa mengalami gangguan menstruasi.  Hasil Uji Chi-Square didapatkan nilai p=0,000 (<0.05) dengan nilai koefisien kontingensi 0.44 yang berarti mempunyai keeratan sedang.        Berdasarkan uraian diatas dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan gangguan menstruasi dengan keeratan hubungan sedang. Semakin tinggi tingkat stress seorang wanita, semakin besar potensi mengalami gangguan menstruasi pada wanita tersebut. Saran penelitian lebih lanjut dengan memperbesar populasi dan perbaikan instrumen pengumpulan data tentang tingkat stress dan gangguan menstruasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji arbitrase online sebagai alternatif penyelesaian sengketa perdagangan internasional, dengan menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif dan bahan hukum sekunder. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat dikemukakan bahwa perjanjian online dan perjanjian yang dibuat dengan memanfaatkan sarana email tidak memenuhi syarat perjanjian arbitrase. Dengan demikian jika dimohonkan pengakuan dan pelaksanaan putusan arbitrase, maka hal itu kemunginan akan ditolakArbitrase, Sengketa, Perdagangan Internasional

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) analyze difference in cognitive students learning outomes are taught using direct learning model compared students learning outomes are taught using direct learning model; (2) analyze difference in cognitive students learning outcomes who have high spatial ability compared low spatial ability; and (3) analyze interaction between learning model and spatial ability towards cognitive students learning outomes. The type of research used is experiment research in faktorial design. Population of this research is all of engineering building students in SMK Negeri 3 Jombang includes Geomatika and Engineering Surveying (TSP). Sample  of this research is X TSP-1 students as experiment group and X TSP-2 students as control group. The results of this research conclude that: (1) students who had taught using direct learning model gotten cognitive learning outcome significantly hingher than students who had taught using direct learning model; (2) students who have high spatial ability will get cognitive learning outcomes significantly higher than low spatial ability; and (3) there is an interaction significantly between learning model and spatial ability toward cognitive students learning.

