Abstarck : This study aims to determine how much influence on the ability to speak Storytelling method children in children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Hope District of Sail. This study consists of two variables: Methods Storyelling and Speech. The hypothesis of this study are as follows: Suspected using storytelling method can improve speaking skills of children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Hope Village sukamulia sail districts pekanbaru city. Method of Action Research (PTK). Data collection techniques in this study using observation. The data analysis technique used is a model of the flow of data reduction. Results of this study showed significant improvement. Increase in the average ability of speaking children of pre-cycle to the first cycle was 26% in the category Start Evolving (MB), from the first cycle to the second cycle increased ability to speak the child reaches 46%, in the category Start Evolving (MB) and of Pre cycle to the second cycle of the total increase in the average number reached 85% which is included in the category Emerging Very Good (BSB).Keywords: Storyelling method, Speech

This study aims to obtain information and discuss about the development of school programs in SMP Negeri 2 Selong-based tourism in East Lombok. Research method used by researcher is research with qualitative approach. In this study as for the subject to be studied in this study are students and also educators at SMP 2 Selong Lombok Timur. Data analysis method used in this research is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). Analitycal Hierarchy Process is one of the methods used in solving problems that contain many criteria. Results and discussion of SMPN 2 Selong school program development based on halal tourism in East Lombok in the first development program on the implementation of Life Skills education that describes entrepreneurship and creative economy using AHP method. The first criterion of the development of handicraft programs from used materials that are marketed in tourist areas shows that this first criterion has the highest value compared with other criteria. The development of the second program is the development of education programs based on local and global excellence has five criteria where the development of Islamic-themed arts performance program implemented in the area of the highest criteria tourism object.

Bullying is aggressive behavior intentionally to attack the target or victim in weak position, easy for insulted and can not self defense. The characteristic of children that influence the sensitivity of childrento do the bullying in school. Factors influence the bullying behavior is personality, peers, school climate. This research aims toi study factors influence the bullying behavior at SMK PGRI 8 Medan. The design of this research is descriptive study using cross sectional approach. The population in this research is students of SMK PGRI 8 Medan for the number of 164 students. The sample is take by accidental sampling for the sample is 35 students by the measurement tool is questionnaire. The result of research indicates that factors of personality, peer, and school climate influence the behavior of bullying of anyone. Based on research, the dominant factor is school climate and peer. Based on the result of research indicates that the bullying in mild category is 14 respondents (40%), medium is 11 respondents (31,4%) and severe is 10 respondents (28,6%). It is suggested to the student to increase their knowledge about bullying, follow the value and norm applied in school, and develop the empathy, faith on God and build a good communication or relationship to the peer and teacher.

This study aims to determine the influence of sales and operational costs on the net income both partially and simultaneously of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. from 2010 to 2017. The type of research is descriptive verification by quantitative methods. Based on the results of the research showed that the sales and operational costs influence the net income simultaneously. Partially, sales and operational costs influenced on the net income.

Model SARK merupakan model matematika yang dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan penyebaran penyakit Filariasis. Kajian penyebaran penyakit tersebut dilakukan melalui pengamatan terhadap dinamika model SARK. Penyebaran penyakit ini dapat dicegah melalui program pengobatan. Pengkajian dilakukan dengan merevisi model SAK menjadi model SARK untuk selanjutnya dianalisa dengan menentukan titik kesetimbangan dan analisis kestabilan dengan metode linearisasi, mengkaji kestabilan sistem berdasarkan kriteria nilai eigen dari matriks Jacobian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah model SARK sebagai berikut : yang memiliki satu titik kritis . Model SARK memberikan nilai eigen dan bernilai negatif dan dan bernilai positif. Kondisi awal rasio jumlah penduduk pada kelas infectives, recovered dan kronis masing-masing diambil secara berturt-turut 1, 0 dan 0. Hasil identifikasi terhadap peran parameter dan adalah semakin besar nilai laju kesembuhan , maka akan mengakibatkan waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh populasi infectives untuk memasuki populasi recovered semakin singkat. Hal ini disebabkan peran pengobatan pada populasi infektives sehingga populasi tersebut sembuh dari penyakit.

