Abstract

Layanan urun dana atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah equity crowdfunding adalah salah satu mekanisme pengumpulan dana yang saat ini mulai banyak dilakukan di Indonesia.Equity Crowdfunding merupakan alternatif pengumpulan dana untuk suatu project yang bersifat profit maupun non profit. Equity Crowdfunding banyak diminati saat ini disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor pendukungnya, yaitu pemerataan Internet yang sudah banyak meluas hingga ke industri-industri kecil dan menengah dan juga teknologi komputer yang berkembang begitu pesat sekali. Blockchain adalah salah satu teknologi komputer yang saat ini juga sedang banyak diterapkan diberbagai negara temasuk Indonesia. Teknologi ini adalah salah satu teknologi yang merupakan pemecah permasalahan pencatatan transaksi dan juga memilikitingkat kepercayaan yang cukup tinggi karena konsepnya yang menggunakan konsep decentralisasi yang bisa diartikan tidak ada pihak yang secara khusus mengelola data karena datanya disimpan diberbagai tempat yang ada pada jaringan komputer. Konsep ini merupakan konsep yang dapat dikatakan aman karena keterbukaan merupakan kunci utama dari adanya konsep ini sehingga tidak ada pihak-pihak yang dapat memanipulasi data yang berjalan. Kepercayaan merupakan faktor penting dalam menerapkan konsep Equity Crowdfunding ini karena layanan ini harus memastikan keabsahan pihak yang terlibat yaitu Investor dan Perusahaan sehingga teknologi Blockchain ini dapat dipadukan dengan Equity Crowdfunding. Crowdfunding services, or better known as equity crowdfunding, is a fundraising mechanism that is currently being implemented in Indonesia. Equity Crowdfunding is an alternative to raising funds for a project that is profit or non-profit. Equity crowdfunding is in great demand today due to its supporting factors, namely the distribution of the Internet which has spread to small and medium-sized industries as well as computer technology which is developing very rapidly. Blockchain is a computer technology that is currently being widely applied in various countries including Indonesia. This technology is a technology that solves the problem of recording transactions and also has a high level of trust because the concept uses the concept of decentralization, which means that no party specifically manages data because the data is stored in various places on the computer network. This concept is a concept that can be said to be safe because openness is the main key to this concept so that no party can manipulate the running data. Trust is an important factor in implementing the Equity Crowdfunding concept because this service must ensure the validity of the parties involved, namely Investors and Companies so that Blockchain technology can be combined with Equity Crowdfunding.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi yang masif memberi tuntutan pelaksanaan penelitian yang lebih cepat, namun tetap efektif dan efisien. Pengumpulan hingga analisis data merupakan rangkaian proses penelitian dengan alokasi waktu dan dana yang terbesar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif pemanfaatan produk teknologi agar proses pengumpulan hingga analisis data dapat berlangsung efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini, sistem Open Data Kit (ODK) dikembangkan sebagai media pengumpulan data. Penggunaan sistem ini dapat memberikan efisiensi pembiayaan pengadaan instrumen penelitian/ kuesioner kertas, dapat meniadakan proses penginputan, kompilasi dan pre-prosesing data sehingga proses analisis dapat berlangsung lebih cepat. Pemanfaatan sistem ODK akan sangat membantu pelaksanaan penelitian agar efektif dan efisien karena penggunaan yang sederhana, dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian dan tidak membutuhkan keterampilan khusus untuk dapat mengoperasikannya The massive development of communication and information technology demands a faster, yet effective and efficient research implementation. Data collection to analysis is a series of research processes with the largest allocation of time and funds. This study aims to provide an alternative use of technology products so that the process of collecting and analyzing data can be effective and efficient. In this study, the Open Data Kit (ODK) system was developed as a data collection medium. The use of this system can provide cost efficiency in the procurement of research instruments / paper questionnaires, can eliminate the process of inputting, compiling and pre-processing data so that the analysis process can take place more quickly. The use of the ODK system will greatly assist the implementation of research to be effective and efficient because of its simple use, it can be developed according to research needs and does not require special skills to be able to operate it.

