Abstract

Proses pemilihan karyawan teladan tersebut bukan merupakan hal yang mudah. Selama ini pemilihan karyawan teladan pada PT. NAKAU dilakukan dengan cara memilih salah satu karyawan yang direkomendasikan oleh karyawan-karyawan pada PT. NAKAU sendiri. Cara tersebut tentu memiliki banyak kekurangan terutama dari segi objektifitas serta belum ada nya kriteria yang terukur yang digunakan untuk menentukan siapa yang jadi karyawan teladan. banyak kriteria-kriteria sebagai penilaian yang digunakan dalam proses pemilihan, dimana kriteria-kriteria tersebut didasarkan pada persepsi seseorang. Kendala lain yang timbul dalam pemutusan pemilihan karyawan teladan adalah sering kali pimpinan sebagai pengambil keputusan masih mengandalkan intuisi (subjektifitas). Hal ini tentu saja menjadi sebuah kekurangan untuk menentukan tepat atau tidaknya seseorang terpilih sebagai karyawan teladan. Oleh sebab itu penggunaan metode JST (Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan) dapat menjadi  salah satu metode yang dapat diterapkan untuk membangun suatu sistem sebagai penyelesaian masalah tersebut dengan menggunakan aplikasi Borland Delphi 7 dalam membantu menentukan karyawan teladan pada PT. NAKAU dengan penalaran metode JST (Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan).

Abstract

Systemic data processing is a necessity that is immediately implemented in all service lines both government, education and trade. Scholarship data processing at SMK Negeri 1 Talangpadang still uses a manual system in the form of manually storing data in the Ecxel office application. The problem that often arises is the scattered distribution of scholarship receipt files each year. Scholarship selection criteria consist of Academic Achievement, NonAcademic Achievement, Personality, Mileage, Report card grades, Organizational, Parental dependents, Parents' income, and Parental status. The method used in this deccision making system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. In the process of developing an application using a structured model by planning it uses a use case diagram. The application system was developed by using the HTML programming language and MySQL Data Base then tested using the localhost system with the Xammp application.

Abstract

Determination of the best employee in a sub-district is an activity to evaluate the performance of each employee in the ulubelu sub-district, ulubelu sub-district is one of the sub-districts in Tanggamus district. The process of assessing the selection of the best sub-district staff is done by searching for, weighting values for each attribute, which is then carried out by the perangkigan process which will determine the optimal alternative, namely the best employee. Based on the criteria set by the sub-district, among others, a. Individual performance b. Unit performance c. Absorption d. Presence of discipline. Education. Research on the Weighted product (WP) method can assist in making decisions in selecting the best employees in the Ulubelu sub-district. Of the 6 employees, the value of Doni = 0.1333 as the employee with the lowest value and febri = 0.2240 as the best employee in the ulubelu sub-district.

Abstract

Tembakau merupakan salah satu tanaman yang terpopuler didunia, tembakau biasanya dikonsumsi pada saat mengisi waktu luang atau hiburan, temabakau biasanya digunakan sebagai bahan baku rokok dan cerutu. DiIndonesia tembakau dengan kualitas terbaik hanya dihasilkan di daerah tertentu, kualitas tembakau biasanya ditentukan oleh kultivar, lokasi penanaman, waktu tanam dan pengolahan pasca panen. Seiring perkembangan tekhnologi ilmu komputer saat ini maka diperlukannya ebuah program yang dapat mendiagnosa tanaman tembakau, seperti aplikasi sistem pakar. Sistem pakar menentukan kualitas tebakau terbaik berbasis website dapat membantu para petani dan orang awam dalam mendiagnosa hasil dari tanaman tembakau mereka. Program ini dapat digunakan oleh semua orang dengan sistem aplikasi berbasis website setiap orang yang terhubung dengan koneksi internet dapat mengakses dengan mudah kapanpun dan dimanapun selama terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet

Abstract

Archives are determinants in the process of implementing agency tasks, especially in government agencies that are oriented towards providing services directly to the public (public). In the world of work and government today technology is the main point in carrying out all work activities using existing resources, namely computers and internet networks. for the system development method in the archive management system in this study is the Waterfall model. Waterfall Model or also called linear sequential model proposes an approach to the development of systematic and sequential software starting at the level and progress of the system in analysis, coding design, testing and maintenance. The implementation of an Android-based filing application can be built and run well on Android for the BumiArum office hall and the BumiArum village community. From a research that the researcher did has produced an Archiving Application in BumiArum Village which helped a little more in processing archives in the BumiArum summit office.

