Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Small Business and Cooperative’s Growth in Tourism Area Integrated with Nurmilad Islamic Boarding School (NBS), Lempong, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the growth, constraints, and efforts in overcoming the obstacles that occur for small businesses and cooperative in tourism area integrated with Nurmilad Boarding Islamic Boarding School. This research used descriptive qualitative analysis method where data collection obtains by observation and interviews involving six informants.Based on the descriptive and analysis results, it can be concluded that the growth of small businesses and cooperatives in the sharia tourism area integrated with the Nurmilad Boarding School is very significant. The growth of the sharia tourism area has an impact on the growth of small businesses and cooperatives because of the integration policy between the tourist area management and the Nurmilad Islamic Boarding School. The obstacles found were the lack of human resources, inadequate accessibility of infrastructure, lack of maximum promotion, and the mindset of the people who were still influeced with agrarian mindset. Therefore, the efforts made are to collaborate with local governments to improve road infrastructure, maximize promotions so that more visitors come, and always analyzing consumer needs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the mediating role of Organizational Commitment (M) on the effect of Reward (X) on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) using quantitative research. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The sample method of this research is non-probability sampling and a saturated sample technique of 43 employees as respondents. Data processing uses validity test, reliability test, t test, and path analysis assisted by SPSS Version 22.00 and Lisrel 8.8 programs to prove and answer four hypotheses. The results of research are: 1) The level of Organizational Commitment (M) is 0.80 (0.82 x 100 = 64%) is directly and positively influenced by the variation of Reward (X), 2) The level of Turnover Intention (Y) is 0.49 (0.492 x 100 = 24%) is directly influenced by variations of Reward (X), 3) The level of Turnover Intention (Y) is -0.19 (–0.192 x 100 = 3.61%) is negatively affected by variations of Organizational Commitment, 4) Reward (X) indirectly have no significant influenced on Turnover Intention (Y) of -0.15, T-count -0.97< 2.02 (t-table), although Reward (X) directly affect Turnover Intention (Y) but through indirect relationship Organizational Commitment (M) it turns out not significant.

Abstract

Batik industry is now growing. Likewise with batik Trusmi that development is now growing rapidly. Revenue is a consequence or impact of the development of batik industry. Revenue Trusmi batik artisans, can be used for the basic needs of both basic needs and the needs of batik artisans in the business of making batik and batik artisans revenue also used for industrial development or business Trusmi batik. The problems discussed in this esearch on the impact of batik artisans Trusmi revenue as a result of the development of batik industry Trusmi. With the goal, which is to determine the revenue impact of batik artisans Trusmi batik industry development.The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative method with the approach used approach SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath). Data collected by using observation and in-depth interviews with batik artisans Trusmi and also the village, as well as gathering documentation in the form of images and small notes.Results of research conducted by the researchers, it is known that income Trusmi batik artisans used for a variety of needs, not only for the basic needs of batik artisans but is also used to develop the Business of making batik. By using SWOT analysis of the impact of this revenue is not only powerful, but also has the disadvantage of not yet arranged neatly on the financial statements batik business, and there were also threats, in the form of batik competition from other regions. While the strength of itself is able to carry on business batik and opportunities that can develop the business of making or write Trusmi batik industry. With the aim to maximize profits and the opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats to the batik artisans need to develop the business by using a strategy of differentiation.

Abstract

Consumers of products and services and goods always consider many things before actually making a decision to buy. Including coffee beverage products, in addition to the price, the shop atmosphere factor is also a consideration for potential consumers. This study aims at determining the effect of Store Atmosphere and Prices on Purchasing Decisions at Identic Coffee in Central Jakarta. This study used quantitative research methods with associative types and primary data as a source of data obtained from questionnaire results. The population of this study was cafe consumers isolated at Cempaka Putih street 114, Central Jakarta with population of 394 people, and samples of 79 people. The analytical methods used is were validity, reliability, normality tests, multiple linear regression correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient test and hypothesis test using SPSS. The results of this study showed that: Store Atmosphere had a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions with a regression value of 0.653 and a significance level of 0.000. Price had a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions with a regression value of 0.686 and a significance level of 0.000. Store Atmosphere and Price simultaneously had a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated F value of 13.607 greater than the F tabel of 3.12 and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 (4) The amount of the effect of Store Atmosphere and Price on Purchasing Decision was 77.60% while the remaining 22.40% was effected by other variables not examined by the author.

Abstract

Financial distress is a financial condition where the company's finances are in an unhealthy or crisis condition. Financial distress which is quite disturbing the company's operational activities is a condition that must be immediately watched out and anticipated. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, institutional ownership, and sales growth. The research was conducted on property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique, and obtained as many as 152 samples that match the criteria. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of liquidity, leverage, and institutional ownership have an effect on financial distress.