This study aims to determine bankruptcy predictions on cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2018 using the Altman Z-Score model with the Multiple Discriminant Analysis (MDA) method on five types of financial ratios that have been equipped with cut-off points. i.e. (X1) Working Capital to Amount of Assets, (X2) Retained Earnings to Amount of Assets, (X3) Profit Before Interest & Tax to Total Assets, (X4) Market Value of Equity to Total Liabilities and (X5) Sales to Total Assets. The research approach uses descriptive. The analysis showed that 4 cement companies experienced a decline in financial performance. Z-Score prediction results of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa, Tbk., Not bankrupt. PT. Semen Baturaja Persero Tbk. and PT Semen Indonesia, Tbk entered the gray area. PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk., Is the company with the worst conditions.

AbstractThis study aims to describe how the Group Investigation technique affects the class dynamic learning of English Speaking practice and how the Group Investigation technique affects the students’ cooperative learning in English Speaking practice by Year-10 students of SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak in Academic Year 2013/2014. This study is a case study. The subject in this study is the students of class 10F which consist of 35 students. This research uses observation, interview, and documentation technique. Data is analyzed using a formula to find out the percentage of class dynamic learning. The result of analysis shows the percentage of class dynamic learning 77.97% with criteria good learning. This result indicates that group investigation technique affect the students’ English speaking practice which is shown from the students’ positive response on every aspect being observed during the learning process. The result of interview indicates that Group investigation makes students work cooperatively in group and they can build a new relationship with people who culture and tradition are different from them Key Words: Group Investigation, Speaking Skill, Cooperative Learning

AbstractThe purposes of this research are to investigate the significant difference between the pre-test and post-test of the writing descriptive text and to find out the effect size after being taught by using clustering technique of eighth grade students of SMPNegeri 21 Pontianak. The form of this research is a pre-experimental study with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample of this research is class VIII G of SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak that consists of 37 students. The research findings show that the mean score of pre-test is 49,18 while the mean score of post-test is 76,10. It shows that clustering technique increases the students? writing skill. The result of t-test is 11,30. It is higher than t-critical value (11,30>2,042) in level of 0,05. As the result, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The calculation of effect size of the treatment is 1,9. It is categorized as ?High? based on the table of qualification of effect size as it indicates the result of 1,9 is higher than 0,8. It can be concluded that there is a highly significant effect of clustering technique to increase students? writing descriptive text on the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak.Keywords: Clustering Technique, Writing Skill, Descriptive Text

AbstractMost of students? problems in writing are they haven?t know how to generate and develop the idea. They write based on what in their mind randomly without any technique that can help them to write the ideas and used their thinking skill well. To solve the problem, Diary Writing technique was applied to improve the students? skill in writing recount text. To examine the technique, a pre-experimental research was conducted in MAN 1 Pontianak with tenth grade students as the population and class X IPA 1 as the sample that consisted of 38 students. To gain the data indicating the effect of the technique used pre-test and post-test as the instruments and measurement test was used as the tool of the data collection. Based on the result of hypothesis testing as well as analysis of the effect size, it shows that use of diary writing had a strong effect in teaching writing recount text in MAN 1 Pontianak. Diary writing enabled the students to get more practices in writing and it could help them to elaborate the idea in writing. It was indicated by the improvement of students? writing achievement after getting the treatments. Therefore, this technique is recommended to be implemented in teaching writing recount text.                AbstractThis research was done to investigate how debate technique can improve students’ speaking ability. The form of this research is a classroom action research, in which the subject is the eleventh grade students of SMAN 10 Pontianak in academic year 2017/2018. The subjects of this research were 36 students in XI IPA 3. The data were collected from the students’ score in speaking test, observation checklist, video recording and field notes. The students’ attitude towards the learning process was gathered by observation checklist and field note. The data of speaking was obtained by speaking test which was administered through debate technique. Based on data, the students showed improvement in the process of debate technique. There were two cycles in conducting this research. In cycle I, the students could explore the rules and language features of debate technique, but less in organizing the time. The researcher conducted the cycle II which resulted that, the students could deliver the arguments and comprehend the debate technique. Besides that, the teacher was able to engage students’ performance in speaking spoken form of analytical exposition text by the use debate technique and the students also became more active and enthusiastic in teaching learning process.Key words: Debate Technique, Improve, Speaking Ability
