This papers discusses about the making of annotation the work of students from the Department of Television and Film, Indonesian Institue of the Arts, Padangpanjang. This paper aims to describe the manufacture ofannotation the work of students from the Department of Television and Film, Indonesian Institue of the Arts, Padangpanjang, in order to make it easier to find information needed at any time.Data collected through observasion or research directly and documentation in the reading room of Departmen of Television and Film, Indonesia Institute of the Arts, Padangpanjang. Analysis data used the descriptive method. From the analysis of data through observasion and documentation, collected as many as 66 a collection of a movie with the subject of action, documentary, drama, horror, and thriller. Based on data analysis, can be concluded that measures in the manufacture of the annotated the movie as follows : (a) the observations of the beginning of a collection of film collection; (b) selection of the movie will be indexed; (c)recording the description of the collection ofÂ film; (d) the making annotations film; (e) determine the keywords ; (f) creation index of film; (g) compile the index of film; (h) typing of the index.Â Keyword: Index, film, movie, annotation

This paper discusses the Making of Annotated Bibliography of Teaching Materials Collection at Padang Industrial Technology Academy Library. The purpose of this paper is to describe the making of annotated collection of teaching materialsBibliography at the Library of Industrial Technology Academy of Padang. The method used was descriptive method which technique of data collectionwere through direct observation or observation. The observations were conducted directly by investigating and recording the collection of teaching materials at the Padang Industrial Technology Academy Library. The results obtained in direct observation, the amount of collection of teaching materials at the Padang Industrial Academy Library was 59 titles with a total of 102 copies. Based on the discussion, It concluded that the compilation of bibliography annotated collection of teaching materials at the Polytechnic Library of Industrial Technology Academy of Padang done through the several stages. First, determines the bibliographic titles. Second, collects the library materials or investigates bibliographic information on the collection of teaching materials. Third, selects library materials.Fourth, groups or classifies annotated bibliography of the collection of teaching materials based on the content and the subject. Fifth,generates the keyword. Sixth, indexes the bibliographic collection of teaching materials. Seventh, types the manuscript bibliography. The final stage in making a bibliography of annotated teaching materials collection was the final manuscript examination. Keyword: bliography, teaching materials.

AbstractBased on the results of research that has been done, the literacy activities at SMAN1 Padang are in accordance with the activities in the Master Design Movement of the School Literacy Movement, then it can be concluded as follows. First the design of information literacy activities at SMAN 1 Padang, namely: (1) reading activity 15 minutes before learning, i.e. making a literacy journal for students; (2) reading award, namely literacy ambassador. (3) Literacy corner, holding a reading corner in the park. (4) reading books by utilizing the role of the library, holding user guidance. (5) procurement of libraries as a source of literacy, making literacy bulletin boards. Second, constraints in the utilization of information literacy at SMAN 1 Padang, namely: limited implementation time in reading activities 15 minutes before learning, lack of placement of reading corners and completeness of reading collections in the literacy corner, lack of implementing reading award activities. Third, efforts to overcome obstacles in information literacy activities at SMAN 1 Padang, namely: increasing the implementation time of reading activities 15 minutes before learning, increasing collection and placement of reading corners in the school environment, continuing reading reading activities and adding prizes to students.Keywords: design, literacy

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) The circulation service system which use by SMK Tamansiswa Padangâ€™s library, (2)The obstacle which faced by librarian at SMK Tamansiswa. Data were collected through observation and interviews with staff librarian at SMK Padang Tamansiswa. Analyzing the data can be describe. The study's findings are circulation services at SMK PadangTamansiswa using an open service system (open access system), the problems encountered in service at the library circulation Tamansiswa SMK Padang is on (1) laboris not background librarians with library science so less able to carry out their duties, (2) The library userless motivated to visit the library so teachers make classroom learning in the library.Keywords: library service; circulation

Abstract This paper is discusses the handbook of archive management at PT Semen Padang Achieves Unit. The method used in the handbook of archive management at PT Semen Padang Achieves is use descriptive method. The data collection is done by observation and interview.Based on the discussion above, it can be conclude that the steps in the handbook of archive management at PT Semen Padang Achieves Unit are as follows; (1) needs analysis, the author conducted interviews directly with employees at PT Semen Padang Achieves Unit regarding the use and obstacle encountered in using the archive classification code and design wished by the employees in the handbook; (2) product design, the author in advance makes the form of a chart; (3) product compilation; in this section the author do product compilation starting from collecting data information and composing a writing framework such as making book covers, preface, table of contents, main contents of the book, and cover.Keywords: preparation, archive, guide book.

