In this paper, an annotated bibliography contains bank indonesia issue especially about regional economic studies in 2010-2012. Collected in region VIII BI KPw library. The aim of this study was to deseribe the bibliography arrange process. Data was collected through documentation study i.e. searching and reading documents that retrieved from the library information retrieval system tool. The result of documents reading activities was arranged in annotated bbliography. The arrange process can be summerized as : (a) extractly the title of bibliofraphy, (b) coding, (c) selecting of library material, (d) classifying, (e) making keywords, (f) arraning keywords index, (g) typing the bibliography, (h) verifying the the bibliography. This paper aims to identify and describe: (1) the benefits of students after a visit to the library, and (2) comparison of the time required learners with the time available to visit the Library SMK Padang 9. Data were collected through observation and interviews with 9 students SMK Padang. Analyzing data descriptively. By analyzing the data, it was concluded the following. First, the benefits of students after a visit to the library. Second, comparison of the time taken by learners is the location of the library is too far away from the classroom makes the students lazy to visit the library. This paper focuses on the use of online public access catalog (OPAC) to improve the quality of library services at the State University of Padang. The purpose of this paper is (1) to describe the use of OPAC in the library of the State University of Padang and (2) describe any obstacles encountered in the use of OPAC in the library of the State University of Padang. This type of research used in this study is a qualitative research through observations and interviews.Based on analyzing the data can be summarized as follows: first, the use of the library OPAC in Padang State University have not been fully utilized by the users effectively and efficiently. Second, the constraints faced in the use OPAC at the State University of Padang is the lack of supporting facilities such as computer software, which is used OPAC user not friendlysehingga bit difficult for users to process information retrieval, and information presented in the OPAC are still not complete. That the use of OPAC in information retrieval can be done well, and can be reused as much as possible is recommended; Should Padang State University library in tackling problems in the use of the OPAC is to add facilities such as computers, giving guidance or direction to users on how to use OPAC ; Padang State University Library must make improvements to the field of information services that provide complete information. The purposes of this study were are to explain about step of shrinkage inactive dynamic archives office regional parlements (DPRD) province West Sumatera and describe what are the obstacles faced in doing of shrinkage inactive dynamic archives office DPRD province West Sumatera. Technique of analyzing data is done by describing the interview, describing the results of direct observation, data has been obtained in accordance with the theory discussed, conclusions, and reporting. The results of this study were as are: (1) process shrinkage inactive dynamic archives at office DPRD has not done will, at affice DPRD doingÂ shrinkage with inventory; (2) the obstacles faced in doing of shrinkage inactive dynamic archives at office DPRD province West Sumatera are lack of expertis, the absence of records retention schedules, lack of infrastructure and the lack of budget funds are doing of shrinkage at office DPRD Province West Sumatera. This paper is aimed to describe: an evaluation program of mobile library in library archieves and documentary office in Dhamasraya regency and several factors that disturb the evaluation program of mobile library in library archieves and documentary office in Dhamasraya regency. Method used in this paper is qualitative method. The data used is collected through direct observation, interview and literature study. The data is analyzed by using descriptive method. Based on the study, it can be concluded that (1) the evaluation program of mobile library in libraryÂ archieves and documentary office in Dhamasraya region is held in several ways (a) the human resources planning is not very good. This activity need to be evaluated, because it lacks of skillfull librarian so the goverment need to select and choose a good staff. In order to make the program work good, (b) the organization in mobile library in Dhamasraya region is not very good, (c) the explanation in mobile libraray in Dhamasraya is quite good, where the librarians take a good responsibility to their works, (d) the budget of mobile library in Dhamasraya need to be increased in order to enhance the program, (2) several factors that disturb the evaluation program in mobile library in library, archieves and documentary office in Dhamasraya are lack of budget, lack of human resource, and there is no regulation about evaluation. The purpose of writing this paper is to describe how the verdict can archive data processing using Microsoft Access program at the Office of the High Court of Padang. The method used in this paper is the observation and direct participation by collecting data from the original source. Treatment process begins with the entry of data into the Microsoft Access table, design table with Form Design medesign thus become more attractive appearance and create Query. Query was created as a tool to search the data, because queries can answer questions on the data in question. Making Query in Microsoft Access only put one formula on Parameter Query and Query straight to work. Working with Query makes the search easy and fast.
