This research background of the fact that investigators found problems at school SLB Bhakti Amal district. 2x11 Six Lingkung Sicincin, a kid Light Tunagrahita initials SA have difficulty in reading words. Based on this research aims to improve the ability to read words through methods Drill, Drill whether the method can improve the child's ability to read words Tunagrahita. This study used experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with design A - B. The subjects were children Tunagrahita Class II. Data recorded by the Recording Event procedure checklist marking the number of words read correctly on the student worksheet. Data analysis techniques are used based on the observation data in the form of Visual Analysis of Graphs. The results were analyzed included the number of observations at six times the baseline condition and treatment condition as much as ten times. Thus prove proposed problem formulation, that through Drill method can improve reading skills for children says mild mental retardation in SLB Amal Bhakti Sicincin. Advised the teachers to implement learning by drill method in improving reading skills kids Tunagrahita said.

The research was motivated by the problems faced by Deaf students grade IV / B in SLB Aur West Pasaman River State, the vocabulary of children with hearing impairment is very minimal. And in relation to others we must have sufficient vocabulary for people to communicate smoothly. To overcome these problems is necessary to find a way out, so that children are able to communicate with others. Effectiveness research objective method of role playing to enhance the vocabulary of children with hearing impairment grade IV / B in SLB River State Aur West Pasaman about buying and selling. Type of research is Quasi Experiment, one group pretest-posttest experimental design is implemented in one group without using the comparison group. The subjects were six fourth grade students Deaf / B in SLB Aur West Pasaman River State. Data obtained using the test works. Analysis of the data used is the Mann-Witney U test with test criteria Ha accepted if Uhit> Utab and Ha rejected if Uhit ≤ Utab the significant level of 95% or ɑ = 0.05. The results of data processing show Uhit = 3> Utab = 2, that is accepted and Ho Ha rejected. So, the results showed that the method Playing Effective Role to Increase Vocabulary Deaf Children Class IV / B in SLB Aur West Pasaman River State. For that the school should provide learning about the vocabulary to the child by using role playing so that children can socialize with other people.

This research is background overshadow from visible problem of field namely the natural child speak in class of III Elementary School number 03 Sungai Angek of subdistrict Baso experiencing of resistance on consonant uttering [r] this matter seen from ability of early child in consonant uttering [r] at word containing consonant [r]. Pursuant to the mentioned hence this research aim to prove effectiveness of method motokinestetic in improving ability of consonant uttering [r] for child speak in class III elementary school number 03 Sungai Angek of subdistrict Baso. The research methodologis is used by single subject research (SSR) with desain A-B-Aand technique analyse data use table and analyse visual data of graph. This subject research is child experiencing speak in class III Elementary school it is variabel measurement by using persentase of how much amount of pregnant word uttering of consonant [r] what is real corrct. Result of analysed to research include cover perception amount of at condition baseline (A1) as much 8 times condition treatment (B) as much 12 times, an condition baseline (A2) as much 5 times result of this research addressed at data analysis in a condition and analyse data usher condition showing existence of change of ability of consonant uttering [r]early word of at child of disparity resistance speak toward better from result of this data acquirement is inferential that method mokinestetic earn used by and effective to increase ability of consonant uttering [r]. Research suggest to parent, teacher and researcher hereinafter in order to earn to use method motokinestetic as one of method to increase the student ability in producing consonant specially consonant [r] and variation on order to the child do not tire of and also it is study is more interesting.

The background of this research is the discovery of six adult mental retardation class VII student who had difficulty in grinding cassava cracker-making processes opaque, it is Because The classroom teacher can not Convey the subject matter appropriate for the needs of children and the teacher only The demonstration uses the method to provide eye learning skills, thus making the children Often Become forget or less understand what the teacher explained. In other conditions in the milling process sweet child has difficulty pushing tool grinder, mill thickness child has not reached 0.5 mm. The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to grind cassava through the application type STAD cooperative approach when teaching children skills for mental retardation was a class VII. This pebelitian type is action research class (classroom action research) that takes the form of collaboration. These actions were taken to six children, mental retardation was a class VII in SLB YAPEM Tarusan. The results Showed for the first cycle of six sessions held in the learning process that starts from introducing the tools, setting tools, grinding cassava and assessment of the work of children. Based on the average value obtained by the students at the end of the first cycle can be seen that the W after the given action I got 50%, the S gets a value of 50%, T gets the value of 40%, a gain value of 40%, R gets the value of 50%, and Kalsogot50%. The results of the second cycle Showed an increasing ability of the child. Where W after being given a second act gets a score of 70%, the S gets the value of 80%, T gets the value of 60%, a gain value of 60%, the R gets a score of 70%, and K got 60%. From the results presentation and analysis of the data it can be concluded that the use of type STAD cooperative approach to improve the ability to grind cassava crackers opaque making skills for mental retardation children were class VII. Thus suggested to the schools, teachers, and Researchers can use the following for a cooperative approach to improve learning skills for children tunagrahita being.

This research background by the problems that researchers find in SDN 18 Limau Manis Padang, a child is a class III Low vision SDN semester are having trouble viewing line of the book, it was originally seen when researchers looked at the implementation of ongoing writing Latin in class III SDN 18, after apparently observed the child have difficulty in seeing the line of writing the book so hard to read. This research Single Subject Research approach, the ABA design and data analysis techniques using visual analysis chart. The results of this study indicate that the media Bold Line Book effective in improving writing skills in teaching latin writing for children class III Low Vision SDN 18 Limau Manis Padang. Observations made with the first three sessions, the session before being given intervention baseline (A1) performed seven times of observation, Second, the intervention sessions (B) by using the media Bold Line Book survey is performed ten times, Third session baseline (A2) is done five times of observation. Based on these results it can be concluded media Bold Line Book effective in improving writing skills for young latin class III Low Vision SDN 18 Limau Manis Padang. Suggested the teachers should be able to use the media Bold Line Book the wrote the latin low vision in children.