Abstract

Kasus anak dengan karies gigi anak kelas 1 sampai kelas 3 di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Muhammadiyah 2 Kelurahan Kebon Jayanti Kota Bandung yaitu 69 anak dari 87 anak (79,31 persen) dari total jumlah murid kelas tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu systematic review mengenai efektifitas menyikat gigi metode horizontal dan roll terhadap penurunan indeks plak sebagai evidence-based practice (EBP). Metode penelitian menggunakan Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) Systematic Review yang terdiri dari 11 daftar pertanyaan. Pembuatan rumusan pertanyaan klinis menggunakan format PICOT. Hasil systematic review diperoleh sebanyak 3 bukti dari hasil penelitian. Nilai CASP Systematic Review sebesar 77 persen dan memiliki level of evidence 3, karena penelitian tersebut menggunakan desain studi quasi experiment. Metode horizontal lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode roll dalam menurunkan indeks plak pada gigi pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Metode horizontal dapat diaplikasikan untuk menurunkan indeks plak pada siswa kelas 1 sampai 3 di SD Muhammadiyah 2 Kelurahan Kebonjayanti Kota Bandung. Abstract: The case of children with dental caries in grade 1 to 3 at Elementary School (SD) Muhammadiyah 2, Kelurahan Kebonjayanti, Bandung City, namely 69 out of 87 children (79.31 percent) of the total number of students. The objective of this systematic review is to obtain the effectiveness of horizontal and roll brushing methods on the reduction of the teeth plaque index as evidence-based practice (EBP). The research method uses the Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP) Systematic Review which consists of 11 lists of questions. Formulation of clinical questions using the PICOT format. The results of the systematic review obtained as much as 3 evidence from the research results. The CASP Systematic Review score is 77 percent and has a level of evidence 3 because this research uses a quasi-experimental study design. The horizontal method is more than the roll method in reducing the plaque index on teeth in children. It can be applied to reduce the plaque index in grade 1 to 3 at SD Muhammadiyah 2, Kelurahan Kebonjayanti, Bandung City.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to describe the performance of lecturers and administration staff at Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study was conducted in Unesa during the Covid-19 pandemic, from March to October 2020. This study was designed as a population study, namely research using all populations as samples that included all Unesa lecturers and administration staffs. The data were collected using open and closed questionnaires with the respondents from lecturers, Head of Subdivisions, and students. The obtained data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis with narrative explanation. The data portrayed the following conclusions: (1) In coping with the Unesa administration staffs’ performance based on the Head’s evaluation, the Head of Subdivision gave excellent appreciation with a mean score of 3.31; (2) In accordance with the Unesa administration staff’s performance based on student assessment, the students gave a very good score with a mean score of 3.21; (3) Student assessment of lecturer’s performance for each faculty and postgraduate program, the highest planning score was postgraduate with an average score of 3.62 and the lowest score was the Faculty of Sports Science with an average score of 3.27, the highest implementation score was postgraduate with a mean score of 3.61 and the lowest was The Faculty of Sports Science with an average score of 3.2, the highest evaluation score was postgraduate with a score of 3.60 and the lowest was the Faculty of Sports Science with a score of 3.26; (4) based on the self-assessment of lecturer performance, the three biggest problems and constraints were 35.15% of signal problems; 20.78% of problems with costs and limited internet quota; and 12.84% of literacy problems. Three suggestions for improvements for online lectures were 33.87% of requirment to improve Vinesa: 32.80% of assistance with facilities and 8.28% of training/preparation/online lecture manuals. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kinerja dosen dan tenaga kependidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) selama masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Unesa selama pandemi Covid-19 yaitu bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2020. Penelitian ini didesain sebagai penelitian populasi yaitu penelitian dengan menggunakan semua populasi sebagai sampel yaitu semua dosen dan tenaga kependidikan Unesa. Data diambil menggunakan teknik pengambilan data berupa angket terbuka dan tertutup dengan responden dosen, Kepala Sub Bagian dan mahasiswa. Data akan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penjelasan secara narasi. Data hasil penelitian memperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Kinerja Tendik seluruh Unesa Berdasarkan Penilaian Atasan, Kasubbag memberikan apresiasi yang sangat baik dengan skor rerata 3,31; (2) Rerata Kinerja Tendik seluruh Unesa berdasarkan Penilaian Mahasiswa memberikan penilaian sangat baik dengan skor rerata 3,21; (3) Penilaian Mahasiswa terhadap Kinerja Perkuliahan Dosen Setiap Fakultas dan Pascasarjana, tahap perencanaan skor tertinggi adalah Pascasarjana dengan skor rerata 3,62 dan terendah Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga dengan skor rerata 3,27, tahap pelaksanaan tertinggi Pascasarjana dengan skor rerata 3,61 dan terendah Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga dengan skor rerata 3,2, tahap evaluasi tertinggi Pascasarjana dengan skor 3,60 dan terendah Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga dengan skor 3,26; (4) Berdasarkan Self Assesment Kinerja Dosen, tiga permasalahan dan kendala terbesar adalah 35,15% masalah signal; 20,78% masalah biaya dan keterbatasan kuota internet; dan 12,84% masalah literasi. Tiga saran perbaikan untuk perkuliahan on line adalah 33,87% perlu dilakukannya penyempurnaan Vinesa; 32,80% bantuan fasilitas dan 8,28% adanya pelatihan/persiapan/buku pedoman kuliah daring.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Work-Based Modules project in Construction and Building Utilities subjects to increase student learning outcomes of State Vocational High School 1 Sidoarjo. And to analyze the feasibility of the module in terms of (1) validity; (2) practicality; (3) has a project work-based Modules; (4) student learning outcomes after being taught by project-based Modules. This development research was carried out based on the six stages of the development method. The instruments used in this study were: (1) Questionnaire. Syllabus, lesson plans, Student Worksheets (SW) & Assessment instruments to measure the validity of values; (2) Learning management observation sheet, observation sheet to measure practicality; (3) learning outcomes test to measure the effectiveness of learning devices. The research was conducted on class XI students with competency skills in Modeling Design and Building Information. The results showed that the project-based Modules that works on the subjects of Construction and Building Utilities developed is valid in terms of validity, Practical interms of practicality, and proven effective in terms of effectiveness. Mean while, the learning outcomes indicated that (1) the Cognitive learning outcomes of students whose learning using project-based Modules and SW were significantly higher than students using only SW; (2) the learning outcomes in the Affective domain for students whose learning uses project-based modules, is significantly higher than students who learn only using SW; and (3) the learning outcomes inthe Psychomotor domain of students whose learning uses project-based Modules are significantly higher than those of students who only using SW.

Abstract

The main problem in formal learning is that teachers carry out learning with direct learning models and lectures. The right learning model can maximize student learning outcomes and learning objectives will be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the learning outcomes of vocational high school students. This research was conducted through a literature review and relevant research results and was continued through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). From the research it was found that there was a significant positive influence between the problem-based learning (PBL) model variable and student learning outcomes, which meant that student learning outcomes could be improved through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model.