Abstract

To exploit coal the company needs to hold discussions and it takes time to reach the location, each coordinate point traveled has a different distance, the shorter the distance, the faster the time it will take. In this problem the company does not yet have hauling distance data at each coordinate point, the solution to this problem is how to build an application for determining coal production points using the dijkstra algorithm. There are three stages used to collect data, namely, literature study, observation, and interviews. The development of the system used to build this application uses the prototype method whose stages consist of communication, rapid planning, rapid design modeling using flowcharts, prototype formation, and submission of the customer system in the form of an application that analyzes the determination of PIT location distances using algorithms dijkstra, the output of this application is a description of the track map display, the destination location and its node points with detailed routes with a distance of kilometers. At this stage, the application is tested using the blackbox test, by checking whether the buttons can function properly and the expected result from this test is a success.

Abstract

This research is oriented towards the RT /RW Net Hotspot System Network Design with the Mikrotik Router Board as Billing Management for the Implementation of the Quota Voucher System using the Usermanager Tools. Utilization of User Manager Tools on Mikrotik which functions as a network user manager, with this User Manager Tools the admin can easily create voucher keywords with the generate system without manual inputting of keywords, this User Manager tool can only be accessed by administrators and accessed via computer devices. This system certainly makes it very easy for the Admin to manage user management. Clients can enjoy hotspot system internet access by purchasing a Hotspot Quota Voucher that has been determined according to user needs. With the hotspot system, it can make it easier for clients to reach internet access with the Hotspot Quota Voucher system.

Abstract

Along with the development of the times, the needs of the community is increasing. Similarly, the need for motor modifications, the development of motor modification products at this time has grown so rapidly and a lot of competition, the number of motor modification products on offer will make the stores confused in terms of the most consumer goods, the process of selecting goods modification motor the most popular consumer is the process of obtaining and using information about the best modified motorcycle goods in the modified motor shop in Pringers. A motor modification shop should make the right decisions regarding the selection of the most preferred consumer modification items, if this is done well and correctly will guarantee the results of the selection of quality and consumer demand. Decision support systems play a role in helping shops to make informed decisions. In this research, there are 5 alternative choice of modified goods which are Power, Sharky, SPD, DBS, and YSS merchandise goods, after normalization process for each criteria, the product of motor modification Power as product has value the biggest end.

Abstract

AKPRIND Institute of Science & Technology (IST AKPRIND) Yogyakarta is one of the private universities in Yogyakarta which has 3 different building locations so that it has many rooms and buildings in a large area. In addition, the shape of the room is similar and the lack of information and the location of the campus which is divided into three, often makes it difficult for new students to find a room to carry out the lecture process later. Augmented Reality (AR) is a concept of combining virtual reality with world reality (real life), so that 2-dimensional (2D) or 3-dimensional (3D) virtual objects seem to look real and blend into the real world. The AR camera will capture and identify markers and then position and place a virtual data object on the marker. In the process of creating an AR application, Unity3D tools and a database using Vuforia are required. The results of the application will be tested using the Standard Hough Transform (SHT) method. SHT is tested to get a conclusion about the detection distance value at the distance between the image and the camera. The test was carried out using 3 marker sizes with a tilt angle of 0 °, 15 °, 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 75 °, and 90 ° carried out with 20 watts of lamp lighting and a distance of 2.5 meters between the lamp and the marker. Based on testing with the SHT method, the larger the marker size, the farther the marker distance can be detected.
