Abstract

Employee loyalty is a key factor in the sustainability of a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of career development, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at Graha Perhutani South Jakarta. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method through a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that simultaneously career development, compensation, and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee loyalty with an R Square value of 35.2%. Partially, job satisfaction has the greatest influence on employee loyalty, followed by compensation and career development. The conclusion of this study is that companies need to increase job satisfaction, implement a fair compensation system, and provide clear career development opportunities in order to increase employee loyalty. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Environmental, Social, dan Governance terhadap Abnormal Return. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis ESG pada perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang mengungkapkan ESG selama periode tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2023. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder, yaitu laporan annual report perusahaan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 5 (lima) tahun, sehingga terpilih sebanyak 55 objek pengamatan. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi E-Views 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Environmental berpengaruh terhadap Abnormal Return. Kinerja Social tidak berpengaruh terhadap Abnormal Return. Kinerja Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap Abnormal Return.

Abstract

Pengelolaan lapang olahraga yang efektif dan efisien menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi manajemen Green House. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu mengintegrasikan berbagai aspek pengelolaan lapang olah raga, mulai dari pemesanan, jadwal penggunaan, hingga pelaporan dan analisis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Lapang Olah Raga Green House berbasis web menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP). Metode XP dipilih karena pendekatannya yang fleksibel dan iteratif, memungkinkan tim pengembang untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebutuhan pengguna secara cepat dan efisien. Pengembangan sistem ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan utama, yaitu perencanaan, desain, coding, dan pengujian, yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang untuk memastikan kualitas dan kesesuaian sistem dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang memudahkan proses pemesanan dan pengelolaan lapang olah raga di Green House. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur seperti manajemen jadwal, pemesanan online, serta laporan penggunaan yang dapat diakses secara real-time.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality, brand image, and brand ambassadors on consumer purchasing decisions for Madame Gie products in Bandung City. A quantitative research method with descriptive and verification approaches is employed. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, where respondents are selected randomly from accessible customers. Data are analyzed using path analysis to determine the relationships among the studied variables. The findings indicate that product quality, brand image, and brand ambassadors each have a significant and positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Among these factors, brand image exerts the strongest influence on customer perceptions, while product quality and brand ambassadors play crucial roles in enhancing consumer purchase intention. This article analyzes Hoyoverse's corporate strategy in enhancing competitiveness in the global gaming market, focusing on the role of the game Genshin Impact. The review involves the background of the gaming industry, company profile, and key elements of Genshin Impact. The aim is to identify key factors that influence Hoyoverse's competitiveness and investigate the impact of Genshin Impact on the company's position in the global market. The research methodology involves literature analysis, field research, and evaluation of the company's financial data. Abstract

