Abstract Ibnu Khaldun is one of the influenced person in Islamic Economy. He contributes much in Islamic economy. It is proven by his economic thoughts which applied by many people. These thoughts can be learned from his book entitle Muqaddimah. Some of the thought that can be gained is market system, profit without riba, unemployment decreasing concept, production theory and so on. Ibnu Khaldun struggles for the human right and the government objection to the people without any violence. In the other words, it can be said that he offers Islamic justice. AbstractThe increase in the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) did not make Islamic banks to expand their capital by offering Islamic banks to the public ownership through initial public offering. The first and the only one sharia bank (until 2016), who offers their stock was Bank Panin Syariah Tbk (PNBS). PNBS made an initial public offers on 30 December 2013. The results of this study showed that Beta stocks and MVA is directly in line with the majority of JCI and PNBS’s stock prices. Therefore, the management of PNBS need to apply policies using Beta and MVA’s value in the period of this study as a basis, if it aims to increase the value of stock returns and investor wealth.Keywords: Performance of Share, Beta of Share, Market Value Added, Sharia Bank.

AbstractPoverty is a big problem facing Indonesia. From the viewpoint of Islam, Allah Swt forbid poverty.Poverty occurred originated from inequality of wealth distribution.Therefore, Islam emphasizes equitable economic distribution arrangements that inequality in society can be overcome.One way to do this is by implementing zakat.Various obstacles in the application of zakat, namely; lack of knowledge and understanding of the community resulted in a lack of awareness and the desire to remove zakat, lack of public trust in zakat management institutions, zakat laws that are not fully able to be implemented correctly, zakat less professional. Therefore, it needs to be disseminated to change the way people view zakat, improvement of inter-agency coordination charities,innovation in the distribution patterns of zakat funds, Professional managers, and changes in distribution patterns towards more productive zakat.Kata Kunci: zakat, poverty, OPZ

AbstractThis paperwas areview about the development and applying internet marketing as a strategic tools to promote product and service of shariah banking industry. As we know, the internet user in the world was increased year to year. Shariah banking industry should utilize it to increase their customer. The method of this paper was literature study. The data was collected by observation, browsing and literature. The objective of this paper was to determine the application of internet marketing in shariah banking industry in order to inform, offer and promote product and service to potential customer. The result of this paper showed that many shariah banking in Indonesia has applied internet marketing as their marketing tool but yet optimized. It meant that the development of shariah banking industry pretty enaugh but still not as good as conventional bank in applying information technology. It become an opportunity as well as challenge to shariah banking industry to improve technology information in developing marketing of shariah banking industry in the future.Keyword : internet marketing, shariah banking, marketing

AbstractThe main function of BUS / UUS is not much different from conventional banks that collect funds from the public and then channel them back (intermediate). In practice, Islamic banks channeling funds it received in the form of financing, both venture capital financing as well as for consumption. Financing is providing facilities for provision of funds to support the planned investment is based on an agreement between the bank and other parties who require the financed party to return the money or the charges after a certain period of time in exchange or for the results. This study aims to determine the effect of gross domestic product to finance the BUS / UUS. The data used pooling is data. Data pooling with the category of 5 years and 9 sectors studied. analysis is the result of estimation fixed effect. The results showed PBD affect the financing BUS / UUS. , the effect on the GDP amounted to 95.68 percent financing. As well as the remaining amount of 4.32 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The most high-elasticity sector financing is LGA sector (electricity, gas and water), while the lowest elasticity IDS financing is a sector (manufacturing industry)Keywords: pooling data, sharia banking, financing, GDP

AbstractThis approach is conceptual which relied on Moslem law values and company identity literature. Besides research, empirical of its result is used to depict trap and opportunity use marketing communication means in strategy develop, build virtuous company brand. Result/conclusion A framework ethics which studying paradox relation link among/between is in perspective of consequences many supporter of marketing adopt behavior of merchant, and is in perspective of ethics which criticizing approach which orienting exclusive profit for the behavior of merchant. Herein after, Moslem law values strategy referring to marketing of behavior studied. Abstract The development of Islamic Banks and Sharia Business Unit has increased from year to year, so does the amount of funding has increased from year to year. There are several factors that affect the financing of which is iniflasi and third party funds. increase in third party funds followed by an increase in financing, but iniflasi tend to fluctuate from year to year. So the purpose of this study was to measure the effect of iniflasi and third party funds to finance BUS and UUS in Indonesia period 2003 - 2015. The research showed that iniflasi have an impact on financing BUS and UUS evidenced t t table (4.152 2 , 00 856), and third party funds also affects the financing BUS and UUS which is evidenced by the t t table (173.294 2.00856). And simultaneously between iniflasi and third party funds to finance BUS and UUS evidenced by F count F table (16098.426 4.03431) with the influence iniflasi and DPK to financing BUS and UUS in Indonesia amounted to 99.8 per cent while the rest 0.2 percent are influenced by other factors outside the study variables.Keywords : Inflation, DPK, Financing.

AbstractIs a basic principle of Islam that a Muslim who belongs to the financial / wealth commanded by God to share and help to his fellow Muslims. One charity, which has a system and a highly accurate and scalable to eradicate poverty from its roots and is binding because it is one of the pillars of religion must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia. Zakat is also highly charged social where it is a form of social responsibility of the owners of wealth to those who lack.The main value lies precisely zakat to the partisanship that very closely to those in need. It is an essential element in the process of distribution of wealth is the key to the prosperity of mankind. Because the purpose of Islamic economics is welfare of mankind as a whole, without exception, the Zakat plays a vital role in the economic system of Islam. So it is not foreign trsebut in Indonesia. For there are many institutions in Indonesia that help shade the aid of our example as: Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS), Dompet Dhu'afa, Laziz, Foundation for Social Fund, Baitul Mal, Rumah Zakat, Islamic Bank, etc. Therefore, there was no obstacle or excuse us for not sharing with others.Keywords: philanthropy, zakat, charity

AbstractIn economic theory one's satisfaction in consuming a product called utility or use value. If the satisfaction of an object is higher, the higher the point value. whereas if the satisfaction of a good getting lower, the lower the value of the point. whereas if the satisfaction of a good getting lower, the lower the value of the point. Satisfaction in conventional terminology meant the fulfillment of physical needs, but consume a product before it reaches the maximum satisfaction is the principle taught Rasullullah consumption, such as eating before getting hungry and stopped before full due to the additional value that will be obtained will decrease if the person continues to consume. In the end, the additional use value will be negative when consumption of the goods continue to be added. AbstractMonopoly is the ruler over the production and or marketing of goods and or the use of certain services by one business actor or a group of business actors. In Islam, anyone can do business regardless of whether he is the sole seller (monopoly) or there is another seller. Keep a stock of goods for inventory purposes was not prohibited in Islam. Monopolistic market structure is not an unclean thing if the situation in the case of natural monopoly. But what is not allowed is monopolistic behavior (mopolistic behavior) as set prices above the market price in order to attract as many benefits or decrease the quantity of production in order to raise the price high.Keywords: Monopoly, Price, Positive Law, Islamic Law
