Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the strategy of learning Arabic in the achievement of al-qira'ah in the Department of Management of Islamic Education Institute Parahikma Indonesia (IPI). The results of this study show that the strategy of learning Arabic in the achievement of Maharah al-Qira'ah to the Students of the Department of Management of Islamic Education Institute of Parahikma Indonesia (IPI) is done by reading the Arabic books, interpreting and rewriting, giving the reading without syakal and discussed, recognize words and sentences and then translate, compose own sentences with a vocabulary that is considered easy.

Abstract

The preamble of the 1945 Constitution philosophically and constitutionally, based on the basic philosophy of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, every citizen has equal opportunity in terms of employment, accessing public facilities, obtaining life and decent living, including for persons with disabilities. Law No. 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities emphasizes that "Persons with disabilities are part of an Indonesian society with equal standing, rights, obligations, and roles". Article 5 of Law no. 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities that: "Every person with disabilities has equal rights and opportunities in all aspects of life and livelihood".

Abstract

One of the civil event principles of justice is flexibility ground as contained in Section 2 ( 4) Law Number 48 the Year 2009 about Judicial Power that jurisdiction conducted mainly, quickly, and light expense. Tone with Perma RI Number considering 1 the Year 2016 about the procedure of mediation in Justice. Base Flexibility represents expectation all party, especially to is drawee of divorce dispute in Justice Of Religion. PERMA Number 1 the Year 2016 representing Appellate Court effort in integrating meditationinto process attend legal procedure in Justice, where expected can overcome the problem of heaping of the case, and also strengthen and maximize function institute justice in solving of dispute. Besides that, process mediation becomes to increase because there are section 130 HIR and 154 RBG obliging mediationeach early conference, and if not be executed to cause conference of cancelation for the shake of law. Even farther that mediation can be executed till the decision of Eintracht. But that way direct exes of the PERMA is its time become length (old), expense increase, and entangle mediator with all is the protocol of him so that make process attends legal procedure do not modestly (complicated). This Research represent research of field (Field of Research) having the character of qualitative [in] area punish by using the approach of juridic, that is using science theory punish in explaining implication applying of Regulation of Appellate Court of RI to flexibility ground performance at dispute divorce in Justice of Religion Class 1 B Watampone.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the students ability in recognizing, understanding, and using vocabularies in English for Business, and enhance the quality of learning process from teacher or students view through the implementation of NHT. The source of research data was from the learning process of English subject to the students X grade of SMA Negeri 18 Makassar. The result showed that the activities of students become very pleased and increase their learning vocabulary English for Business by applying NHT in the class

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of the creativity of lecturers in the learning process on student learning achievement in the Microeconomics Course in the Islamic Banking Study Program of the Sharia and Islamic Economics Department of STAIN Watampone. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 20.00 software for Windows. Based on the results of the study show that the creativity of lecturers in the learning process has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement in the Microeconomics Course in the Islamic Banking Study Program of the Shariah and Islamic Economics Department of STAIN Watampone

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) to find out whether or not the use of parallel-team teaching improves the students speaking skill and (2) to find out whether or not the students are interested in joining the speaking class through parallel-team teaching. This research employed a quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of 40 students of second-semester students of English Education Program of Makassar State University, in academic year 2016/2017. The research data were collected by using two kinds of instruments: the speaking test for the students speaking skill and questionnaire for students interest. Data on the students speaking skill were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, and data on the students interest were analyzed using the Likert scale. The results of the research were: (1) the use of parallel-team teaching in teaching speaking improved the students speaking skill, (2) the use of parallel-team teaching increased the students interest in joining the speaking class. It can be concluded that the use of Parallel-Team Teaching is effective to be implemented in improving the students speaking skill in terms of accuracy, fluency, comprehensibility and content and the students have very high interest toward Parallel-Team Teaching in teaching speaking

The Constitutional Court as a judicial institution plays an important role in the enforcement of Indonesian law. The institution authority is to interpret the constitution.In accordance with its function, the institution is able to provide an interpretation, not only the juridical interpretation but also the theological or sociological interpretation, letterlijk (original intent), and historical interpretation. These interpretations are used to assess the presence of the law which is considered contrary to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia
