Abstract

Randang Lokan Cani Win is a business that operates in the field of food from the type of lokan, having its address in the area of Jorong Padang Halaban, Nagari Sasak, Sasak Ranah Pasisie District, West Pasaman Regency. Founded on August 14, 2017 until now.The selection of Rkan Loan Cani Win Promotion in Social Media as this final project aims to produce an effective and efficient promotional design in accordance with the advantages of social media promotion that is able to reach broad targets. In addition, with this promotion, it will later be able to show the Loan Cani Win Randang Randang so that it can optimize in knowing the Loan Cani Win Randang. SWOT is a method used in collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then proceed with the method of data analysis using SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunities, threats). Then conclude the data analysis and take a creative approach (the main and supporting media). The design of the Randang Lokan Cani Win Promotion in Social Media the author displays verbal and visual messages for the audience who see this promotion.The design of this promotion is expected to create a good positioning. In addition, it is expected to be able to attract the attention of the target audience, especially people who come to the city of West Pasaman, considering that social media-based promotional media is a media that is very likely and has a great influence in increasing promotion coupled with supporting media such as T-shirts, Xbanner, Stickers, Packaging, Wall Clock,, Flag Chain and Name Cards.Keywords: Design, Randang Lokan Cani Win, Social Media.

Abstract

Drug abuse has an adverse effect which can lead to addiction (addiction) which results in  dependency. Drug abuse in Indonesia is increasingly happening in some circles ranging from people with low and high economics.The purpose of designing this comic is to inform children about the dangers of drugs and as a precautionary measure so as not to increase drug abuse. The chosen media is comic books because comic books have a lot of pictures so it is interesting for children.This design produced a comic book as the main media, and was also supported by several other media, namely: Poster, Sticker, Totebag, X-banner, Tshirt, Key Chain, and Backdrop as supporting the main media and as a promotional media.Keywords: Comics, Drugs.

Abstract

Nature Tourism Sarasah Padang Waterfall as a nature tourism destination and a water vehicle in the city of Padang. This tourist spot is managed by local residents and young Koto Baru, led by Andreta Waldi as manager of Sarasah Waterfall Nature Tourism since 2013. This tourist address is located in Koto Baru Village, Gadut, Limau Manis Selatan Village, Pauh District, Kota Padang, West Sumatra Province. Sarasah waterfall nature tourism has considerable potential and opportunities to be developed, so that the target audience knows the existence of Padang Sarasah waterfall tourism. The basic problem is the lack of promotion of nature tourism in Sarasah Waterfall, the lack of information to the target audience. The purpose of television advertising can provide information, communicative with an attractive display of visualization to the target audience about the existence, nature tourism and water rides in the nature tourism of Padang Sarasah Waterfall.The design method uses a glass box, where the final result of a work is drawn from a rational process. Data collection used is a SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunities and threats)The results of the design as the main media of television advertising and supporting media: Posters, Billboards, Banners, Stickers, Flayer, T-shirts and Hats.Keywords: Advertising, Television, Video, promotion, Nature Tourism

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to make a martial arts guidebook with language and illustrations that are easily understood by the target audience, namely children. This guidebook is also a supporting medium in the implementation of martial arts activities that are suitable for children because they are in their growth and development. The reason why this book was made is in the available pencak silat books, which are still dominated by written forms which are not very effective for children to learn pencak silat. Approach to the design of the basic pencak silat manual book design covers the design of books, pencak silat, illustrations, colors, layouts, and typography.The design method used to design the Pencak Silat Basic Movement Guidelines is a glass box method based on data obtained through observation, interviews and literature studies on books and pencak silat. Data were analyzed using the 5W1H method, which are what, who, where, why, when and how.The article output of the Pencak Silat Basic Movement Guidance Book produced a primary medium in the form of a conventional guidebook. The supporting media produced were Poster, Sticker, Pin, X-Banner, Tumbler, Totebag, T-Shirt, and E-Book.Keywords: Book, Illustration,Pencak Silat

