Abstract

The puprose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. and PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Tbk. Research is useful for the company as input on financial statements in terms of assessing the company’s performance to make decisions in the future. This research is also useful for researchers to know the importance of financial statements to evaluate performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The data source used is is accessed through the www.idx.co.id website as the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data type used is secondary data from PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. and PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Tbk. in the form of financial report data and annual reports that have been published from 2011 to 2021. The research period was conducted during November 2022. The analytical techniques used are liquidity ratios, solvency, and profitability. Based on the analysis of financial performance measured in the form of LDR, LAR, PR, ROA, and ROE, it can be seen that PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. is in better condition than PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance Tbk. The management of the two companies should maintain their financial performance even though it is still said to be good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and brand loyalty of Citra facial soap among college students in the City of Sungai Penuh. This type of research is causative research. This research was conducted in the City of Sungai Full. The population in this study were students in the City of Sungai Penuh. Samples were taken by purposive sampling using the Slovin formula, with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection technique is to use a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) brand image has a significant effect on brand equity in Citra facial soap among university students in Sungai Penuh City and 2) brand loyalty has no significant effect on brand equity in Citra facial soap among students in Sungai Pemuh City.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh rentabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap return saham dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2020. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 9 perusahaan dalam 4 tahun. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dan moderated regression analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rentabilitas diproksikan menjadi ROA dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Kebijakan dividen mampu memoderasi rentabilitas diproksikan menjadi ROA dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the family environment and peers on the interest in entrepreneurship to examine the influence of the family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship and to examine the influence of peers on the interest in entrepreneurship. This type of research is quantitative research, namely empirical research in which the data is in the form of numbers or something that can be calculated. When viewed from the research objectives, this research includes causal associative research, namely research that aims to see the effect of one variable with other variables. The sample taken in this study were accounting students in the city of Yogyakarta who collected 60 people. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the family environment had a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship and peers had a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) sejauh mana pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap disatuan polisi pamong praja kabupaten kerinci .2) sejauh mana pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi pegawai disatuan polisi pamong praja kabupaten. 3) sejauh mana pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai disatuan polisi pamong praja kabupaten. 4) untuk mengetahui bagai mana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening disatuan polisi pamong praja kabupaten kerinci. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai pada disatuan polisi pamong praja kabupaten kerinci yang berjumlah 54 orang. Selanjutnya didapatkan semua populasi dijadi sampel sebanyak 54 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur pada tingkat alpha 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi,. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja lebih di bandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung. Pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja lebih dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung mengingat masing-masing gaya kepemimpinan ,motivasi kerja,berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja maka di sarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas gaya kepemimpinan,motivasi kerja agar kinerja pegawai meningkat.
