Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of the acquisition of harsh language in children aged five years and under in Pondok Aren District. This research was made using the observation method with note-taking techniques and then analyzed the results of observations and conversation notes made by children under five years of age, then the data results were described and concluded the results of data analysis. The results of the analysis of this data research showed that four children who spoke harshly in their daily life were in a bad environment. Then it can be concluded that the environment has a major influence on language development in children. Based on this research, it can be concluded that children under the age of five have an easier time hearing, remembering, and repeating the language that has been heard in their environment and daily life. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pemerolehan bahasa di bidang fonologi, sintaksis, dan semantik pada anak tunarungu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan studi kasus dengan subjek penelitian adalah Mutiara Bulan Azzahra. Subjek penelitian memiliki taraf pendengaran 110 dB dan termasuk kategori tuli total. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu pada bidang fonologis, anak tunarungu bernama Bulan hanya bisa melafalkan bunyi-bunyi fonem pada area bibir bawah dan atas atau artikulasi bilabial. Pada bidang sintaksis, anak tunarungu telah mampu mengikuti tuturan kalimat dari gurunya menggunakan bahasa isyarat dan membuat kalimat-kalimat sederhana. Pada tataran semantik, anak tunarungu hanya bisa menyalin sebuah kata namun masih belum bisa memahami makna dari kata tersebut. Key Words: Deaf Children, Language Acquisition

Abstract

The writer of this research is going to analyze the theory of the pioneer in Existentialism; Soren Kierkegaard’s the three phases of Human Existence (aesthetic phase, ethic phase and religious phase) This research indicates how the main characters Niki Jumpei at Suna No Onna novel are entrapped by society and nature. Their conditions are meaningless, powerless, nothingness and a sense of death. Yet, in the end, both of the protagonist characters recognize their meaning for their absurd life. By means using Descriptive Qualitative research, this research is focuses on describing the way of the main characters in Suna No Onna or Women in the Dunes provide the meaning of their life. Abstract

Thematic learning creates many opportunities that make students more participating and involved in learning activities. Therefore, many schools are trying to implement thematic learning in schools, including at Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah (MI) Nurulllah Kepuh Cirebon which is the main object of this research. However, the focus of this research is how to implement it in MI Nurullah Kepuh Cirebon. Thus, this study aims to determine how the implementation of thematic learning at MI Nurullah Kepuh Cirebon, including its effectiveness in improving the quality of learning, the obstacles experienced, and student learning outcomes from this thematic learning. By conducting research using a quantitative approach, the results show that thematic learning conducted by MI Nurullah Kepuh Cirebon is relatively effective. However, there are obstacles that are experienced, namely in the form of limited learning facilities, the media used in online learning, even the media used by the teacher. Student learning outcomes are quite good, and also increase student activity in the learning process. It can be said that the thematic learning carried out by MI Nurullah Kepuh Cirebon is relatively effective, but it still needs improvements in facilities to support thematic learning better. Abstract

Writing the following research will raise the theme of the principles of politeness contained in a drama script. The data source for this study was obtained from a drama entitled "Kebo Nyusu Gudel" by Dheny Jatmiko. In this case the criticism or problem addressed is about the contents of the heart of a child, son-in-law and grandchild to an 80 year old grandfather who is always pictured by his past events, this is stated in a literary work of drama. The research method chosen by the writer for use in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research can be analyzed through mimetic criticism. The researcher reasoned that he wanted to raise the theme mentioned above because the researcher wanted to tell the public how important politeness was in every word with other people, especially to a father, father-in-law, and grandfather. This poem describes a family who is tired of the attitude and behavior of a senile old grandfather, this grandfather is a freedom fighter who has not yet forgotten his struggle. The researcher also wants to make the public or the readers touched and can learn a lesson from the sentences contained in the poem.Keywords: Drama, Mimetic, Politeness.

Abstract

Language is a tool that humans use in everyday life. Language acquisition can be divided into two: (a) First language acquisition or commonly referred to as native language, and (b) Second language acquisition. This language acquisition is in Psychocholinistic studies. So to be able to deepen the problem of language acquisition, we are required to deepen psykolinguistic. This journal will discuss the acquisition of a second language acquired through the story book. The story book is commonly read by her mother every night. The method used in this research is dialiog qualitative descriptive method. Keywords: language, psycolinguistic, language acquisition.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the trigger for theater performances in Mojokerto has always decreased from year to year, especially school theaters. The student theater festival, which is held annually, has not been held for two years. The trigger for the school to allow and finance the show did not exist. The purpose of this research is to find a solution to the decreasing productivity of performances in Mojokerto. The method used is a single case study method. This case study stage uses a "detailed descriptive analysis". The finding of this research is that the theater must be held with a fun concept. Teachers (read: prospective teachers) when they are equipped with stage layout can be a trigger for the return of school theater through the ability of teachers to organize performances. At the same time creating a trigger to change the concept of the show with a makeshift management pattern, into a professional management pattern.
