Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems that researcher shave foundthata child in elementary school SDN 27 class 2 Olo PadangWest. Children have difficulty in recognizing the alphabet at random, read a syll able, word reading and reading correctly and smoothly. This research is anexperimental studyin a single subject reseach(SSR) using AB designsan data analysis techniq uesusing visual analysischart. The subjects werechildren'sreading difficulties. Abstract

Abstract: The data demonstrate the stability of the fifteenth meeting to meeting to tujgh twelve with the highest score of 100 % , with the results of the students were able to do all the questions . Later in the baseline condition with no treatment is given , the data shows the stability of the meeting to meeting to eighteen to twenty- two with the highest score of 100 % , with the results of the students were able to do all the questions . It can be concluded that the use of the media can increase the number line numbers subtraction operation ability of deaf children 1-10 DIB class SDLB Manggis Ganting Bukittinggi . It is suggested to the principal and teachers to make the results of this study as a reference for the development of mathematics learning in school .

Abstract

Abstract: This research is in the background by the background issues that appear in the field, the kid learning difficulties in primary school class II X 09 Koto Affairs field who have difficulty in reading the word. This is evident from the beginning of the child's ability to read words children have difficulty on tests that researchers provide. children may not be able to answer all the test correctly. This study uses a Single Subject Research approach, the AB design and data analysis techniques using visual analysis chart. The results of this study indicate that the method is able to improve the reading skills silaba beginning of learning difficulties for children 2nd grade at SDN 09 Padang koto outside.

Abstract

The background of this research found a deaf subject who have a talent in fashion show but are less able to organize makeup to perform on stage.  Type of research is a Single Subject Researh using A-B desaign. The result indicate that the method can improve the skills of peer tutor stage makeup on the subject. Deaf teachers advised on the subject, in particular cosmetology stage in order to use peer tutoring methods in order to get better results because of the subject is the subject of human hearing impairment gems. .

Abstract

This research is in the background by the background issues that appear in the field, the third class X autistic children in special schools sparkle Tarusan who have difficulty in understanding the content of reading simple sentences. This is evident from the beginning of the child's ability to understand the content of reading simple sentences children have difficulty on tests that researchers provide. children may not be able to answer all the tests with benar.Penelitian aims to improve the ability of autistic children to understand the content of reading simple sentences through media images. Image Media is a visual medium that can be used with ease in learning activities. Research methodology that researchers use a single subject research studies using AB designs. That is the design of a study comparing the ability to understand the content of a simple sentence reading in children with autism X between the baseline condition and the intervention condition.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the result of the previous observation indicating that the student with light mental retardation X got difficulties to do jumping. They seemed unable to jump forward, backward, to the right side and to the left side. Therefore, this research was intended to improve the students’ skill to do jumping through traditional game rope jump and to reveal whether this game could work on this problem. This was an experimental research which used Single Research Subject (SSR). In conducting this research, A and B designs were applied. The subject of the research was the students with light mental retardation X in class II of SDLB 35 Painan. The result of the research indicated that the skill of the students with light mental retardation X to jump forward, backward, to the right side and to the left side could be improved through traditional game rope jump. In the baseline condition (A) which consisted of seven meetings, the students were only able to jump forward for which the percentage was 25%. While in the intervention condition (B) that consisted of sixteen meetings, the students’ skill improved from the eighteenth meeting to the twentieth meeting in which the highest score was 100%.

Abstract

This Research was conducted based on field findings in class VII C1 of SMP-LB AL-Hidayah Padang, there were two middle mentally disabled students namely MS and MY.They still couldn’t keep themselves from electric danger well. Self avoiding ability is a part of self treatment lesson.In order to ease learning for children in this research, tehe research used demonstration method, as demonstration  method could make the learning more concrete, so that the learning process would be more interesting. This research was conducted by using classroom action research method and collaborated wit a peer.Research findings showed that 1) the pocess in increasing self avoiding ability of electric danger through demonstration method was done with two cycle. Cycle 1 was in order the students are able to use electric appliances well well in which done four times of meeting.2) the learning result of self avoiding ability of electric danger through demonstration method was the student”sability when MS’s assessment was 7,14 % whereas MY”s was 14,28 %. After the learning was given on cycle 1 through demonstration method, MSs self avoiding ability of electric danger was (50%) and MY’s was (66,6%). On cycle 11,   they learned self avoiding ability of electric danger through demonstration method. The result found that MS’s ability was (62,5%) and MY’s WAS (75%). Thus, it can be concluded that demonstration method could increase the middle mentally disabled student’s ability in avoiding electric danger of class VII C1 in SLB AL- Hidayah Padang.

