Abstract

Lecturers are one of the most important components in a college education system. Roles, duties, and responsibilities are very important in realizing national education that is the intellectual life of the nation to improve the quality of Indonesian people, which includes the quality of faith / noble, noble character, and mastery of science, technology and art, and realize the Indonesian society forward, prosperous, and civilized. Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making Method is one of the methods in decision making where alternatives are known and predetermined. Decision-making should determine priorities, weights, or rankings based on given criteria. to facilitate the evaluation of lecturer performance based on the tri dharma of universities covering pedagogic, professional, personality and social competence, the lecturer performance index is evaluated using Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision-Making method. The purpose of this research is to get the decision-making model of lecturer performance index using the Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision-Making method with predetermined criteria such as classroom study, GBP and sap stipulations, time conformity, material absorption, learning media, archive as, research, translation, lecturer activities. It is expected that the lecturer performance appraisal model can trigger lecturers to improve performance and facilitate the leadership to evaluate the performance of lecturers to improve the quality and quality of universities. Keywords: FMADM, Lecturer, Lecturer Performance

Abstract

Dosen merupakan salah satu komponen terpenting dalam suatu sistem pendidikan perguruan tinggi. Peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab sangat penting dalam mewujudkan pendidikan nasional yaitu mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa meningkatkan kualitas manusia Indonesia, yang meliputi kualitas iman/takwa, akhlak mulia, dan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni, serta mewujudkan masyarakat indonesia yang maju, adil, makmur, dan beradab. Metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making merupakan salah satu metode dalam pengambilan keputusan dimana alternative-alternatif sudah diketahui dan ditentukan sebelumnya. Pengambilan keputusan harus menetukan prioritas, bobot, atau rangking berdasarkan kriteria yang diberikan. untuk mempermudah dalam penilain terhadap kinerja dosen berdasarkan tridharma perguruan tinggi yang meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, professional, kepribadian dan social dilakukan penilaian indeks kinerja dosen dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan model pengambilan keputusan penilaian indeks kinerja dosen menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making dengan Kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan antara lain: pembelajaran dikelas, ketetatap gbpp dan sap, kesesuain waktu, ketetapan penyerapan materi, media pembelajaran, arsip uas, penelitian, penjabaran, kegiatan dosen. Diharapkan dengan adanya  model penilaian kinerja dosen  dapat memicu dosen untuk meningkatkan kinerjan dan mempermudah pimpinan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dosen untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kulitas perguruan tinggi. Kata Kunci : FMADM, Dosen, Kinerja Dosen

Abstract

Provinsi Lampung memiliki potensi pariwisata yang tidak kalah menarik dengan daerah wisata lainnya yang ada di Indonesia. Namun kurangnya perhatian informasi objek wisata di Provinsi Lampung mengakibatkan kurangnya jumlah wisatawan yang datang ke Provinsi Lampung. Dari situlah Muncul gagasan mengembangkan aplikasi pariwisata berbasis Android yang bertujuan memberiak kemudahan informasi bagi para wisatawa n dalam maupun luarnegeri tentang wisata unggulan Lampung. Sistem ini dibangun dengan model terstruktur dengan metode waterfall. Tahapan pengembangan di awali dengan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengkodean, pengujian Penerapan Program dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi E-tourism di kembangkan dengan konsep pemaduan informasi tempat wisata dengan berbasisi web mobile dengan menggunkan GPS dan Map untuk mengetahui jarak tempuh serta waktu perjalanan.Kata kunci: E-Tourism, Android, Lampung

Abstract

With the development of technology in the world that is increasingly sophisticated and makes it easier for humans in the world of work and others.Especially by using a smartphone one of the tools in the modern era that cannot be separated from human hands, smartphones can also be a tool to memorize Juz Amma more easily. Parents will also support if the smartphone is used for positive activities and parents do not feel worried that their child is wrong to use negative activities. The results of the research using the Inventor app which is in the form of the Juz Amma application.

