Abstract

AbstractMonopoly is the ruler over the production and or marketing of goods and or the use of certain services by one business actor or a group of business actors. In Islam, anyone can do business regardless of whether he is the sole seller (monopoly) or there is another seller. Keep a stock of goods for inventory purposes was not prohibited in Islam. Monopolistic market structure is not an unclean thing if the situation in the case of natural monopoly. But what is not allowed is monopolistic behavior (mopolistic behavior) as set prices above the market price in order to attract as many benefits or decrease the quantity of production in order to raise the price high.Keywords: Monopoly, Price, Positive Law, Islamic Law

Abstract

Takaful should be based on three principles: the principle of responsible, the principle of mutual help and work together, as well as the principle of protecting each other. Thus, al-ta'min or takaful seen from the perspective of mutual understanding muamalah sharia have to bear the risks against each other, so that one another guarantor and risk of loss. The third principle is basically his form of worship that is tabarru. Mutual bear the risk on the basis of helping each other in goodness with the way each cleanup tabarru or worship funds intended to cover these risks. Willingness "to bear" the risk is essentially a form of mutual help on the basis of kindness to alleviate the suffering of his brother who suffered. In the context of the lives of citizens who provide mutual aid and protection, will manifest a stable social life and peace as the realization of people's awareness to do good that is based on values of faith in God.

Abstract

Abstrak,Pembiayaan untuk pengusaha mikro di PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan adalah pembiayaan dengan akad murabahah. Nasabah pembiayaan murabahah merupakan pengusaha mikro yang sewaktu-waktu tidak dapat melunasi kewajiban dengan alasan tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui cara penyelamatan dan penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah dengan analisa jaminan di PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di lapangan, menunjukkan bahwa proses penyelamatan dan penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah dengan analisis jaminan pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan diselesaikan dengan 2 (dua) tahapan. Pertama, apabila nasabah sudah masuk pada kategori kolektibilitas empat dan lima, maka PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan akan memberikan surat pemberitahuan I, II dan III. Kedua, apabila tidak ada konfirmasi setelah surat pemberitahuan III, maka nasabah akan berurusan langsung dengan Account Maintenance. Walaupun sudah dinilai bermasalah, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan tidak langsung melelang jaminan begitu saja. PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan masih memberikan kelonggaran waktu kepada nasabah untuk menjual sendiri jaminannya sebelum dilelang oleh bank. Kata kunci: Penyelamatan, Penyelesaian, Pembiayaan Bermasalah, Murabahah Abstract,Financing for micro entrepreneurs in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch is financing with a murabahah contract. Murabahah financing customers are micro entrepreneurs who cannot pay their obligations at any time. The purpose of this research is to find out how to save and settle problem financing with guarantee analysis at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study obtained data using secondary data by reviewing books that became reference sources and primary data from the informants of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch in accordance with the title of the researcher. The data collection techniques in this study through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted in the field, shows that the process of rescue and completion of financing problems with the analysis of guarantees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch completed with 2 (two) stages. First, if the customer has entered the four. Second, if there is no confirmation after notification letter III, the customer will deal directly with Account Maintenance.  and five collectibility categories, then the PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch will provide notification letters I, II and III. Although it has been considered problematic, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch did not immediately auction guarantees. PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch of Padangsidimpuan still gives customers time to sell their own guarantees before being auctioned by the bank. Keywords: Rescue, Settlement, Problem Financing, Murabahah

Abstract

Customer interest is a high-value asset for banks, if customer interest increases, profits also increase. But in fact, customers complain about the services provided by the bank because it is not in accordance with customer expectations. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of product quality and service quality both partially and simultaneously on the interest of customers in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch in Padangsidimpuan. The discussion of this research relating to product quality and service quality to customers is interesting. In connection with that, the approach taken is theories related to product quality, service quality, and customer interest. Service is any action or activity that can be offered by a party to another party, which is basically intangible and does not result in any ownership. This study uses a quantitative research approach, data collection techniques include questionnaires, with as many as 56 respondents as customers. The analysis used in this study is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, determination test (R2), multiple linear regression, t-test, and f test. The results obtained showed that the value of R Square was 0.785 or 78.5%. The T-test shows there is a significant influence between product quality on the interest of customers to save at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch. Likewise, there is an influence between the quality of service to the interests of customers saving at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch. The F test shows that simultaneously product quality and service quality have a significant effect on the interests of customers saving at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch.

Abstract

Internet Banking service is one of the banking services that allows customers to obtain information, communicate, and perform banking transactions through the internet network. However, there are still a few who use or utilize internet banking services in transactions. This is due to the lack of customer knowledge about internet banking where there are still many customers who are still afraid to use this service for security reasons. Because technically, security refers to the existence of legal guarantees of privacy that must be fulfilled effectively. Often the bank neglects the internet banking security system. The purpose of this study was to determine how the perception of IAIN Padangsidmpuan students about the security of internet banking services. The theories used in this research are the theories put forward by Bimo Walgito which discusses the notion of perception, various perceptions, factors that influence perception, the characteristics of perception, the process of perception, understanding of security, types of security systems. network, security indicators, basic components of a security system, understanding of internet banking, benefits of internet banking, advantages of internet banking, and security of internet banking transactions. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of IAIN Padangsidimpuan class of 2017 and 2018 as many as 25 informants to describe research problems regarding the Perceptions of IAIN Padangsidimpuan Students About Internet Banking Service Security in Islamic Banking Transactions with the data sources used were primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data is by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study regarding the perceptions of IAIN Padangsidimpuan students about the security of internet banking services in Islamic banking transactions, the researchers conclude that the perceptions of IAIN Padangsidimpuan students about internet banking services are very good where internet banking services are one of the banking services that allow customers to make transactions via the internet network. . Because this service will really help students in making transactions such as checking balances, transferring money, paying tuition fees, buying credit vouchers and buying electricity tokens.