Abstract

This research is backgrounded by a problem was found with a kid in physical disability poliomyelitic type in first class of 1 C D1 has abnormalities in soft motor. After setting  an assessment knowing that kid could not able in writing and hold a pen rightly. The reseacher tried to help the kid to increase ability of soft motoric through folding origami paper. This research aim to increase ability of soft motor in physical disability kid of poliomyelity type of 1C D1 class in SLB Fan Redha Padang. Using Single Subject Research (SSR) type with A-B design. Where A condition was baseline with beginning kid ability in soft motor. Before giving treatment B condition was intervention where kid was given a treatment through folding origami paper. Result of this research looked that ability of soft motor of disability kid of poliomyelity type in 1C D1 class of Fan Redha Padang increase after given intervention through fold the origami paper. At baseline condition done during six times observasion the kid did not do anything ordred by researcher to that the kid had 0% score. At intervention condition done during fifteen time observation in kid ability. With at beginning increasing and then decline and increase more so that at the and meeting and the kid had highest score at 100%. Persentage of overlape at baseline condition (A) with condition in 0%. So  this research proved that formula of the problem as shown before had answered that folding origami paper. Can increare ability of soft motor in physical disability kid poliomyelitis type X 1C D1 class at SLB Fan Redha Padang. Researcher suggest to the teachers to use origami paper in increasing kid soft motor.

Abstract

This research is motivated when the researcher doing some preliminary study in SLB N Sungai Penuh. This school has much concerns on cosmetology skills applied for deaf children at SMPLB and SMALB. This research becomes more interesting since the researcher has got more informations about it. The children have generated many achievements on cosmetology since this skill being applied at school. This phenomenon raises the interest to do in depth-research about the implementation of cosmetology skills on deaf children in SLB N Sungai Penuh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pada anak yang belum mengenal nama-nama anggota tubuh bagian atas seperti mata, hidung, mulut dan telinga dengan benar, dimana anak mengalami kesulitan dalam menyebutkan nama anggota tubuh, mencocokkan gambar anggota tubuh, menunjukkan anggota tubuh dan mengelompokkan gambar anggota tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal nama-nama anggota tubuh bagian atas (mata, hidung, mulut dan telinga) melalui metode bermain. Metode bermain adalah suatu metode yang menerapkan permainan atau mainan tertentu sebagai wahana pembelajaran siswa yang mengutamakan kesenangan atau kebahagiaan dalam proses pembelajaran, yang dilakukan dengan cara bermain sendiri ataupun berkelompok tanpa memikirkan hasil akhir. Dalam hipotesis penelitian dinyatakan bahwa : metode bermain dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal nama-nama anggota tubuh bagian atas seperti mata, hidung, mulut dan telinga bagi anak down syndrome dikelas DI/C1 SLB Kasih Ummi Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah single subject research (SSR) dengan menggunakan desain A-B yang bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah metode bermain dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal nama-nama anggota tubuh bagian seperti mata, hidung, mulut dan telinga bagi anak down syndrome. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang anak down syndrome. Jenis ukuran target behaviornya adalah frekuensi dengan menghitung jumlah jawaban yang dijawab dengan benar oleh anak. Sedangkan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis visual data grafik yang terdiri dari analisis dalam kondisi dan antar kondisi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan grafik sehingga hasil penelitian ini dapat tergambar dengan jelas. Hasil analisis data dalam kondisi dan hasil analisis antar kondisi terlihat bahwa sebelum diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan metode bermain pada kondisi baseline, kemampuan menyebutkan nama anggota tubuh, mencocokkan gambar anggota tubuh, menunjukkan anggota tubuh dan mengelompokkan gambar anggota tubuh pada anak down syndrome masih rendah. Setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan metode bermain, kemampuan anak dalam menyebutkan nama anggota tubuh, mencocokkan gambar anggota tubuh, menunjukkan anggota tubuh dan mengelompokkan gambar anggota tubuh bagi anak down syndrome meningkat. Hal ini membuktikan metode bermain dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal nama-nama anggota tubuh bagian atas (mata, hidung, mulut dan telinga) bagi anak down syndrome dikelas DI / C1 SLB Kaish Ummi Padang.
