Abstract

Pelayanan data kependudukan kepada warga pada kelurahan mangun jaya kecamatan tambun selatan mengalami kendala, dalam melakukan pelayanan data kependudukan membutuhkan waktu yang lama seperti surat permohonan pindah, surat permohonan kartu keluarga, surat permohonan kartu tanda penduduk, surat keterangan tidak mampu, surat keterangan domisili tempat tinggal, surat keterangan kelahiran, surat keterangan kematian dan surat pengantar catatan kepolisian. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan pelayanan data penulis membuat aplikasi layanan kependudukan berbasis web pada kelurahan mangun jaya dengan merubah prosedur dari manual ke komputerisasi. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall  dimulai dari requirement membuat analisa kebutuhan dari prosedur dalam pelayanan data pada kelurahan mangun jaya, kedua desain membuat perancangan sistem pelayanan data menggunakan pemodelan use case, activity diagram dan sequence diagram, tahap ketiga implementasi yaitu melakukan penerapan dari desain ke source code sesuai dengan alur, tahap terakhir testing melakukan pengujian aplikasi layanan administrasi kependudukan menggunakan pendekatan blackbox dan uji beta oleh pengguna dengan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 89%

Abstract

The benefits of a web-based application make web developers improve the quality of their applications, one of which is implementing a Progressive Web App (PWA). Researchers see the potential of web-based summative test applications at Jakarta Global University (JGU) which have been designed by previous researchers to be developed by implementing PWA. This study aims to develop a web-based online summative test system/application to be PWA-based. PWAs combine the best of the web with the features native apps already have. The benefits of this research can be used as input or reference for JGU in developing more optimal web applications for campus needs. The development in this system applies the public server and PWA methods. Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design. PWA testing using the Lighthouse tool. The results obtained from this study are in the form of a PWA-based online test summative system with the ability to be accessed on desktop and mobile and the ability to be accessed offline.

Abstract

Currently, several universities are using the learning management system (LMS) application for administration, documentation, activity reporting, learning activity implementation, and online assignments. SIAKAD is a learning management system application that has been implemented at STIKOM Poltek Cirebon. At SIAKAD, students and lecturers can download and upload materials, view course data and schedule data. However, in SIAKAD there are several features that are still not fulfilled, such as checking attendance data and recapitulation, task recapitulation and automation of calculating final course grades. In this study the Lemskom Poltek Cirebon application was designed using the Asynchronous Learning method. Which aims to complement features that do not exist in SIAKAD. In the Lemskom Poltek Cirebon application, which is designed using the Asynchronous method, it is very appropriate because this method is not based on time and place and is very good at helping in the learning process. So that students can see for themselves the course schedule, their attendance data, and the assignments given by the lecturer at anytime and anywhere along with the information and values they get. Lecturers can see the recapitulation of attendance, and recapitulation of assignments as well as details of what grades are in the courses they teach in more detail and can calculate the final grade automatically.

Abstract

The Family of Hope Program (PKH) is a poverty reduction program in the education and public health aspects provided by the government either directly or indirectly. The government continues to make efforts in order to educate the community through social assistance programs to tackle the poor. In order to create a smart society, the government should make programs that are empowering so that people can solve their own problems. There are many in Indonesia who receive the family hope program (PKH), one of which is in the Cirebon district. Problems often occur with the empowerment assistance program from the government, one of which is the PKH assistance, which still does not target the residents who receive the assistance. The emergence of this problem, due to the ineffective data verification in determining which citizens are entitled to receive PKH assistance, this has resulted in many very poor people who do not receive PKH assistance and those classified as capable are still given PKH assistance. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study of PKH beneficiary data, so that the results of the analysis can be used as a reference for whether or not residents are eligible to receive PKH assistance. The research that was conducted to predict the data of recipients of the expected family assistance using the data mining classification method using the C4.5 algorithm. The results of the data mining process are used as evaluation material for the government. After testing with the C4.5 algorithm, the test results for the best parameter of the C4.5 algorithm are criterion = accuracy, confidence = 0.25 and a minimum gain = 0.1 to produce an accuracy value of 98.30%

Abstract

Risk in information system, whether it is in desktop application or web commonly being ignored. Especially for public web which already having vast users. One of it is Schoology.com which has claimed themselves already having million of users. This research discussed about the risk assesment of information systems by using the Octave Allegro approach in in the form of a possibility threat that occur in the Schoology.com site. We choose the Octave Allegro because it one of agile, fast and has the ability to provide strong risk assessment results, with relatively small investments in time and resource even for organizations that do not have extensive risk management expertise. After doing the research, the main impact areas that found on the Schoology.com are reputation and customer confidence. The results show that the level on the Schoology site is a medium because, the data contained on this site is not too important so the possibility of being misused by foreigners can be considered small.

Abstract

Google Play Store is one of the platforms on Android to download an application, Google Play also provides a feature for the public to be able to provide comments/reviews of the downloaded application. Reviews of the application are in the form of perception, both positive and negative, a review of one of the applications on google play, namely the KAI access application, can be used as research material to find information. The technique that can be used for this research is sentiment analysis, the classification method that will be used for this sentiment analysis is the support vector machine and naive Bayes as a comparison to find better accuracy of the two algorithms, this research can help developers to find out the shortcomings and advantages that must be improved on the application. The results of the study using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification obtained an accuracy rate of 93% while using the Naïve Bayes method that was 89%. So, the Support Vector Machine method provides a higher level of accuracy than the Naïve Bayes method.

