Abstract

Currently the Indonesian government continues to reduce the transmission rate of the Covid-19 virus, one of is by vaccinating health workers who are the first targets and after the vaccine is carried out they will receive legal evidence of a certificate. In the media, of oversharing from social media users is always considered a threat because of the various negative impacts, the high level such as the security of personal data. This type of research is a cross-sectional analytic using a questionnaire which is an online survey to determine the level of awareness of personal data security and self-presentation to health workers regarding oversharing of covid-19 certificates. The population is health workers in Central Java with a sample of 170 respondents. Data analysis used Univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis using the HAIS-Q adoption questionnaire and self-presentation questionnaire. There is a relationship between gender (p= 0.000) and age (p= 0.000) with the level of awareness of personal data security and the factor most related to the level of awareness of personal data security is self-presentation with criteria Exemplification (Sampling) (OR = 5,103 : p value = 0.004; CI = 95% 1.455 to 12.426). The government should conduct socialization related to the protection of personal data in vaccination certificates so that the public understands and is aware of the information contained therein.

Abstract

Introduction: SARS CoV-2 is a virus categorized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as Variants of Concern (VoC) where this category indicates an increase in transmission or an epidemiologically adverse change, an increase in virulence or a change in the presentation of clinical disease, a decrease in public health effects in the form of diagnostics, vaccines and therapy. Objective: To determine the effect of a history of COVID-19 infection with mild or severe degrees of AEFI. Methods: This research is cross-sectional. Statistical analysis using Chi-square with Yates Correction statistical test. Results: From the questionnaire results obtained PIAE in the form of pain at the injection site, redness at the injection site, dizziness, fatigue, muscle aches, fever, nausea and vomiting. From a total of 64 respondents, 34 respondents who had been infected with COVID-19, the symptoms of booster vaccination were felt lighter in 3 (8.8%) and more severe in 31 (91.2%) respondents. Meanwhile, the other 30 respondents who had never been infected with COVID-19 were lighter in 1 (3.3%) and heavier in 29 (96.6%) respondents. Statistical test results with Pearson Chi-Square showed a non-significant relationship between a history of COVID-19 infection and the severity of symptoms of booster vaccination (p-value: 0.365). Conclusion: COVID-19 infection does not affect the mild or severe severity of PIAE in young adult respondents. Research is needed with a larger number of respondents followed by a randomized model.

Abstract

Data on the prevalence of Surgical Site Infection (SSI) at hospital in Semarang during February-April 2019 showed that there was a significant increase from  0,07% to 0,14%. One of the efforts to prevent infection of the operating area can be done with the application of IDO bundles. To analyze the data quality of the Operation Area Infection (IDO) bundle at Hospital. The research design used in this research is mixed methods. The population in this study is the IDO bundle document (secondary data) which is 149 data (data for December 2019) and officers related to the operation process (primary data). The 100 documents calculated using the Slovin how to get the data using a random technique. The sample for qualitative data in this research is health workers related to the operating process. Sources of triangulation are the head of the ward and infection control officers at the hospital. The sampling method in this study used non-probability purposive sampling. High quality category data IDO bundles that are shown with accuracy and precision, legitimate and valid as well as detailed and easy to find. This is supported by the number of available human resources, namely for one service unit, one IPCLN and according to placement. Other supports are competent and certified. The quality of the IDO bundle data at Hospital in Semarang is low. It is recommended that the hospital can develop a more comprehensive policy to improve the implementation of the effectiveness of using the IDO bundle data.

Abstract

The research aimed to investigate the effect of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) on lipid peroxidation activity and nitric oxide concentration in the aorta of male Wistar rats due to exposure to cigarette smoke. This study was a laboratory experiment using 21 rats that were divided into 3 groups: KN-14 (negative control that is given smoke exposure within 14 days), DHEA-1 (15 mg/kgBW + smoke exposure for 14 days), and DHEA-2 (30 mg/kgBW + smoke exposure for 14 days). The exposure was carried out in 25-45 minutes with 4 cigarettes/day. Surgery was performed in the 15th days to remove the aorta to examine malondialdehyde (MDA) as a biomarker of lipid peroxidation and nitric oxide (NO) concentration using Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The results showed that a significant increase in MDA concentrations was found in the group administered with DHEA, particularly at a dose of 30 mg/kgBW (p<0.05). Meanwhile, the administration of DHEA at doses of 15 and 30 mg/kgBW did not have a significant effect (p>0,05) on aortic NO concentrations compared to the group KN-14. Therefore, it can be concluded that the administration of DHEA could increase lipid peroxidation activity, as indicated by a significant increase in aortic MDA concentrations, without affecting aortic NO concentrations in rats exposed to cigarette smoke for 14 days

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that babies only breastfeed with breast milk for at least 6 months. Based on data from the Pidie District Health Office in 2017, exclusive breastfeeding for babies 0-6 months is 25% while the target is 100%, so from the 2017 data it is still far from reaching the target. In 2018 there was an increase in the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding by 59% and in 2019 there was an increase of 63%. Based on the Profile Data of the Sakti Pidie District Health Center from 2017 to 2019, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months in 2017 was 14%, in 2018 the percentage decreased to 11% and in 2019 increased to 43%. This indicates that there are still many babies who are not exclusively breastfed. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged> 6 months - 24 months in the Work Area of  Pidie District Health Center Sakti in 2020. This study used a cross-sectional study design. This research conducted at Puskesmas Sakti Kota Bakti Subdistrict, Aceh Province on February until March 2020. This research consists of two variables, dependent (namely knowledge, occupation, early initiation of breastfeeding, husband’s support and support from health workers) and variable independent (exclusive breastfeeding). Based on bivariate analysis, it was found that there was no significant relationship with exclusive breastfeeding, namely knowledge (0.102), occupation (0.431), early initiation of breastfeeding (0.052) and support from health workers (0.491). There is a relationship between husband's support and the provision of exclusive ASI (0.0310) at the Sakti Puskesmas, Sakti District, Pidie Regency in 2020. The results of this study prove that there is no significant relationship between variables (knowledge, occupation, early initiation of breastfeeding and support from health workers) and exclusive breastfeeding at Sakti’s Puskesmas. There are other factors related to exclusive breastfeeding, such as education, family income, maternal health, socio-culture, the influence of social media and mother's beliefs.
