Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru mengukur nilai percaya diri, mengetahui bentuk instrumen pengukuran nilai percaya diri, dan mengetahui kecenderungan nilai percaya diri siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan sampel penelitian siswa kelas VII SMP. Teknik wawancara dan observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru mengukur nilai percaya diri. Prosedur pengembangan instrumen yakni: model hipotetis; validasi ahli menggunakan teknik Delphi; revisi I; uji keterbacaan; revisi II; uji coba agak luas; revisi III; uji coba luas; instrumen final;dan implementasi instrumen final. Analisisnya yang dilakukan meliputi: validitas butir menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment; uji reliabilitas menggunakan formula Cronbach Alpha; validitas isi;  validitas konkuren; dan validitas konstruk menggunakan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian: guru menggunakan jurnal  dalam  melakukan  pengukuran  nilai  percaya  diri  siswa, instrumen nilai percaya diri valid dan reliabel dengan 5 indikator memuat 37 butir pernyataan terdiri atas 19 butir valensi dan 18 butir faktual, dan kecenderungan nilai percaya diri siswa SMP Negeri 1 Bantul dalam kategori tinggi. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine how the teachers measure the value of self-confidence, the form of the self-confidence value measuring instruments, and the tendency of students’ self-confidence value. The type of this research was research and development with VII grade students as the research sample. Interview and observation techniques were used to know how the teachers measure the self-confidence value. The instrument development procedures were: hypothetical models; expert judgement using the Delphi technique; revision I; legibility trial; revision II; more trial; revision III; comprehensive trial; final instrument; implementation of the final instrument. The analysis involves the validity of items using product-moment correlation analysis; reliability test using Cronbach Alpha formula; content validity; concurrent validity; and construct validity using factor analysis. The results of this research showed that teachers used journals in measuring of students' self-confidence value, instruments of self-confidence of valid and reliable with 5 indicators containing 37 items of statements, consisting of 19 valence items and 18 factual items, and the trends in students' self-confidence values of SMP N 1 Bantul related to mathematics subjects were in the high category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian meliputi: (1) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya  kontribusi kemampuan mengajar guru, motivasi dan kedisiplinan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK. (2) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontribusi kemampuan mengajar guru secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK. 3) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontribusi motivasi belajar secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK; (4) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontribusi kedisiplinanan belajar secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo. Populasi penelitian ini 122 siswa dengan sampel 90 siswa SMK. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kemampuan mengajar guru, kedisiplinan siswa dan motivasi belajar siswa berkontribusi positif yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (2) Kemampuan mengajar guru berkontribusi positif yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (3) Kedisiplinan siswa berkontribusi positif secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (4) Motivasi belajar siswa berkontribusi positif secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Contribution of teachers' ability, learning discipline, and learning motivation to mathematics learning achievement AbstractThe research objectives include: (1) To determine whether there is a contribution of teacher’s teaching abilities, students’ discipline, and learning motivation towards mathematics learning achievement (2) To find out whether there is a contribution of teacher teaching abilities partially to the mathematics learning achievement 3) To determine whether there is a partial’s contribution of learning motivation to mathematics learning achievement (4) To find out whether or not there is a contribution of students' discipline partially towards mathematics learning achievement. This research is quantitative research. The variables in this research were teacher’s teaching abilities, students’ discipline, learning motivation and learning achievement in mathematics. The research was conducted at YPE Sawunggalih Vocational School, Kutoarjo District. The population of this research was 122 students with a sample of 90 students. Data  collection methods used were documentation and questionnaires. Analysis prerequisite test using normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate: (1) The teacher’s teaching abilities, students’ discipline and learning motivation contribute significantly positive together to students’ learning achievement. (2) The teacher’s teaching abilities contributes significantly partial and positive to student learning achievement.  (3) Students’ discipline contributes partially positive to student learning achievement. (4) The learning motivation contributes partially positive to student learning achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program Praktik Kerja Lapangan di SMK Taman Karya Madya Pertambangan Kebumen yang meliputi kesiapan, pelaksanaan dan manfaat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi program menggunakan model CIPP (Contex, Input, Process dan Product). