Abstract

Abstract : Design the website of the provider of job vacancy disability Pasuruan is an information system created to help people with disabilities in obtaining jobs in Pasuruan. This information system can be a medium that connects people with disabilities with employers so they can easily get the job they want as normal people do. With this website, it is expected that companies in Pasuruan that have not provided job opportunities for PwDs can participate by registering as a provider of work. So they are recorded in the Manpower Office of Pasuruan Regency as a company that has fulfilled the government regulation as stated in Law No.4 of 1997.

Abstract

Abstract: There are some parents who do not know about how their children grow, so sometimes there are parents who force their children in various ways so that they can grow like children around them. But there are also parents who are more concerned with the wishes of children by allowing children to grow as they occur. With that, this research will build a system in which children are declared normal or abnormal growth by answering a number of questions through an application with website access. So that it can help parents better know what is happening to their child's growth and development. This study uses the certainty factor (CF) method as a reference calculation, with several possibilities, namely very sure, sure, quite sure, a little sure, not sure and not sure. With these parameters will be calculated the value of confidence weights with the weight of symptoms so as to produce diagnostic results in the form of a percentage value. In this study, for example if the user chooses the weight of certainty, the diagnostic result obtained is 97.33%, meaning that the user has gross motor growth / normal physical movement. Abstract

Abstrak: Communication limitations are a social problem faced by persons with disabilities who are deaf and speech impaired. This problem is not only experienced by people who are deaf and speech impaired. Because it is less able to translate sign language this also becomes a problem for normal people in communicating with people who are deaf and speech impaired. Based on the problems outlined above, an analysis will be carried out for the introduction of static Indonesian sign language patterns. Where the data used is visual data in the form of pictures taken based on the visual form of the hand that refers to the Indonesian sign language type SIBI (Indonesian Sign System) using the artificial neural network method of hebb rule. Visual data in the form of images are obtained from capture results which are then collected and inputted through a system with the Python programming language as much as 72 training data which are then processed with several stages including preprocessing which has 3 stages namely grayscaling, edge detection, and thresholding. Furthermore, the data is processed at the segmentation stage and classification testing is performed on the test data using the hebb rule method which has a percentage of pattern recognition accuracy of 100% in the training data testing and an accuracy percentage of 80.37% in the test data obtained from the capture of 72 test data. Keywords : Hebb Rule, Artificial Neural Network, Grayscale, Edge Detection, Threshold, Ekstraksi, Bahasa Isyarat  Indonesia, SIBI.

Abstract

Abstract : Internet technology plays a role in creating e-learning or distance education. Learning no longer has to be done in class, but from anywhere, as long as the computer used can be connected to the internet. In fact, a person can study at universities in other countries without having to live in the country concerned. Thanks to the internet too, various books in digital form or what are referred to as ebooks or various research results can be obtained easily making it easier for anyone who intends to seek or develop knowledge. Various programs on examinations that have been made, especially those being discussed, are national examinations using the CBT (Computer Based Test) system. This exam program also raises the pros and cons of various parties. For the pros, especially the organizers in this case the government, considers that the online exam saves the budget (less paper) and the distribution of the subject matter is fast and cheap, efficient and can narrow the opportunity for question leakage. As for the cons, it can come from some schools, students and the general public, looking at this online exam is very complicated and difficult to implement. Abstract

Abstract: In handling waste, it is important to know that there are types of waste that turn out to be very threatening to the environment and human health. This type of waste is commonly referred to as B3 waste. A pharmaceutical company is one company that produces B3 waste in its production process that requires proper handling in the process of destroying waste so as not to endanger the surrounding humans. The process of transaction and documentation in pharmacy which the author makes research using conventional methods which sometimes causes problems in reading different people's handwriting and file storage that is increasingly piling up. Abstract