Abstract

One of the obstacles for the Mandailing Natal community to go on a pilgrimage is the high cost of going on a pilgrimage. IB Hijrah Haji Savings is a savings account that makes it easier for people to visit the Baitullah. However, not many people know about this IB Hijrah Haji savings product, seen from the number of IB Hijrah Haji savings customers who experience fluctuations every month in 2018. The problem formulation in this study is how to analyze the SWOT product of the IB Hijrah Haji Savings product PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the number of customers of IB Hijrah Haji Savings PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch with qualitative-descriptive research method. The subjects of this research are employees of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch, IB Hijrah Haji savings customers and the Mandailing Natal community. Collecting data using interview techniques and direct and indirect observations of objects related to the researched and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used the following techniques: data editing, data reduction and data decryption. The results of the study using the SWOT Matrix showed that PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch has strengths which consist of: fairly good and fast service, service to deliver prospective pilgrims and free Hajj rituals, free administration fees, free insurance. Weaknesses of IB Hijrah Haji savings, namely: lack of human resources marketing IB Hijrah Haji savings products, product promotion is still lacking. The savings opportunities for IB Hijrah Haji are: people who are predominantly Muslim, increasing customer interest in using this product, strategic location. Meanwhile, the threats of IB Hijrah Haji savings are: product competition that is getting tighter, locations between banks that are close to each other.

Abstract

There is a Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) application service provided by Indonesian banks to users to enable non-cash transactions via smartphones, but eighty-nine percent of Islamic banking students at IAIN Padangsidimpuan do not know, banking students should be the ones who better understand and at the same time as parties. So that the formulation of the problem and the purpose of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of knowledge on interest in using QRIS, is there a beneficial effect on interest in using QRIS and is there a risk effect on interest in using QRIS and to find out whether there is an effect of knowledge on interest in using QRIS, to find out is there a beneficial effect on interest in using QRIS, and to find out whether there is an effect of risk on interest in using QRIS. The theory used in this study is about interest in knowledge, benefits, risks, and the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS). This research is a quantitative research. The data source used is primary data. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample size of 90 people. Data processing used SPSS version 24 software. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multi-linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination coefficient, partial (t) test and simultaneous (f) test and multiple linear regression analysis. . The results of the research test (t) indicate that the knowledge variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the interest in using QRIS, the benefit variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using QRIS, the risk variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the interest in using QRIS. While the test results (f) of the simultaneous variables of knowledge, benefits and risks have an influence on the interest in using the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS).

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of Murābahah and Musyārakah financing distribution on operating income. This research use the reporting finance by the financial fervices authority of people’s finance Bank Syariah in 2015-2018 as a sample. It used double linear regression method. Abstract

Jumlah Usaha Mikro Kecil serta Menengah (UMKM) ialah bagian yang besar dari pelaksana ekonomi secara totalitas. Tetapi pertumbuhan UMKM yang berkaitan dengan kemajuan teknologi masih belum sesuai harapan. Proporsi UMKM yang memakai penjualan online masih rendah. Perihal itu diakibatkan oleh masih banyak UMKM yang belum memahami secara teknis tatacara penjualan online. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan keahlian UMKM dalam manajemen secara universal, pemasaran digital dan pencatatan keuangan. Pengembangan dan peningkatan yang dilakukan berupa pengembangan ketrampilan pembuatan perencanaan pemasaran, pemasaran digital dan pemahaman pencatatan keuangan sehingga dapat berguna dalam mengembangkan usaha yang akan dijalankan di kemudian hari. Partisipan pelatihan sebanyak 34 usaha mikro, sebagian besar merupakan usaha kuliner yang diberi pelatihan manajemen yang mereka butuhkan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari aktivitas ini merupakan terjadinya mitra binaan kuliner yang lebih maju dalam pengelolaan serta penjualan produk secara online.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Sipirok menggunakan akad murabahah dalam pembiayaan modal usaha, akad murabahah yang seharusnya digunakan untuk transaksi jual beli yang bersifat konsumtif akan tetapi akad ini digunakan untuk pembiayaan modal usaha bagi nasabahnya. Peneliti ingin mengetahui Bagaimana pelaksanaan akad murabahah untuk pembiayaan modal usaha yang dilakukan bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Sipirok, kemudian mengapa akad murabahah digunakan untuk pembiayaan modal usaha dan bagaimana solusinya supaya akad murabahah sesuai dengan syariah. Akad Murabahah pemberitahuan harga pokok yang ia beli dan menentukan tingkat keuntungan yang disepakati, Pembiyaan Modal Usaha merupakan dana yang digunakan untuk menjalankan usaha untuk tetap berjalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Sipirok Kelurahan Sipirok. Adapun jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan sumber data pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari pegawai yang ada di Bank Syariah mandiri KCP Sipirok. Pembiayaan di  bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) KCP Sipirok  ditujukan untuk memberikan modal usaha .Pihak bank memperhatikan bentuk usaha yang dilakukan oleh nasabahnya dan usahanya sudah berjalan minimal dua tahun Alasan pihak Bank Syariah menggunakan akad murabahah adanya keuntungan yang muncul dari selisih harga beli dari penjual dengan harga jual kepada nasabah. Selain itu, pengaplikasiannya juga sangat sederhana dan mudah dimengerti oleh nasabah. Adapun dasar pemberian pembiayaan ini sesuai dengan ketetapan Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) turunannya sesuai dengan Petunjuk Teknik Operasional (PTO).
