Tomato and cereal contain vitamin C which faster the iron absorption, while cereal contains high iron and vitamin C which can fulfill the pregnant mothers need. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of effectiveness guava juice and cereal giving toward the degree of hemoglobin of pregnant woman. The sample is 26 which divide into 13 for guava juice and 13 for cereal consumption. The design research is used Quasy Experiment with Two groups pretest-posttest design approach by using t-test. The result shows that guava juice is more effective to increase hemoglobin degree for the pregnant woman in Puskesmas Sukorame, Kediri. It is hoped, this research will give benefit for pregnant woman as an alternative to increasing hemoglobin degree. Keywords: Pregnancy, Guava juice, Sereal, Hemoglobin

Abstract

Keywords: Motivasi perawat, Handover, Ruang Rawat Inap

Abstract

Infants are a nation's investment because they are the next generation for a nation. The quality of a nation can be determined by the quality of its infants at this time. Health problems during infancy can affect growth, especially disorders in the digestive tract such as diarrhea. Diarrhea affects the absorption of nutrients for the growth of children under five and diarrhea is the leading cause of infant mortality globally. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of diarrhea in children infants in Public Health Center Juntinyuat. This was an observational analytic study using a cross-sectional study design. The population under study was entire children aged 12-59 months in Public Health Center Juntinyuat with the total population of 1882 infants. The sample consisted of 94 selected children aged 12-59 months using Simple Random Sampling. According to the result of a simple logistic regression test, there was a relationship of nutritional status with p-value 0.002 (p <0,05), the existence of the trash with p-value 0.039 (p <0,05), and the presence of wastewater disposal facilities with p-value 0,008 (p <0,05) to diarrhea occurrence in infants Keywords: Diarrhea, Nutritional Status, The Existence of The Trash, The Presence of wastewater Disposal Facilities

Abstract

Tuberculosis is currently a problem for almost all countries. Even though various efforts have been made but until now no country in the world has escaped disease. Transmission of the disease due to Mycobacterium tuberculosis is easily transmitted, because of the entry of germs from the body only through the air. The study was carried out with observational techniques. The location of this study was conducted in Pamekasan Regency with the collection of research data from June 2017 to August 2017 using 379 samples. Data was taken directly to the research subjects using questionnaire sheets on all respondents who met the research criteria. Pearson Chi-Square test results show that the value of p = 0,000 is smaller than α = 0.05 so it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between Self Efficacy and the behavior of tuberculosis examination in Pamekasan Regency Keywords: Self Efficacy, Family Contact, Tuberculosis

Abstract

The high maternal mortality rate or MMR in Indonesia is an important issue that needs to be handled seriously. AKI is a measure of maternal health success and is a barometer of health services in a country, if the rate is still high, it means that health services in the country are categorized not good (Adriansz, 2007). So one of the efforts that need to get attention in reducing AKI is through improvement of health service quality of pregnant and maternity mother especially through antenatal care. The purpose of this study to determine the perception of pregnant women on antenatal care (ANC) in the Bolorejo village, Kauman District, Tulungagung Regency. This research is a qualitative research with cross sectional research design. Variable in this research is pregnant woman's perception on antenatal care service with population counted 11 responden, using technique of non probability sampling saturated (census), where research tool used is structured interview guidance, research location in Bolorejo village, Kauman district, Tulungagung regency. Time of study in July 2017. Presentation of data in the form of pie chart. From the results of the study obtained the results of pregnant women's perception on antenatal care service in the village of Bolorejo District Kauman Tulungagung district based on the care of ANC 10T that has been given to pregnant women has not been fully achieved. This is indicated from the data of the majority of pregnant women have received antenatal care 8T (80%) While a small proportion of pregnant women have not received antenatal care 2T (20%) which includes TT immunization and laboratory examination related to pregnancy (PP test, Hb, Protein urine, Urine reduction). Pregnant women who do not get TT immunization that there is 1 pregnant women due to pregnant women check into the village midwife in late third trimester of pregnancy and approaching delivery. As for pregnant women who do not get laboratory tests related to pregnancy (PP test, Hb, urine protein, urine reduction) that is as many as 3 pregnant women because the pregnant women did not want to be examined for fear of injections and no signs of danger pregnancy accompanying pregnant women during pregnancy (seen from the characteristics of respondents based on maternal reproductive age in low risk categories, based on parity also low risk). For pregnant women who are afraid of injections have actually been motivated by health cadres and village midwives but pregnant women are still not pleased to do laboratory examination (Based on the perception of pregnant women to public services and services ANC indicates that the services provided by health personnel are in conformity with standards) So that an unacceptable ANC examination of the standard (10T) was caused by a low awareness of pregnant women themselves. Keywords: Perception, Pregnant Women, Antenatal Care

Abstract

The livelihood of the Indonesian people in the prominent grasslands is fishermen. Traditional fishermen to get a lot of fish, they use it using respiratory aids. Safety, the working health of traditional divers who breathe the burnt compressor and need to be handled properly because it can cause health problems and even death. The use of carbon as a filter that allows you to improve health status and prevent the death of traditional divers. For this reason, this study aims to prove the effectiveness of using filter filters on traditional divers. The method used to determine the concentration of O2 & CO2 gas in the economy on examination using sample gas before and after being given an activated carbon filter with a sample of 20 respondents. Statistical tests using Mann Whitney. The use of activated carbon filters has no effect on respiratory aids in traditional divers as evidenced by the Mann Whitney test showing p values at oxygen levels = 0.842 and p values at carbon dioxide levels = 0.300 ((p> α = 0.05). Activated carbon cannot be used as a respiratory aid for traditional divers and settlement of divers in traditionally carrying out effective and routine maintenance. Keywords: Traditional Divers, Compressors, Filters, Activated Carbon
