Online customer relationship management (CRM) implementation is becoming such terrifying activity for most firms, especially those which are categorized as SME (Small and Medium size Enterprise). Since that SME often lack of technical expertise and they really care for cost spending especially in internet connection cost. However, those barriers actually can be released when its implementation is being done with proper technology that can reduce cost while it will not reduce customer satisfaction in using online CRM. This paper tries to explain online CRM implementation in SME that will break all worries of SME’s management. On the other hand, brief literature review can bring clear explanation for importance of online CRM implementation in many level of industry.

The effectiveness of the production is a must knowledge in a manufacture company, because it is closelylinked to the success level of a company, if effectiveness reaching high level, it will lead to be successful interms of meeting production targets. It is also happened at PT Beiersdorf Indonesia which requires method tomeasure the effectiveness of production in their companies, particularly in Elastoplast production division.PT Beiersdorf Indonesia requires certain method IPC computerized checklist which the system can giveinformation related to the evaluation of the effectiveness of production. Based upon these problems, it is clearlystated that they need to use innovation in Effectiveness Level Measurement Information System Production.This information system is designed to help the all involved employees the process, documenting, and directlycontrols the activity of production. in this study, by creating the new system will help the company to conductan evaluation of the production process.

Lembaga pendidikan segala tingkatan temasuk pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) membutuhkan sistem informasi akademik yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan. Terlebih lembaga PAUD memiliki instrumen dan cara pengajaran serta penilaian yang unik. Perbedaan inilah yang membuat pengembangan sistem informasi akademik pada tingkatan PAUD menjadi jarang dan sulit sekali ditemukan. Hal ini juga yang dialami oleh PAUD Omah Bocah Annaafiâ. Kegiatan akademik yang ada di lembaga ini masih dijalankan manual. Berdasarkan uraian masalah diatas, penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sebuah sistem informasi akademik pada  PAUD Omah Bocah Annaafiâ berbasis web yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kegiatan akademik pada  lembaga tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara kepada kepala sekolah dan pegawai tata usaha. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model pendekatan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle).. Hasil penelitian sistem informasi akademik ini telah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan kegiatan akademik yang ada. Pada proses implementasi lebih lanjut, sistem ini masih dapat dikembangkan dengan menambahkan sistem berbasis mobile.

Penjadwalan merupakan aspek umum dalam suatu perusahaan travel.Â Dalam proses bisnisnya selain pengaturan reservasi pelanggan, pengaturan jadwal beban kerja pada pengemudi juga merupakan faktor yang penting.Â Pada travel komuter (dalam kasus ini dengan jadwal rutin harian) yang masih mengadaptasi sistem penjadwalan manual, akan menimbulkan masalah pada saat pembagian jadwal pengemudi sering tidak berimbang.Â Hal ini akan mengakibatkan beban kerja dan gaji setiap pengemudi juga tidak imbang.Â Selain itu, sering terjadi kesalahan dari operator dalam melakukan proses penjadwalan yang masih manual. Sehingga perlu dibuat solusi berupa sistem penjadwalan pengemudi dengan memanfaatkan algoritma round robin atau sering disebut RR.Â RR adalah algoritma yang dalam prosesnya dapat disela oleh proses lain dan tidak berprioritas karena adanya quantum.Â Hal ini tentu merupakan keunggulan RR dalam kriteria penjadwalan yaitu fairness. Hasil ujicoba algoritma RR telah terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses penjadwalan dan dapat dihandalkan sebagai solusi untuk meingkatkan kinerja operator serta sesuai dengan kriteria penjadwlan yaitu fairness.

The need of integrated data gathering in an institution often become a forgotten problem. However, this requirement should be implemented carefully depending on the institution need. For that reason, there should be a specific information system that will hold whole data in the institution as an integrated data from every department and it also must handle all synchronization process. The most appropriate and fastest solution for this problem is creating a collaborative document management system. First step in this research is analyzing the system requirements and also identifying available resources. And in its implementation, even though technically succeeded, however, it also meets constraint from userâ€™s behavior. As this collaborative document management system already being implemented as web based application, it still need some future development in order to make the system more useful for the institution.

Abstract. Logistics activities have a big role in a company because it is the core of the companyÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s activities. The utilization of e-logistics is essential as it will make the company more efficient. PT. XYZ is one of glass tube manufacturer with the production reaching up to 90,000 units of each day that causes the manufacturer takes a lot of components or raw materials, in which the raw materials required by the company are obtained from many suppliers. The process of procurement of supplies is carried out by the purchase order process. Information in the form of purchase order is submitted to the supplier, where the supplier is a partner of the companies involved in the flow of the materials. Logistic does not stop at booking, but includes the logistics flow of demand information of raw materials, as well as the process and stock storage of finished product and raw materials, and to the point where finished goods are shipped to the consumers. With the application of e-logistics, companies are expected to be able to collect and process the flow of information in the process of getting the raw materials and products in the production process, to create and maintain the cooperation between enterprises and suppliers in inventory control so that the process can be carried out efficiently.Keywords: logistic, supply chain management, e-logisticAbstrak. Kegiatan logistik berperan besar di dalam sebuah perusahaan karena merupakan pusat operasional dari perusahaan. Pemanfaatan e-logistik sangat berguna, karena akan membuat perusahaan semakin efisien. Demikian pula halnya pada PT. XYZ salah satu perusahaan glasstube dengan produksi mencapai 90.000 satuan setiap harinya di mana pembuatan glasstube membutuhkan banyak komponen/ bahan baku, di mana bahan baku yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan didapatkan dari banyak supplier dan perusahaan pemasok lain. Informasi berupa order pembelian akan disampaikan kepada supplier, di mana supplier merupakan mitra perusahaan yang terlibat dalam aliran material. Tidak hanya berhenti pada proses pemesanan, namun logistik juga meliputi aliran informasi permintaan bahan baku, serta proses penyimpanan stok produk jadi maupun bahan baku, hingga barang jadi dikirimkan kepada konsumen. Dengan penerapan e-logistik diharapkan perusahaan mampu memproses aliran informasi dalam proses pemenuhan bahan baku dan produk dalam proses produksinya, membentuk kerjasama antara perusahaan dan supplier dalam pengendalian persediaan sehingga proses tersebut dapat dilakukan secara efisien.Kata Kunci:logistik, supply chain management, e-logistik

Teaching learning process in laboratory is obligatory in engineering education especially for course in information technology (IT). To make laboratory activities become more interesting for the students, lecturers must build application-based exercise for the student, but after students accomplished their short exercise, it is found that lecturers got difficulty to compile and grade all the exercises. This paper is based on the idea how to overcome the problem above, in order to make activities in the laboratory comfortable for both lectures and student. It is expected that the lectures will able to fully control all practical activity and save the time automatically. To make approach to solve the problem in IT, a modeling process must be conducted first. There for, firstly, this paper explain the model approach for the problem above, then the IT design for practices in laboratory is described. The IT design to overcome the problem has been effectively applied in the real teaching learning process.