Abstract

District is one of Hardcore band that have a Melodic Hardcore style from Bukittinggi city. District are the pioneer of Melodic Hardcore genre in Bukittinggi city, made this genre as their characteristic that brought by District. Lyrics from District is containing massage about rebellion and resistance to oppressions. Yet the messages from the lyrics is less delivered, because of the audience have a problem to understand the lyrics.The design of this lyric video is expected can be an effective communication media to delivered contain and message from District song lyrics and suit with low budget also style of Hardcore music.This lyric video will be showing Let’s Revolt lyric from District. Besides showing the lyrics, Motion Graphics will be shown to illustrating to give some better impressions for this lyric video. Abstract

Micow is one of the shops that provide pure milk in the city of Padang. This business was initiated by Ucok Andi Oktora since October 20, 2015 which is located at Jl. Gajah 08 Air Tawar Barat Padang City. This business already has a good image, but the fundamental problem of the Micow logo is that it does not yet have a strong identity as a brand, and has not yet applied the principles of a good and correct logo design.The purpose of designing the Micow logo redesign is to design a logo by applying good, correct design principles so that later it will present a unique, simple, easy to remember, flexible, fun, communicative, and consistent placement in all types of media that will be used as Micow's attraction itself to be increasingly recognizable.The analytical method used is a SWOT analysis. This design produces a manual book as the main media that contains the design of the logo redesign starting from the moodboard, concepts, grid systems, colors, typography. Supporting media used to support the main media include Business Cards, Envelopes, Letters, Stamps, Posters, X-banners, Packaging, Menu Lists, Stickers, T-shirts, Aprons.Keywords: Redesign, Logo, Micow

Abstract

Sawahlunto City is a tourism city that presents historical tourism of former mining. The city holds a bitter story experienced by prisoners who are employed like slaves called Chain People to dredge coal. The purpose of this design is to produce a design book illustrated by the story of PEOPLE CHAIN in Sawahlunto City as a source of knowledge for high school students and tourists. To create an interesting picture book, the designer uses illustration theory, book design theory, and picture story book theory. The designer conducts research and collects data by observing and studying literature. The data will be used as reference data in making illustrations and text stories. The designer uses the concept of glassbox as a design method.In addition to illustrated story books as the main media, in the design of this final work the authors use supporting media such as e-books, backdrops, posters, bookmarks, notebooks, totebags, brochures and stickers.Keywords : Illustration book, illustration, Orang Rantai , Sawahlunto

Abstract

Minangkabau custom is a value that governs all social life in Minangkabau. The book on natural Minangkabau culture is a reading that teaches the values of Minangkabau adat. The loss of local content in the 2013 curriculum made the community especially Minang begin to forget the values of this Minangkabau. Therefore, the writer makes a reading material for the Minangkabau natural culture book, which is a re-design of the Minangkabau natural culture book. The design is based on book theory, color, typography e 5W + 1H data analysis technique is (what, when where, who, why and how). Abstract

This natural bathing attraction is located on the Padang-Solok causeway precisely at kilometer 14, if from Padang to Solok the location is right on a bend before the Lubuk Paraku bath to Sitinjau Lauik. The atmosphere in Aia Baliang is very natural, the water flowing cold and fresh, plus quite shady trees and a waterfall with a height of about 6 meters adds to the natural impression on this one tourist attraction.The creative purpose of Aia Baliang natural bathing tourism video to be achieved is to design an information media that aims to convey information to the target audience completely, communicatively, attractively and reflect the image of professionalism as expected. The approach used rationally but still packaged attractively, so that the information to be conveyed is achieved effectively.The main media used in designing the promotional video of Aia Baliang natural bathing attraction is Video. In addition to the main media, this promotional video is complemented by supporting media such as X-Banners, t-shirts, posters, hats, drinking bottles, pamphlets and stickers which aim to strengthen the application of the main media.Keywords: Design of Promotion Videos for Nature Baths Aia Baliang, Media

Abstract

The purpose of this design is to design effective and efficient promotional media to introduce potential customers so that they get the services they sell. One of them is the audio visual media, which is very much an audio visual media seen in the current era.The analytical method used is 5W + 2H (what, who, where, when, why, how and how much) to find solutions to the problems encountered.This design produces an audio visual in the form of a promotional video that can display images and sound as the main media, and is also supported by several other media, namely: Poster, T-Shirt, Billboard, Totebag, Sticker, X-Banner as supporting the main media and as a promotional media.Keywords: DJ, RCM DJ SCHOOL, Promotion