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Taman Karya Madya Pertambangan Kebumen Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Program Studi Teknik Ototronik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) secara umum pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan di SMK Taman Karya Madya Pertambangan Kebumen berjalan sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis dan pelaksanaan, (2) evaluasi konteks aspek kualitas awal siswa sangat sesuai, aspek pelaksanaan sesuai dengan kebijakan dan tujuan program yang ditetapkan, aspek kesiapan pengelolaan sangat berhasil.(3) secara input upaya peningkatan kompetensi siswa berhasil,upaya peningkatan kesiapan pengelolaan sangat berhasil dan upaya peningkatan kesiapan kompetensi guru berhasil, (3) evaluasi proses disimpulkan faktor penghambat Praktik Kerja Lapangan tidak sesuai, faktor pendukung yang berupa sarana prasarana sekolah, instruktur, guru pembimbing sangat mendukung, pelaksanaan penilaian sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian yang ditentukan, (4) evaluasi produk aspek kualitas siswa setelah melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Lapangan meningkat, manfaat program Praktik Kerja Lapangan sangat sesuai dengan tujuan. The practising evaluation of on job training in vocation high school AbstractThe Research program aims to evaluate The Practicing on Job Training Program in Vocation High School (SMK) of Taman Karya Madya Pertambangan Kebumen consist of preparation, realization and benefit of The kind of research of evaluation program use the CIPP models (Context, Input, Process and Product). The research is done in Vocation High School (SMK) of Taman Karya Madya Pertambangan Kebumen. The research subject is student XI electronic engineering program. Collecting data with the observation method, interview and documentation. Based of the research end can be concluded that (1) in general processing of Job Training in Vocation High School (SMK) of Taman Karya Madya PertambanganKebumen can be done smoothly, full of instruments and the benefit generated is appropriate, (2) context evaluation for the first quality of the students are very supported to join on the job training the realization of Job Training is very suitable with the wisdom and the aim on the Job Training which is settled in Vocational High School (SMK) of Taman Karya Madya Pertambangan, aspect of processing preparation on the Job Training is very succeeded(3) input evaluation the reach of competence student is high, the reach of processing preparation is high, and the preparation of teacher competency is succeeded, (4) produce evaluation can be concluded that quality aspect of students after taking on The Job training, the student competence is higher, the benefit of on the job training is appropriate.

Abstract

Soal tes sebagai tolak ukur kemampuan berpikir peserta didik sudah mencerminkan HOTS sesuai Kurikulum 2013 yang berlaku di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai soal tes matematika kelas 4 dan sudut pandang mengenai soal tes matematika berstandar HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) dengan indikator menganalisis (C4), mengevaluasi (C5), dan mencipta (C6). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah soal tes ulangan harian, soal tes ulangan tengah semester, dan soal tes akhir semester. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif jenis analisis isi atau content analysis. Hasil penelitian analisis soal Higher Order Thinking Skills pada soal tes matematika kelas 4 menunjukan soal tes matematika dengan ranah HOTS pada dua puluh butir soal. Dari dua puluh butir soal yang menunjukan soal dengan ranah HOTS meliputi indikator menganalisis (C4) dan mengevaluasi (C5), sedangkan indikator mencipta (C6) tidak terdapat dalam butir soal tes matematika kelas 4 tersebut. Sisa butir soal yaitu sebanyak sembilan puluh sembilan butir merupakan soal dengan ranah Lower Order Thinking Skills dengan indikator  mengingat (C1), memahami (C2), dan menerapkan (C3). Soal tes matematika terdiri dari empat puluh delapan soal tes pilihan ganda dan tujuh puluh satu soal uraian. Analysis of higher-order thinking skills in mathematics test class IV in elementary school AbstractThe test questions as a benchmark of students' thinking ability already reflect HOTS according to the 2013 Curriculum in school. This study aims to find out more about 4th-grade math test questions and point of view regarding HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) standard math test questions with indicators analyzing (C4), evaluating (C5), and creating (C6). This research is a qualitative study with the type of research is descriptive. The subjects of this study were daily test questions, midterm tests, and end of semester test questions. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive qualitative type of content analysis. The results of the analysis of Higher Order Thinking Skills in the 4th-grade mathematics test questions show the mathematics test questions with the HOTS realm on twenty items. Of the twenty items that show questions with the HOTS realm include indicators analyzing (C4) and evaluating (C5), while creating indicators (C6) are not found in the 4th-grade math test items. The remaining ninety-nine items are questions with the Lower Order Thinking Skills domain with indicators remembering (C1), understanding (C2), and applying (C3). Mathematical test questions consist of forty-eight multiple-choice test questions and seventy-one description questions.
