Abstract

Research background by problems that researchers in the field discovered that a child's learning difficulties in 3rd grade 11 Rear Padang barracks that had difficulty in multiplication of numbers., children experience difficulties on a number of questions given and the child has not been able to answer correctly. Researchers therefore be helped to improve their child's learning difficulties in multiplication of numbers through media napier rods. The research methodology used is a single-subject research (SSR) dengandesain adala AB, which compares the number multiplication skills learning disabilities in children baseline condition and treatment condition in the form of Visual Analysis Of Charts. Results of this study are shown in the analysis of data and analysis of the condition among the conditions that indicate a change in the ability of the multiplication of numbers in the child toward a better estimate of the trend is evidenced by the positive direction (+), trace data increases and thus the hypothesis is accepted, it means the media stems napier and can significantly improve the ability of the multiplication of numbers in children difficult belajarkelas 3. Suggested for classroom teachers in order to use the Trunk Media Napier to teach multiplication in numbers.

Abstract

This research background by the problems that researchers find Muhammadiyah schools SLB IX Padang Pauh mild mental retardation in children that the child is not motivated to learn about primary colors, children always seem lazy when invited to learn about color. Based on this research aims to prove that by playing puzzle floor can increase the motivation of learning about primary colors.The research was conducted over three weeks. This study used experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with AB research design. The subjects were mild mental retardation children. The target is to see their behavior from the child's motivation to learn perseverance, tenacity, interest / concern in the study, not bored to learn the color and fun in learning colors.The results of this study indicate that, increasing the motivation to learn to know the primary colors mild mental retardation in young grade I / C in SLB Muhammadiyah Padang Pauh IX increased after receiving services through a puzzle floor. This is evident when the researchers conducted in two sessions ie baseline sessions before the intervention is given five times the observations, and the percentage of color recognize primary motivation lies in the range of 20%, 20%, 20%, 20% and 20%. Second session of the intervention (B) researchers explain how these measures play floor puzzle motivated children start learning about primary colors seen from the perseverance child, child tenacity, interest / attention to children, and children do not get bored to learn that in this condition lies in the range of 34%, 42%, 64%, 60%, 86%, 100%, 100%,. The results of this study are expected to benefit the teachers, and so further research can be an alternative to improve the child's motivation to learn about primary colors.

Abstract

The background of this research is the discovery of two moderate mental retardation students of class VII / C who have difficulty in making banana smoked during mengertjakan skills, this is because the classroom teacher can not perform deliver the subject matter in accordance with the learning steps and make banana smoked during This method only teacher demonstrations in providing eye peljaran skills, making students often forget or become less understand what the teacher explained. The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to make banana smoked through a learning resource for children mental retardation was a class VII / C. Learning resources is an environment can be used as a school teacher pebelajaran media. This pebelitian type is action research class (classroom action research) that takes the form of collaboration. These actions were taken to two children mental. Based on the average value obtained by the students at the end of the first cycle can be seen that the TN before the given action I get a value of 20% of all the indicators are given. And after a given action I got 33.33%. While the PN before the given action I get a value of 20% of all the indicators are given. After the action I was given to 25%. In the second cycle performed in four learning skills make pisnag salai, where TN got 83.33% in execution cycles II and PN also received a grade of 75%. The results of the third cycle shows the results of the ability of TN got 91.67% while the PN also scored 83.33%. banana smoked for child mental retardation was a class VII / C. Abstract

this research background by a young quadriplegic problem DV class had difficulty in the buttons. From the results of the identification and assessment, children have difficulty in buttoning clothes properly on PMDS subjects. Thus the researcher seeks help to improve the ability to install using the media buttons model. This study aims to improve the ability to install buttons with media usage models for young quadriplegic X. This study receipts experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with the A-B design and data analysis techniques using visual analysis of analyzes in those conditions. To target the frequency of their behavior when the child is able to put buttons properly given a value of one and if the child is not able to install dress properly given a value of zero The results of this study indicate that based on the analysis of both data analysis and analytical conditions between estimated trend direction, trend stability, trace data and the rate of change increased care overlap positive and less on data analysis. Abstract

This research of background overshadow by problems which researcher find in SLB Muhammadiyah Pauh IX Padang, a child of handicap light  class I semester of I finding difficulties in comprehending number concept 1-10. Matter is proven, when conducting and interview of asesmen to child in the reality a child only can mention and show number one. To overcome this problems researcher try to give alternative by using jump picture game assumed can assist handicap in improve repairing number concept 1-10. This research aim to  increase ability comprehend number concept to child of handicap light through jump picture game. Research type is Single Subject Research (SSR) that is research which in doing a condition differ to use A-B desain. Condition of A is baseline namely the condition of early ability of child in comprehending number concept before in giving action. While condition of B represent the condition of intervention namely the condition of where child in giving intervention through jump picture game. Goals size measure of behavior seen from how much gratuity persentage of child show and mention number 1-10. Result of this research seen that ability comprehend number concept to child of handicap  light in  SLB Muhammadiyah Pauh IX Padang mount after in giving jump picture game. This proven matter when perception performed within two session that is  first of session of baseline before given by intervention (A) which is donethe six of perception times rill, and percentage of ability comprehend number concept at this condition lay in to span 0%, 0%, 0%, 10%, 10% and 10%. Abstract

