Abstract

AbstrackThis study aims to de scribe the application of cooperative Script type that can improve the speaking skill in class V A public elementary school 43 river Kakap re gency cemetery. This form of researsh is a classroom action researsh with the subjeck of researsh teachers and students of class V A that amounted to 30 people. The method used is desciptive  method. Data collection techniques used are obsevation and careful document. Data analy sis techniques used are calculate the average and percent age. This researsh is done 3 cycles and each cycle consists of 2 meetings with the results obtained are 1) The ability of techers to design learning from cycle 1 is 3,29, cycle 2 is 3,59, and cycle 3 is 3,84; 2) The ability of teachers to implement learning starting from cycle 1 is 3,75, cycle 2 is 3,73 and cycle 3 is 3,86; 3) Student speaking skill starts cycle 1 equal to 52,77, cycle 2 equal to 70,27, and cycle 3 equal to 85,66. From the date obtainet showed that by using cooperative script method can improve the speaking skills of students in the elementary school of state elementary Scool 43 River Kakap District Kuburaya. Keywords : Implementation, Speech Skills, Cooperative Script Type.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were  to (1) to describe the creation of descriptive enumerative bibliography thesis titled Islam in Minangkabau in 1982-2012 as one of the search tools or referral information in the library of the Faculty of Adab IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang; (2) describes the obstacles encountered in the manufacture of enumerative bibliography descriptive thesis titled Islam in Minangkabau years 1982-2012 Faculty library collection Adab IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang; (3) describes a solution to overcome the obstacles encountered in the manufacture of enumerative bibliography descriptive thesis titled Islam in Minangkabau years 1982-2012 Faculty library collection Adab IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This paper contains an annoted bibliography by subject manufacture thesis titled Islam in Minangkabau. Abstract

Business people in Indonesia, especially in Mojokerto, have a high demand for the cafe industry. The number of cafes that have sprung up resulted in business owners trying to win the competition. Each cafe experiences different updates and improvements in cafe atmosphere, experiential marketing, and product quality. In addition, this level of competition encourages cafes to compete with each other to get the best, which can have an impact on consumer satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of cafe atmosphere, experiential marketing, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe House Of Essentias. This research is a research with quantitative methods. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases at Cafe House Of Essentias. The sample of this research was 125 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire by distributing Google Forms to consumers. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the cafe atmosphere variable has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the consumer satisfaction variable is able to mediate the influence of the cafe atmosphere, experiential marketing, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe House Of Essentials.

Abstract

This investigation endeavors to delve into how Accounting Information Systems (AIS), mechanisms of Internal Control, and the prevailing Organizational Culture influence the overall effectiveness of corporate operations. Centered on PT Semen Indonesia Logistik, the study engaged 54 carefully chosen participants through purposive sampling, ensuring alignment with the research objectives. Data was gathered using a structured questionnaire employing the Likert scale, while analysis was conducted via multiple linear regression, supported by SPSS version 26 software. The findings underscore that AIS and Internal Control significantly shape corporate performance. This indicates that a well-integrated digital accounting framework, coupled with disciplined oversight systems, can propel operational accuracy, bolster accountability, and accelerate goal attainment. In contrast, Organizational Culture did not emerge as a statistically impactful factor—likely attributed to its insufficient integration into the day-to-day rhythm of business conduct. These insights call upon company leadership to deepen their reliance on technological systems and fortify internal controls, while simultaneously re-evaluating their cultural assimilation strategies. This research aims to serve as a guiding reference for shaping policies related to performance optimization and strategic resource governance within contemporary organizational structures.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest of elementary school students in learning mathematics, which is often perceived as difficult and monotonous. Conventional teaching methods tend to make students passive and less motivated. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the effect of implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method based on educational games on students’ interest in learning mathematics. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The population was 24 third-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Dane Rase, Lombok Timur. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and hypothesis tests with SPSS 25.0. The findings showed that the implementation of CTL-based educational games significantly increased students’ interest in learning mathematics, as indicated by the improvement in post-test results compared to pre-test. This suggests that combining CTL with educational games creates a meaningful, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience for students.
