<![CDATA[Monitoring Data on the presence of Usig Fingerprints is a strategic approach towards improving the discipline of employees, to achieve improved discipline such officials then needed an application monitoring system using Fingerprint time & attendance data are not effectively separated the human, infrastructure and overall management system for centralized employee fee payment process with SAP/ERP as expected and did not experience any delay in payment. Attendance System Monitoring application is capable of helping the PA (Payrool Administration) in favour of an increase in the accuracy of the data centralized employee fee payments with SAP can be realized should be supported by a reliable Technology Informatics infrastructure. Attendance Monitoring System application using the Fingerprint are created in this journal is an application programming examples that use the programming language visual basic 6.0 and SQL Server database, which is expected to help resolve problems existing in HUMAN RESOURCES in General and the ADM. Personnel in particular. The design of monitoring data on the presence of using fingerprints only handles input from someone who has been registered in the database, whereas the output that is displayed showing the reports relating to the attendance reports to be used as the supporter of the accuracy of the data centralized employee fee payments with SAP.]]>

<![CDATA[The sophistication of information and communication technology (ICT) especially in the field of internet is very supportive and easier to find information by using a web browser as a medium, one of the utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) is an online discussion forum as access to discuss various things. Discussion forums active role as a communication medium that exists with the purpose of giving opinions, motivation, solutions, and information related to the ongoing discussion in the forum. Along with the development of non-formal learning methods, discussion forums are now made by several campuses in Indonesia, which aims to provide solutions to the students to be more active in asking and able to provide accurate answers or opinions thus indirectly the discussion forum turned into a place of learning non- formal distance can be done without face to face (ilearning learning methods). The problem is access to the previous discussion forum where discussions are time limitations in the delivery time, require each member to take the time to meet face to face and also requires that each member be in one (1) point for the purpose of exchanging information. Online discussion forums is an efficient solution is flexible and does not remember much each member has the same time, by making use of information and communication technology (ICT) is one of the colleges make online discussion forums as a forum of discussion among students, faculty and staff at the college incorporated as members so that the members can ask questions and provide solutions, and argue about related questions to give you an idea - an idea that is easy to understand that is packaged specifically for non-learning activities fomal online and without a time bound access. RhjFox is a communication medium in the form of active online discussion forum developed by the university, with a discussion of the division of the categories created to facilitate the members to interact and search for information on the desired topic of discussion in the discussion forum. <![CDATA[The development of the rapidly evolving technology in this era, especially in the telecommunications, media, and information (telecommunications) received positive feedback and negative in society. The technology used by the right target will be very useful in supporting the activities of either the agency or agencies. penyampaikan for information processing and information so that the information presented is fast, precise, and lack of errors, thus making the job more effectively and efficiently. Short Message Service (SMS) is the delivery of messages or information that is already being replaced by chat applications such as fuel and whatsapp. SMS has experienced growth in terms of the use and function as Polling SMS, SMS Banking, and SMS Gateway. Gammu SMS Engine Engine is used for SMS Gateway application. Gammu can be implemented in a variety of programming languages such as PHP and can be used functions as needed. Gammu SMS messaging engine is processing applications that do not perform bulk SMS delivery on most SMS gateway. The method used for Gammu SMS engines do not get hung up on a theory but a configuration setting through some source code and also through the device manager to check the port that is connected to the computer. To use the database files in a manner that is available on the database import gammu folder on the server mysql which we use to connect to the modem and mysql. To run the service engine gammu must use the command prompt by way mengetikm "gammu-smsd smsconf -i -s -c" to the process of running the engine at a command prompt first entry in the directory "bin". <![CDATA[An institution if it is to continue to achieve the target it is necessary to continue working, in this case that needs to be realized by the students during the tasting of science education in junior college from start to finish is a high IPK, as a measure of academic success. But it was necessary to achieve a high IPK in the target, appears to be less satisfactory if graduated from an institution with a low IPK. Be aware that a high IPK is one of the factors contributing to a career or to pursue higher degrees. However, until now the majority of applications only use instasi educational standards of judgment that can only display the values directly in the absence of tools as an experiment. It is necessary to build an expert system control program IPK as a tool for students. Expert systems or knowledge that is often known as the Base System aims to help motivate and analogize the stages of how to work the program the system uses forward chaining reasoning method that will be able to control the resulting IPK according to the expected target information and prevention solutions that need to be done to achieve target.of such information would provide information that the target has been reached or not. If the target is achieved then you reach your target information, and vice versa if it fails then it will appear warning you that the target is not reached.