The background of this research is the discovery of two students grade D3 mild mental retardation / C who have difficulty in identifying vowels during follow lessons, this is because only classroom teachers use the lecture method and gave the task of reading to children. In other circumstances at the time of reading the words that have vowels [a, i, u] children experience difficulties because children do not know these vowels. The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to recognize vowels through media images for mild mental retardation children grade D3 / C. Type of research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) that takes the form of collaboration. These actions were taken to two children D3 grade mild mental retardation / C in SLB YAMIK shadow.The results showed for the first cycle held four meetings in the learning process that starts from mentioning letters, shows, reading the word, and the assessment of the work of children. Based on the average value obtained by the students at the end of the first cycle can be seen that the CH before the given action I get a value of 20% of all the indicators are given. And after a given action I got 40%. While NS before given action I got 15% of all the indicators are given. After the action I was given to 50%. In the second cycle performed in the learning process TN four times scored 60% on the implementation of the second cycle and NS got 80%.The results of the third cycle shows the results ability CH gets a score of 70% while the NS got 60%. From the results presentation and analysis of the data it can be concluded that the use of a picture card media can enhance the ability of the child to know vokali letter grade D3 mild mental retardation / C. Thus it can be suggested to the schools, teachers, and researchers can use the following for a picture card media to improve their children recognize vowels for mild mental retardation

Abstract

This research background by mild mental retardation children problems (x) the difficulty in solving sums. Based on the observations made, it is known that children are familiar with the concept of numbers, sign (sum) and be able to count, but the children have difficulty in doing the sums though only to 10 only, from the condition indicated that children may not be able to complete the sums. Child's ability in solving addition problems is low, children are very slow to settle the sum. Researchers want the ability to increase that sum by using the beam image. The hypothesis in this study, the beam pictorial media can enhance the ability of the sum of the child mild mental retardation. This study used experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR). As the subject of this study is the son of mental retardation (x) was 13 years old. Assessment of this research is shaped by counting the percentage of correct answers is done by children divided by the number of questions X 100%. Data acquired and processed in the form of graphs, so that the results can be drawn between the two conditions. From the research shows that the ability to sum ​​up the results of 10 for child mental retardation X increases. Initially the children are able to solve problems with the acquisition sum percentage of correct answers between 30% - 50%, after a given intervention by using the beam pictorial percentage of correct answers increased to 40% - 80%. Thus the hypothesis put forward previously acceptable. This means that media can enhance the ability of the beam pictorial summation of child mental retardation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: 1) describe the implementation process of learning to improve reading skills using the word card words and 2) prove the said media card can improve word reading skills in children studying in class I slow SD No.. 14 Koto Panjang Pauh Padang. Type of research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) with two cycles performed in the form of collaboration with colleagues. Subjects were three children, slow learners (I, G and Iq) and one teacher. Data were collected through an oral test and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that 1) the learning process in improving reading skills through the medium of the word card words do two cycles. Cycle I and Cycle II made ​​six (6) meetings. Each cycle begins with the planning, implementation (initial activity, core and end), observation, and analysis and reflection. 2) The results of the study proved that the child's ability to read words increased. It proved: results asessmen berkonsonan word reading ability [b, p] I gained (20%), G (10%) and Iq is (15%). After learning the media card in the first cycle capability word I to (100%), G (85%) and IQ (95%). In addition, the ability to read words I berkonsonan [d] when asessmen (20%), G (15%) and IQ (15%). After learning the word card pda second cycle capability I also (100), G (90%) and IQ (100%). It was concluded that the media card is the word slowly improving reading skills kids learn. Advised on the school, teachers and researchers can use the media next to the word cards to improve reading skills more.

Abstract

This study aimed to: 1) Determine the implementation process in improving skills to make potato chips through training methods and 2) prove that the method of exercises can improve the skills of making potato chips in deaf children class V SDLB 20 Nanbalimo Solok City.This study removed using action research method (Classroom Action Research) conducted in collaboration with colleagues. Data were collected through observation and testing techniques, and then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that 1) the implementation process in improving skills to make potato chips through training methods done in two cycles. Cycle I conducted five meetings with the goal of cycle "so that children are able to recognize and process the material for making potato chips." While the second cycle followed by "frying potato chips" conducted in four sessions. Activities carried out by following the flow of the cycle: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. 2) The results of the study proved that the child's children's ability to make potato chips with current training methods of increased. It proved: results asessmen Learning outcomes: children's ability to make potato chips with current training methods of assessment are: IN is (43.3%), while SC only (36.7%). After being given a lesson in the first cycle with training methods and cognitive ability for making potato chips IN is (86,7%) and SC was (80%). Cycle II results obtained IN (100%) and (93,3%) have been able to perform independently. It can be concluded that the method of exercises can improve the skills of making potato chips in deaf children class V SDLB 20 Nanbalimo Solok City. Keterampilaan suggested to teachers to use teaching methods in practice other skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of media cards increase the ability to read words in simple sentences for low vision children in the class II SDLB Blind Payakumbuh.This research approach Reaserch Single Subject (SSR) in a design with low vision AB (X). Target size their behavior is "value" in a child's ability to read a simple sentence 10 that have been provided. Condition A (baseline), ie before the given actions and conditions B (intervention) the circumstances in which children are given the intervention through the media card says. Data collected directly by recording the results of tests conducted verbally. Then the obtained data is processed in the graph. The results of this study indicate that the ability to read simple sentences children increased after administration says media card. This is evident in the baseline phase (A) with seven observed to the highest values ​​obtained son is (3). Meanwhile, after a given intervention (B) through the medium of word cards done seven times, the value of the ability of children reached (10), that have all the words the child can read clearly and completely. It can be concluded that the media card is effective words and phrases to improve the ability to read a simple children with low vision. It is suggested that teachers and researchers to use the media card further improve their word reading simple sentences children with low vision.
