Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resource Development and Work Environment towards Employee Performance Improvement PDAM Surya Sembada City Of Surabaya (Study of the Corporate Secretary Sub-Directorate) partially and simultaneously. The authors used a saturated sampling technique or also called a census, where all members of the population are sampled, as many as 55 employees in all Sub-Directorate of Corporate Secretary PDAM Surya Sembada City Of Surabaya. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interview. In calculating scoring, researchers used a Likert scale. Method data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variable Human Resource Development (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance Improvement (Y) partially. Human Resource Development (X1) and Environment Variables Work (X2) also have a significant effect on Employee Performance Improvement (Y) simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the decision to purchase Royal Residence Housing products in Surabaya. Exploration of Royal Residence Housing products is carried out using quantitative research methods.Data testing is done by questionnaires analyzed using statistical analysis such as validity and reliability tests and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21.0 for Windows.The results showed that the independent variable (product), product quality, brand trust, price and promotion simultaneously had an effect on the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision to produce conclusions, that is, accepted. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 or less than 0.05 and the value of Fcount (61.441)> Ftable (2.71). There is a significant and not significant partial effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Through the results of calculations that have been done with a significant level of results of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important resource for each company because every individual person as human resources have talent or ability, energy and creativity that is needed by the company to achieve every goals that planned by the company. To achieve these goals, theres a lot of factors that relate to improve the performances, one of them is discipline. This study analyzes the factors that influence employee discipline at the Sony Sugema College Surabaya Tutoring Institute with a population of 106 respondents and the sample known by the Slovin formula is 84 respondents. The results of factor analysis using SPSS 20 form 9 disciplinary factors of 28 indicators consisting of punishment sanction factor, exemplary leadership factor, remuneration factor, human relations factor, fairness factor, firmness factor, objectives and ability factor, work moral factor and waskat factor (supervision attached).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, utilization of information technology, and innovation on the marketing performance of Putra Mandiri Surabaya Savings and Loan Cooperatives partially and simultaneously. In this study the authors used accidental sampling techniques, where anyone who accidentally met with the researcher could be used as a sample. In this study, the number of samples the authors took as many as 130 people including members and prospective members of the cooperative. Data collection techniques used are using questionnaires and interviews. In calculating scoring, researchers used a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Service Quality, Use of Information Technology, and Innovation have a significant effect on Cooperative Marketing Performance partially. Service Quality Variables, Information Technology Utilization, and Innovation have a significant effect on Cooperative Marketing Performance simultaneously.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are very important. Because a product will be sold, with a purchase decision made by consumers. As with the UMKM Ayra & Eve in Surabaya, the more purchasing decisions made by consumers, the more products are sold. In this study to analyze the influence of social media, product quality, price on purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative research with a sample of 80 respondents. And data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and classical assumption tests. Simultaneous social media, product quality, and significant price for purchasing decisions. Therefore, the UMKM Ayra&Eve in Surabaya must be maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand equity which includes: brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty on purchasing decisions at Wardah Beauty House Surabaya stores. The authors used a survey, where the authors distributed questionnaires totaling 100 questionnaires to consumers or customers in Wardah Beauty House Surabaya stores. This is a quantitative research. Analyzed using multiple linear regression analisys and using SPSS 18.0. Based on the results of the study showed that brand equity variables consisting of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness doesn’t have a partially significance influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Water is an essential substance for life because the body of living things mostlyconsists of water, except for living things in the form of seeds, and spores.Water used by humans undergoes changes in chemical and physical properties.The complex problem that is often overlooked by the government and society is domestic wastewater caused by population growth and building developments in the city of Surabaya. This study used an interview technique (with a questionnaire instrument) and observation interviews. From the results of direct observation and interviews found the number of families who have and use private latrines by 99 respondents and only one respondent who wearspublic toilet. 99.5% of respondents have sewerage and only 0.5% of respondents who do not have.

Abstract

Fulfillment freight user expectations of service quality is important for service organizations to face business competition. This analysis aims to determine what factors affect the service in the cargo terminal, create a model of the relationship between the factors that affect performance cargo terminal services, provides recommendation to improve the performance of services Cargo Terminal at Juanda Airport in Surabaya. The method used in this analysis is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Respondents came from the expedition Air Freight and of the cargo transport services. IPA analysis known level of service performance still needs to be improved is the creation in serving customers queuing system, compensation for lost property damage in full, Leisure area of ??customer service, and the availability of parking facilities luas.Hasil CSI analysis resulting interpretation in value by 71.35%. This means that customers are quite satisfied primarily domestic cargo terminal services Juanda Airport in Surabaya.

Abstract

BIM is a technology in the field of AEC that is able to simulate all information in a development project into a 3-dimensional model. In the world of construction in Indonesia BIM technology is still very minimal applied to the world of construction. he purpose of this final project is to design a planning model for the Extension of the Bagendang Port Multipurpose Pier in Sampit, Central Kalimantan using software from Aecosim. The results of this study show 3D results from the modeling of the Pier structure. This shows that BIM-based applications in planning and designing a building model can simplify the design analysis process.