This paper focuses on formulating the problem , namely , (1) the author of the most widely cited by students of Library and Information Science Archives . (2) library materials most widely cited by students of Library and Information Science Archives . (3) the subject of the most written by students of Library and Information Science Archives . This research method is descriptive in this study illustrate the types of literature and the literature cited dominant . This study uses the entire population Prodi Final IIPK years 2010-2012 a total of 147 papers . Data collection methods used in this research is a method of citation analysis . In this study, the data used is citation citation contained in the bibliography of each paper , which will be created for the table . Based on the data analysis we can conclude (1) the author of the most widely cited is Sulistyo - basuki the number of citations 147 pieces were taken first rank . (2) library materials are frequently cited by the number of books a student is 1,708 pieces citation needed in the first rank . (3) on the subject of the most widely cited is the processing of library materials by the number of citations 29 pieces are in the first rank are written by students Prodi IIPK.

AbstractThis article is about implementations of creative program at Togok community reading park in the city of Padang Panjang. This article aims to: (1) describe implementations of creative program at Togok community reading park in the city of Padang Panjang; (2) describe the trouble of implementations creative program at Togok community reading park in the city of Padang Panjang; and (3) describe the impact implementations of creative program at Togok community reading park in the city of Padang Panjang. The data is collected by observation, interview, and reading the literature. Based on the result of this research the conclutions are. First, the creative program that had been applied are Pondok Baca Togok, Togok Adventure Community, and Surau Adaik Togok. Second, the trouble when applied creative program are: (a) the collection of fable book is very have variation; (b) the promotion can do with the small place; and (c) less of volunteer. The impact of this implementations are: (a) children will be spontaneous to take some book that they want; (b) increase the creativity of children; and (c) increase their courage to stand in front of the public.Keywords: implementations, creative program, community reading park

Based on the results of the analysis of these data, it can be drawn a conclusion that user attitude towards services provided in library circulation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi, in terms of attitudes towards service consumer of library member registration, loans, returns, billing, as well as sanctions against the delay user the return of library materials that have exceeded the time limit borrowing, the average pemustaka agree with the system of services provided by the library staff Bung Hatta Bukittinggi. Because with the services provided are not burdensome and difficult for any used who came to the service at the library circulation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi. Judging from the attitude towards statistics library that is not on display at the library, user not agree with that. As for the statistics of Bung Hatta Library Bukittinggi, does not meet the standard of a library. The work done by librarians for library circulation service at Bung Hatta Bukittinggi in improving circulation service is to improve the performance of such services librarian at the library membership registration maid service, borrow and return library materials. This article aims to describe the annotated bibliography as a means of making information searchers search for information on Student Final Program indusri Production Systems and Chemical Engineering, College of Industrial Technology Padang (ATIP) 2012-2013 the existing collection of scientific works in the library that comes with the ATIP inclusion of annotations. Inclusion of annotations in the annotated bibliography aims to help information seekers get a picture, illustration literature required contents. Advantages that are obtained seekers can find out information about the final project. The results of the study stated that the determination of the stage of making a bibliography is a bibliography of titles, in this case to consider is about the availability of a collection, use the collection to the user and what information is most needed by the user or pemustaka. The collection of library materials relating to the collection of things that have successfully traced recorded information about the author, Legal information, physical description or collation as well as additional information or annotation. Selection of library materials, the selection is intended that the articles collected in accordance with the specified topic grouping or classification.