Abstract

The implementation of the Competency Test at the LSP institution in higher education is an effort to ensure that students have abilities in certain fields according to predetermined competency standards. Education providers are required to always strive to improve the quality and quality of education with the aim that the student's academic performance will always improve. From the results of observations made in the research location, it was found a problem with the high number of failures in the implementation of the competency test. This study aims to conduct cluster analysis of the data resulting from the implementation of competency tests with the Data Mining approach through several stages in the form of data collection, data cleaning, data transformation, data modeling and data evaluation. This study resulted in grouping the results of competency tests which were divided into 3 clusters, namely cluster 1 as much as 38%, cluster 2 as much as 32% and cluster 3 as much as 30%..

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mrancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan karyawan terbaik SMK YASBU Al-Qomariah. Penghargaan yang diberikan oleh organisasi kepada karyawan terbaiknya dapat mendorong setiap karyawan untuk selalu memberikan kinerja yang terbaik bagi organisasi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibanya di organisasi. Pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan karyawan terbaik dapat dilakukan organisasi dengan cara menilai kinerja yang telah dilakukan oleh karyawannya dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Oleh karena itu, seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi maka Sistem Pendukung Keputusan terhadap pemilihan karyyawan terbaik perlu dibangun dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution). Konsep dasar Metode TOPSIS adalah alternatif yang terpilih merupakan alternatif terbaik yang memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif dan jarak terpanjang dari solusi ideal negatif. Ada enam kriteria yang dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan yaitu: Kuantitas Pekerjaan, Kualitas Pekerjaan, Pengetahuan akan pekerjaan, tingkat kreativitas, tinggkat Kerjasama.. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu perototipe  sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai pangkalan data.

Abstract

Abstract- Utilization of Monitoring Information Systems is very useful, because it will make it easier for companies to get information. Likewise, at the Pharmaceutical Institution of a drug production company, information in the form of drug production will be conveyed to the head of the institution, where the head of the institution is the employer of the company involved in the ongoing project. Not only does it stop at the process of producing drugs, but the system also includes information on storing production drugs to the warehouse. By implementing the Monitoring Information System the company is expected to be able to monitor all information activities in the process of drug production and storage of drugs in the warehouse, so that the process can be carried out systemically.Abstrak- Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Monitoring sangat berguna, karena akan membuat perusahaan semakin mudah dalam mendapatkan informasi. Demikian dengan halnya pada Lembaga Farmasi salah satu perusahaan produksi obat, informasi berupa produksi obat akan disampaikan kepada kepala lembaga, di mana kepala lembaga merupakan atasan perusahaan yang terlibat dalam projek yang berjalan. Tidak hanya berhenti pada proses produksi obat, namun sistem juga meliputi informasi penyimpanan obat  produksi ke gudang. Dengan penerapan Sistem Informasi Monitoring diharapkan perusahaan mampu memantau segala kegiatan informasi dalam proses produksi obat dan penyimpanan obat dalam gudang, sehingga proses tersebut dapat dilakukan secara sistem.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan sektor pendidikan mengambil kebijakan penyelenggaraan Belajar dari Rumah (BDR) dalam upaya mencegah meluasnya penularan COVID-19. Metode blended learning yang dipadukan dengan Integrated curriculum paling baik digunakan pada masa transisi menuju keadaaan normal. Beragamnya kondisi sosial ekonomi, akses teknologi, serta kondisi wilayah sebaran Covid-19 menyebabkan pelaksanaan BDR serta capaian belajar siswa bervariasi. Pihak sekolah harus memfasilitasi guru agar memiliki kemampuan literasi baru guna membentuk keterampilan dan sikap individu abad 21 peserta didiknya. Virtual Coordinator Training merupakan pelatihan yang dikembangkan di Asia Tenggara, untuk memudahkan komunikasi antar pendidik dengan siswa atau siapapun, yang telah dilaksanakan jauh sebelum pandemi berlangsung di Indonesia. Peneltian ini bertujuan mengkaji efektifitas dan efisiensi pemanfaatan Virtual Coordinator Training (VCT) untuk pembelajaran yang akan datang. Penelitian dilakukan di institusi pendidikan SMA, SMK dan SMP di Indonesia, khususnya Jawa barat, baik alumni maupun bukan alumni pelatihan Virtual Coordinator Training menggunakan metode penelitian survey deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan tehnik survey online dan wawancara kepada 4181 responden yang terdiri dari stakeholder, guru, siswa, orangtua, dan masyarakat, yang melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Data pemanfaatan Virtual Coordinator Training (VCT), keterampilan berbahasa asing untuk pelaku pendidikan, pendidikan entrepreneur, konsep merdeka belajar, pemanfaatan IT, sarana dan prasarana, sinergi dengan institusi negara Asia Tenggara, sistem kurikulum, skill tambahan, dan pola pembelajaran yang akan datang, diambil melalui survey online dan wawancara, menggunakan 45 pertanyaan, selama 3 bulan. Terdapat korelasi yang sangat erat antara pemanfaatan Virtual Coordinator Training dengan digitalisasi pendidikan untuk pembelajaran yang akan datang, agar pembelajaran dapat terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien. Copyright © 2019 LPPM - STMIK IKMI CirebonThis is an open access article under the CC-BY license