Abstract

SMS Gateway merupakan sebuah sistem aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengirim dan menerima SMS, dan biasanya sering digunakan untuk bisnis, broadcast promosi, servis informasi terhadapa pengguna, pengadaan konten produk dan jasa. Adapun fitur-fitur dalam SMS Gateway yang sering digunakan yaitu: auto replay, pengiriman massal, pengiriman terjadwal. Untuk membuat sebuah SMS Gatewayi, kita perlu mengenal hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan SMS Gateway itu sendiri. Salah satunya yaitu SMSC yang merupakan jaringan telepon yang menangani pengiriman SMS, jadi pada saat kita mengirimkan SMS kepada seseorang SMSC-lah yang mempunyai tugas untuk menampung dan mengirim pesan kepada orang yang dituju [1]. Kendala yang muncul pada STMIK Umel Mandiri Jayapura yaitu penyampaian infromasi kepada mahasiswa dilakukan secara langsung dan mahasiswa yang wajib menerima informasi tersebut tidak ditempat dan menerima informasi dari mahasiswa lain, hal ini menyebabkan banyak kekeliruan dikarekan informasi yang disampaikan tidak secara langsung didengarkan dan dilihat oleh mahasiswa tersebut. SMS Gateway is an application system used to send and receive SMS, and is usually used for business, promotional broadcasts, information services to users, procurement of product and service content. As for the features in the SMS Gateway that are often used, namely: auto replay, bulk delivery, scheduled delivery. To create an SMS Gateway, we need to know things related to the SMS Gateway itself. One of them is SMSC, which is a telephone network that handles SMS delivery, so when we send an SMS to someone, the SMSC has the duty to accommodate and send messages to the intended person [1]. The obstacle that arises at STMIK Umel Mandiri Jayapura is that the delivery of information to students is carried out directly and students who are required to receive the information are not available and receive information from other students, this causes many mistakes because the information conveyed is not directly heard and seen by the student. .

Abstract

This study focuses on COVID-19 as a global pandemic that has a negative impact on various government fields. The government made a new online-based policy on public service delivery. Public services before COVID-19 are seen as not optimal, the improvement needs are piling up in line with the delays during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is very necessary to optimize the implementation of good governance, problems we are facing now are the threat of COVID-19 against the deterioration of the country, new policies that do not produce solutions, difficulties in implementing online-based work policies due to uneven technological progress in each region, increasing COVID-19 cases, and the pile-up task of improving public service delivery. Current pandemic situations in Indonesia; an increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia with a total of 93,657 on July, 23rd 2020; The government-issued social distancing policies, physical distancing, work from home and PSBB to break the chain of COVID-19; Conducting community intelligence through online and offline COVID-19 prevention education; Java island as the most populated area in Indonesia (SUPAS 2015) experienced a prolonged red zone until the implementation of the PSBB; it's affected the economic turnover. The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Public Service Delivery; Limited access for providing community services; Issued a new policy; Closure of schools, markets, public facilities, restrictions on transportation passengers, and others; Providing online-based services. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Sehingga akan diperoleh informasi mengenai kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam menjalankan kewajibannya dilihat dari faktor perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan wajib pajak tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah yang ada di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 60 wajib pajak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial perkembangan usaha berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dan pengetahuan perpajakan tidak beroengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Namun secara simultan perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. This study aims to determine the effect of business development and tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. So that information will be obtained regarding taxpayer compliance in carrying out its obligations seen from the business development factors and tax knowledge of the taxpayer. The population in this study were the actors of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling and the number of samples obtained was 60 taxpayers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially business development has an effect on taxpayer compliance and knowledge of taxation has no effect on taxpayer compliance. However, simultaneously, business development and tax knowledge affect taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

To find out the performance of a company it is necessary to have a financial analysis, where in analyzing the financial statements will get a view of the good and bad financial performance. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the effect of the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Profitability Ratio, and Activity Ratio on profit growth with company size as a moderating variable. The population in this study was all trade retail companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. The research samples was determined by using purposive sampling technique, so that obtained 21 trade retail companies that quality as the sample. The analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. Based on the research result showed that Solvability, Profitability and Activity ratios has an effect on profit growth and company size is a moderation variabel. Liquidity Ratio has no effect on profit growth and company size not a moderating variable between Liquidity on profit growth.

Abstract

Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) termasuk kedalam pelayanan masyarakat yang ada di Kepolisian, akan tetapi pembuatan SKCK ini belum memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, padahal pelayanan pembuatan SKCK ini berkaitan dengan masyarakat luas. SKCK berguna untuk mengetahui identitas yang valid tentang jati diri seseorang, serta digunakan sebagai salah satu syarat melamar pekerjaan, melanjutkan pendidikan, atau alat untuk kebutuhan yang lain kemudian SKCK juga digunakan untuk menerangkan bahwa orang yang bersangkutan tidak memiliki catatan atau keterlibatan dalam kegiatan kriminal. Pada penelitian ini dirancang suatu sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall (air terjun). Harapannya dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini dapat membantu Polsek Kotabaru dalam melayani masyarakat dalam pembuatan SKC, perpanjangan waktu SKCK dan juga dapat memudahkan dalam pengelolaan dan pengolahaan data masyarakat yang terlibat ataupun tidak terlibat dalam kegiatan kriminal. Police Note Certificate (SKCK) is included in the community service in the Police, but the making of this SKCK has not maximized the use of information and communication technology, even though the SKCK making service is related to the wider community. SKCK is useful for knowing a valid identity about a person's identity, and is used as a condition for applying for a job, continuing education, or a tool for other needs. SKCK is also used to explain that the person concerned has no record of or involvement in criminal activities. In this study, a web-based system was designed using the waterfall model software development method (waterfall). The expectation is that the creation of this information system can help the Kotabaru Police in serving the community in making SKC, extending the SKCK time and also making it easier to manage and process data for people who are or are not involved in criminal activities.