Abstract: Lack of blood or anemia is a condition when the body lacks healthy red blood cells or when red blood cells do not function properly. Anemia is defined as a low concentration of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood (WHO, 2015). Anemia is one of the problems with anemia that commonly occurs when the number of erythrocytes is less than normal or due to low hemoglobin concentrations in the blood (Depkes, 2008). One of the efforts to live a healthy life in patients with anemia is to pay attention to the consumption of healthy foods as needed. The composition of food by paying attention to the level of iron content in food can be done using the Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS) method. The data used in this study are 100 food data and data on nutritional needs according to age and gender. VNS has several stages, namely after generating the initial solution then doing the shaking stage, local search. The test results show that the average fitness results are seen from the criteria values. The number of local searches that are too many does not guarantee a solution with the best fitness, but a large number of local searches can provide wider search opportunities. The results of the study were in the form of optimizing the composition of food that had been selected by the patient by approaching the nutritional needs of the anemic patient.Keywords: Anemia, Food Composition, Variable Neighborhood Search

Abstract : Monitoring is an activity that aims to monitor or observe something. Monitoring must be done directly at the location conducted by officers using tools that provide monitoring data that are general in nature and must be analyzed further, or monitoring data can only be observed locally at the location alone is an obstacle and limitation of the monitoring process. Much time and effort is wasted just on the monitoring process. This research will provide an overview of the use of prototyping models in information systems development activities in the hope that it can produce prototypes as one of the first steps in an information system development activity. The prototype was created with the aim of providing equalization of perception and initial understanding of the basic processes of the system to be developed, so that there will be good communication between developers and system users. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to design the user interface design of the Online Rice Field Rental Application in Tanjungsari Village, Jember Regency. The design of this application is expected to helpprogrammers to build an application that is useful for rice field owners and farmers in the village in managing rice fields that are rented directly. This is because some of the rice field owners in thevillage are residents who come from outside the city and own agricultural land or rice fields in the area, but cannot manage it so many are rented out to local farmers to be processed and planted withsecondary crops. The process of renting rice fields in the village usually takes place conventionally by telephone, coming directly to the house of the owner of the fields, or through the services of anintermediary. The rental agreement is sometimes not made in writing, only based on mutual agreement within a certain period of time (annually). To deal with these problems, an alternativesolution is needed that can create an online rice field rental application interface designed using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, focusing on the user's main needs. The design of this onlineapplication for rice rental has four main features, namely the list of agricultural land/rice fields, online rental transactions (direct rental or brokerage services), verification of the rice leaseagreement, and payment of rice leases. The test results using usability testing show that 87.3% of users can accept the interface design of this Sawah Rental Application. On the other hand, the resultsof the 5 second testing can give a good impression on customer interest, especially on the design of the List of Agricultural Land/Paddy fields that are ready to be rented.Keywords: Application, Online Rental, Agricultural Land / Rice Fields, UCD..

Abstract : Proteus professional is a group of electronic software used to assist designers in designing and simulating a circuit electronic. This software has two functions at the same time in one package, one package as a software for drawing automatic schematics and can be simulated which is named ISIS. The second package is used as a Printed Circuits Board (PCB) image which is named ARES. Directly, the conversion from schematic to PCB can be done in this Professional Proteus software. Prof. ISIS Prooteus has always friendly versions, starting from version 7.0 to 8. each version increase with the addition of library components that can be taken and used in drawing or designing . As an electronic frame designer, he first used ISIS as a medium that made it easier to play and simulate. The many libraries of the Proteus Profession onal ISIS make this software a complete simulation software, namely from active components, Analog, Trasistor, SCR, FET, types of buttons, types of switches / relays, digital IC, amplifier IC, programmable IC (microcontroller ) and IC memory. Apart from being supported by the completeness of components, it is also supported by the completeness of measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ampere meters, oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, and frequency generators. The completeness of the features provided is Proteus Professional ISIS is one of the electronic simulation software.Emulator writer is a text media service to help programs, especially by using digital number codes and can be collaborated with proteus, is a window form media designed by the author to make it easier for beginners who want to learn about microcontroller programming, can be used to write programming / coding with code Binary and Hexa numbers are made in Indonesian with the aim that beginners who are just starting to learn about digital-based programming if there are errors, instructions, or procedures, they will be shown in an Indonesian warning. Key words: digital simulation with software