Abstract

Tembakau merupakan salah satu tanaman yang terpopuler didunia, tembakau biasanya dikonsumsi pada saat mengisi waktu luang atau hiburan, temabakau biasanya digunakan sebagai bahan baku rokok dan cerutu. DiIndonesia tembakau dengan kualitas terbaik hanya dihasilkan di daerah tertentu, kualitas tembakau biasanya ditentukan oleh kultivar, lokasi penanaman, waktu tanam dan pengolahan pasca panen. Seiring perkembangan tekhnologi ilmu komputer saat ini maka diperlukannya ebuah program yang dapat mendiagnosa tanaman tembakau, seperti aplikasi sistem pakar. Sistem pakar menentukan kualitas tebakau terbaik berbasis website dapat membantu para petani dan orang awam dalam mendiagnosa hasil dari tanaman tembakau mereka. Program ini dapat digunakan oleh semua orang dengan sistem aplikasi berbasis website setiap orang yang terhubung dengan koneksi internet dapat mengakses dengan mudah kapanpun dan dimanapun selama terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet

Abstract

Electronic government is a government-based electronic website, aiming to improve the relationship between the government and other parties. The e-government provides 24-hour online public services. The village of Dadirejo is a village located in the District of Tanggamus District, Dadirejo Village still has not used E-government as a public service, to overcome it in creating a new system that can be used as a medium of information to the public. The process of making E-government in Dadirejo Village is done by analyzing the existing system, then using some diagrams namely, DFD (Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and flow chat. Continued premises designing web and MySQL database. E-government in Dadirejo Village is expected to make it easier to provide services and information to the community quickly, accurately, and indefinitely

Abstract

Mobile commerce application is one of the types of electronic commerce that has benefits for online sales and marketing systems. The internet in general, has been used by the public as a means of information and is used as a business tool to market a particular product. In an effort to increase the added value and sale of products produced by members of the Gentiaras cooperative, a digital platform has been built under the name Olshop PSW which has the function of matching and promoting the products of the members of the Gentiaras Pringsewu Cooperative. This application was built using the Systems Development Life CycleI Method using PHP and Java programming languages and database design using Mysql.

Abstract

The village has an important role in improving the national economy. A developed village will have a good impact on people's lives, both from the economy and the welfare of the community. The village head has an important role in running the government in rural areas. One of the indicators for evaluating the success rate of development and prosperity of an area is the success of a village itself so that the village or village has an important role in the process of improving development. With special autonomy regarding village development, the role of the village head becomes central and becomes the driving force for village development. To find out how well the village head is performing, it is necessary to have a breakthrough in measuring the village head's performance index in Pringsewu Regency. In measuring the performance of the Village Head, the criteria and weighting of the Simple Additive Weighting and TOPSIS methods are used. The sample was tested using eighteen villages spread across nine sub regency in the Pringsewu Regency. The application of two methods of decision support systems using Simple Additive Weighting and TOPSIS in measuring the index of Village Heads in Pringsewu Regency can trigger an increase in the performance of village heads to build the villages based on predetermined criteria. Of the eighteen alternatives tested, the highest value was A16 with a value of 0.8901508.

Abstract

Prestasi belajar merupakan gambaran dari suatu tingkat keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar. Sesuai dengan peraturan yang sudah ditentukan oleh pihak Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Muhammadiyah untuk mengetahui siswa berprestasi, maka diperlukan kriteria-kriteria untuk menentukan siapa yang akan terpilih menjadi siswa paling berprestasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Nilai Siswa sebagai penunjang dalam pengambilan keputusan dan keperluan operasional sehari-hari, serta untuk membandingkan tingkat efektifitas dan efisiensi pengolahan pengolahan data dan penyajian informasi antara sistem yang ada saat ini dan sistem informasi yang akan diusulkan. Dalam meningkatkan proses perkembangannya itulah maka penulis akan membangunan Sistem Informasi Siswa sebagai penunjang dalam pengambilan keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0. Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan survey terhadap objek penelitian yaitu pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Kabupaten Pringsewu dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi (pengamatan), Interview (wawancara), dan penelitian kepustakaan. Simpulan dari penulisan penelitian ini adalah diharapkan sistem yang baru dapat memberikan kemudahan pada pihak yang terkait dalam melakukan pengolahan data secara cepat dan akurat, serta dapat menyimpan data dengan aman sehingga membantu dalam proses pelayanan terhadap siswa dan masyarakat umumnya.