Abstract

Gereja merupakan salah satu organisasi yang bergerak dalam pelayanan masyarakat. Gereja juga memiliki sistem informasi manajemen termasuk pengelolaan, penyimpanan, dan penyajian data. Data pertumbuhan jemaat pada GKI Maranatha Kampung Harapan-Asrama selama ini tersimpan dalam bentuk dokumen, sehingga menyebabkan kendala bagi sekretaris gereja untuk menyediakan informasi petumbuhan jemaat dan data-data anggota keluarga, baptis, sidi, pernikahan, kematian, kelahiran, status dalam jemaat dan kegiatan gereja. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Data Jemaat yang di bangun berbasis web dengan menerapkan Framework Model View Controler. Konsep Model View Contoller atau biasa disingkat dengan MVC merupakan Sebuah arsitektur dimana proses pada sistem dipisah menjadi tiga bagian dengan tugas-tugas dan tanggungjawab masing-masing bagian. Penerapan konsep MVC pada sistem informasi data jemaat berbasis web diharapkan menghasilkan website yang lebih terstruktur dengan memisahkan data (model), tampilan (view) dan cara bagaimana memprosesnya (controller). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini dengan menggunakan metode Prototype. Di mana metode prototype melibatkan user secara langsung dengan analisis dan perancangan sistem, hal inisangat efektif untuk pengoreksian sistem. Sebagai hasil, sistem informasi yang dibangun akan menjadi alat bantu bagi sekretaris gereja dalam mengelola data jemaat dan menghasilkan informasi data jemaat yang akurat, up to date (mutakhir), aman dan tersedia bagi pengguna (user).

Abstract

Digital payment services (fintech payment) are increasingly popular along with the increasing use of smartphones, one of which is electronic payment via e-wallet or digital wallet which is considered to have benefits, ease, and benefit with the many promos on offer. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions using the E-Wallet DANA application in Indonesia.The sample in this study were users of DANA applications in Indonesia aged over 17 years and transactions not more than the last two months using the DANA application. This study used a purposive sampling technique with the size of the sample used was 120 respondents.The data analysis technique in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study concluded that: (1) Perceptions of Awareness through Consumer Attitudes significantly influence Purchasing Decisions, (2) Perception of Ease of Use through Consumer Attitudes significantly influence Purchasing Decisions, (3) Sales Promotion through Consumer Attitudes significantly influence Purchasing Decisions, (4 ) Pleasure Perception has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, (5) Perceived Ease of Use has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, (6) Sales Promotion has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, (7) Consumer Attitude has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sistem yang berjalan dalam pencatatan pengadaan barang dan penjualan di inventory Toko Latar Outdoor menggunakan Java. Untuk mengetahui proses pemesanan dan pembelian di inventory Toko Latar Outdoor berbasis Java. Aplikasi yang digunakan dapat dipahami oleh penggunanya dan membantu pengurusan dalam mengolah data administrasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan metode Waterfall yaitu metode penelitian berdasarkan observasi, wawancara, instrument penelitian, serta studi kepustakaan. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Java Dekstop dan database MySQL. Sistem inventory ini dibuat digunakan untuk pencatatan data barang, pencatatan barang masuk, pencatatan barang keluar, pencatatan barang afkir, pencatatan pengembalian barang afkir dan pencatatan data supplier. Kata Kunci: Inventory, Perancangan Sistem Aplikasi Java, Waterfall. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the system that runs in recording the procurement of goods and sales in the Outdoor Background Store inventory using Java. To find out the ordering and purchasing process in a Java-based Outdoor Background Store inventory. The application used can be understood by its users and helps the administration in processing administrative data. The method of data collection is done by the Waterfall method which is a research method based on observation, interviews, research instruments, and literature studies. This system was created using Java Desktop and MySQL database. This inventory system was made used for recording data on goods, recording incoming goods, recording outgoing goods, recording rejected goods, recording returned goods and recording supplier data.