This research of background overshadow by problem of a child cerebral palsy of class VII with find difficulties in button keyboard. Of result identify and asesmen, child find difficulties in button keyboard better and correctness. Hence from that researcher cope to assist to increase ability button keyboard by using practice of taktil and of kinestetik. This research aim to increase ability button keyboard through usage of practice of tactil kinestetik to cerebral palsy of child. This research using approach of experiment in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) designed by A-B and technique analyse its data use visual analysis of graph of analysis in a condition and analyse between condition. Assessment in this research that is by giving media at child to practice the way of button keyboard. For its goals of him that is frequency if child can button keyboard better and correctness given by value 1, and if child unable to button keyboard is truly given by value 0. Result of this research indicate that pursuant to result of good data analysis or analysis in a condition and also analyse between condition show estimation tendency of direction, tendency of stability, data footstep and rate of change which mounting positively and also overlop at data analysis smaller. Hence thereby can be expressed by research hypothesis (Ha) accepted. From result of entirety show the existence of change of ability button keyboard at child of J toward better. Matter this means can be concluded that kinestetik tactil ltihan can be used in improving ability button keyboard to cerebral palsy of child. Hence researcher suggest to teacher to use practice of tactil kinestetic in improving ability button keyboard.

The study is in the background, background different attitudes of parents of children with special needs in SDLB N.20 Nan Balimo Solok City. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the perception of parents of children with special needs that exist in SDLB N.20 Nan Balimo Solok City. The methodology of this research is descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling technique is the total sampling with a sample of twenty-nine parents of children with special needs. Techniques of data collection through a questionnaire distributed using Guttman scale with response alternatives exist, no and yes. From the above result revealed that parental perceptions or attitudes about the reaction that occurs in the presence of ABK received 34,4%, the perception of parents about how to eliminate negative attitudes toward ABK 86,2%, perceptions about foster parents develop a positive attitude toward ABK 58,7%, the perception of parents about the need for ABK which is basically no different from non ABK 48,2% children, parental perception of the role set ABK 34,4% parents, parents perception of the need for for implementation guidance to parents ABK 44.9%. suggested to parents to pay attention to the needs of children with special needs.

Pursuant to the mentioned hence this research aim to prove efektifity usage of media of cubaritme to increase quantifying of compile downwards with technique of hiding to child of intelegance below of class DIII /C in SDLBN 20 Pondok Duo Town of Pariaman. This research use approach of Single Subject Research, designed by A-B-A and technique analyse its data use visual analysis of graph. Research Subjek is a child of intelegance below of class DIII /C, which a child in errand finish problem quantifying of compile downwards with technique of hiding at answer sheet. Many problem which in giving ten item each time meeting, and measurement of its variable by using percentage. Result of this research indicate that media of Cubaritme effective in improving quantifying of compile downwards with technique of hiding to a child intelegance below of class DIII/C SDLBN 20 Koto Duo Town of Pariaman. This in proving with result of intervention conducted (A1) the seven of perception times rill, percentage of ability of quantifying of compile downwards with technique of hiding lay in to span 0%, and 10%. Both, intervention (B) by using media of Cubaritme perception conducted by counted ten times, percentage of ability of quantifying of compile downwards with technique of hiding at spanning 20% until 100%. Baseline after shall not longger use media of Cubaritme (A2) conducted by the five of perception times rill, got by result of ability of a child in quantifying of compile downwards with technique of hiding lay in to span 70% until 100%. Pursuant to result of the research can be concluded by media of Cubaritme effective in improving quantifying of compile downwards with technique of hiding. Researcher suggest to researcher and teacher here in after so that to be can use media of cubaritme to increase quantifying of compile downwards with technique of hiding a child.

This study removed using action research method (Classroom Action Research) conducted in collaboration with colleagues. Data collected through observation techniques, and tests, and then analyzed qualitatively andquantitatively The results showed that peer assistance in making chips Balado through two cycles. Each Five meetings were held for the first cycle and four for the second cycle that began with the beginning, the core activities and the final activity showed good success. The assessment (initial test) the ability of WS (33.3%), FD (19%) ID (19%) and YS (4.7%). Cycle I WS gets results (81%), FD (77%), MY (51.4%) and YS got value (38.1%). In the second cycle WS scored (100%), FD got (94%), MY scored (89.3%) and YS mndapat value (80%) This shows the increase and success after extensive repairs, and the role of peers in helping make the chips balado.Maka suggested to teachers in teaching skills to children Tunagrahita Lightweight better students who are able / completion to help a friend who has not completed (peer tutoring), so that children are able to independently light Tunagrahita either within the family or within the community , and can live well with good economy thanks to possess skills that can ensure their future.

Background research was conducted because of the constraints experienced articulation teacher in providing articulation training for Deaf students in SLB Negeri 01 Padang. It is caused due to lack of teacher training in the articulation. Besides the lack of special experts provide articulation exercises. Currently implementing articulation exercises in SLB 01 Padang implemented by the class teacher concerned. Based on this background, this study aims to gain an overview of the implementation of articulation training for deaf students in SLB Negeri 01 Padang, in terms of planning, implementation, evaluation, constraints, and effort that seeks to overcome these obstacles. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Subjects were articulation teachers, students, principals, classroom teachers and parents. Techniques of collecting data used were observation, interview and documentation. Then the data will be described with words or phrases that are separated by category for the conclusion.