The presence of online transportation providers has increased rivalry in Indonesia's transportation sector. However, many students remain dissatisfied with the services of the online transportation industry, particularly Maxim. This research seeks to explore the connection between service quality, pricing strategies, and customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction acting as an intermediary variable. The proposed framework was tested among Bandar Lampung University students who use the Maxim application. An online survey was conducted with 280 students aged 19 to 25 years from Bandar Lampung University as participants. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0, applying structural equation modeling to test the model and evaluate the hypotheses. The first and second hypotheses were validated, showing that service quality and pricing positively influence customer loyalty. Similarly, the third and fourth hypotheses were supported, revealing that service quality and pricing significantly enhance customer satisfaction. The fifth hypothesis was corroborated, demonstrating that customer satisfaction strengthens customer loyalty. Furthermore, the sixth and seventh hypotheses were confirmed, demonstrating that customer satisfaction serves as a mediator in the relationship between service quality, pricing strategies, and customer loyalty. This study revealed that service quality and pricing play a vital role in shaping Maxim's customer loyalty, particularly among students at Bandar Lampung University. Customer satisfaction acts as a moderating factor that reinforces the relationship between service quality, pricing, and customer loyalty. The findings highlight that customer satisfaction significantly impacts the intention to reuse the service, underscoring the critical role of trust and positive user experiences in fostering customer loyalty. This study investigates the influence of service quality and pricing on customer loyalty among Maxim online transportation users, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. Additionally, it explores how satisfaction enhances the connection between service quality, pricing, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Sistem pemantauan cuaca yang efektif sangat penting untuk mengelola resiko terkait perubahan cuaca seperti bencana angin kencang. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan NodeMCU sebagai komponen utama dalam memantau kondisi cuaca secara periodik. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan penggunaan NodeMCU sebagai mikrikontroler, dengan dukungan sensor suhu, kelembaban, tekanan udara dan sensor hujan. Sistem ini juga dilegkapi dengan tampilan hasil pada LCD dan notifikasi melalui aplikasi telegram untuk memberikan informasi kepada pengguna mengenai perubahan cuaca. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengukur suhu, kecepatan angin, intensitas air dan sinar UV dengan baik, sistem juga berhasil mengirim data ke telegram. Dengan demikian, implementasi NodeMCU dalam sistem pemantauan cuaca dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap perubahan cuaca yang mempengaruhi aktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi inovasi dalam pengelolaan informasi cuaca yang lebih akurat, efisien, dan mudah diakses serta berkontribusi pada pengaruh resiko bencana terkait cuaca

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi sangat berguna untuk mengelolah dan memproses suatu data dan untuk meningkatkan kefisiensi dan keefektivitas dalam menyampaikan informasi yang ada organisasi salah satunya yang terdapat di masjid. Untuk memberikan kualitas informasi yang baik dan berguna diperlukan untuk menganalisa Teknologi Informasi yang sudah berjalan salah satunya dengan menggunakan Framework Cobit 5. Framework Cobit 5 ini sangat tepat jika digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas dan tingkat kematangan dengan menggunakan domain MEA dalam proses pembelian barang dengan menggunakan domain MEA (Monitoring, Evaluation and Assess). Domain MEA01 untuk memantau, mengevaluasi dan menilai kinerja dan kesesuaian. Domain MEA02 untuk mengidentifikasi kekurangan teknologi informasi dan untuk melakukan segera perbaikan dan merencanakan ataupun mengatur dan memelihara standar untuk kegiatan internal. MEA03 untuk proses untuk mengamati, memeriksa, atau mengawasi, kegiatan, sacara terus-menerus untuk memastikan bahwa dalam teknologi informasi yang digunakan berjalan sesuai dengan rencana atau untuk mengetahui masalah yang mungkin akan tampil. Hasil dari penilaian ketercapaian dan kapabilitas pada domain MEA01 sebesar 2,83, MEA02 sebesar 1,55, MEA03 sebesar 2,63.

Abstract

The city of Manado as a business and tourism center in North Sulawesi has great potential in collecting hotel taxes. Hotel tax is one source of Regional Original Income (PAD). However, there are still several problems with the collection mechanism. So this affects the implementation of hotel tax revenues which is not optimal. This research aims to find out whether the hotel tax management accounting system at the Manado City Regional Revenue Agency is in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2011. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the hotel tax management system is good, but there are still several weaknesses that affect the effectiveness of tax revenue in Manado City.

Abstract

A company's financial performance is a description of the activities carried out to achieve business goals at a certain time and as reference material to determine the extent to which the company has achieved its achievement targets in order to maintain its stability. To find out the company's financial performance, you can look at its financial reports. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used is the company's annual financial report data for 2019-2023. The population and sample in this research are the company's financial reports at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Period 2019-2023. The data collection techniques used are documentation and observation. The data obtained is then analyzed using liquidity ratios (current ratio and quick ratio), profitability ratios (Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Return on Equity). And solvency ratios (Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio). The results of this research indicate that financial performance as measured by the liquidity ratio can be considered not good, measured by the profitability ratio is considered not good, and measured by the solvency ratio which is considered not good.
