Abstract

In human society life is always related to each other, in Islam it is recommended to help each other help in kindness and lighten the burden of others usually in the form of gifts or loans accompanied by collateral (mortgage / rahn). Pawn or rahn is a contract carried out by someone who wants to owe someone else, and he makes his property (in the form of immovable or movable goods) in his power, as collateral for debt until he repays his debt. The rights and obligations of the parties in a mortgage or rahn include: the pawn recipient has the right to sell marhun if rahin cannot fulfill his obligations at maturity, the pledge giver (rahin) has the right to return the mortgaged property after he repays his debt loan. In the pledge the pledge recipient has the right to control the object that was pawned to him as long as the pawning debt has not been paid off, but he has no right to use the pledge object without the permission of the owner. because in a mortgage that moves only the goods, the ownership status of the item does not move until maturity.

Abstract

Political events can generate positive or negative sentiments towards investors that will affect the investment climate in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the difference in the composite stock price index (IHSG) between before and after domestic political events, namely the general election of president and vice president in 2009, 2014, 2019. This study uses composite share price index data at the time daily closure with a window period of twenty-six before and after general elections in 2009, twenty-five before and after general elections in 2014, and twenty-three before and after general elections in 2019. Data analysis techniques use paired sample t- test. The results did not differ the impact of the presidential election on economic turmoil in the 3 presidential elections against the JCI volatility. This is because the market reaction will tend to wait and see certainty from selected leaders later with policies that are able to influence the economy towards a better direction.

Abstract

Criminal decisions sourced from positive law which regulate the prohibition of gratification have been mainstream on our people’s ears, at least there are 30 types of corruption according to the laws of Indonesia, which are basically grouped into seven, are: 1) state financial losses, 2) bribe, 3) embezzlement of office funds, 4) racketeering, 5) manipulation, 6) conflict of interest in procurement, and 7) gratification. As we know that gratification (risywah) is like a virus that infects every people, especially the stakeholders in this country. At least it is caused bythe weakness of the moral foundation, dishonest, the amount of temptation in the form of material, moreover if it is related with a government system that still has a gap to do it. Related with the points above, this study tries to present the arguments (legal reasons and provisions) from Islamic law viewpoints, then analyzes about authenticity of the meaning of the hadith about the prohibition of gratification more deeply. The procedure for presenting this study begins with analyzing the sanad tree, which is the connection of the sanad and the symbol of the transmission that used by the narrator then the narrator's biography and comments on the sanad. Abstract

BMT is microfinance institution with sharia principles, BMT ia present in giving a sudden spotlight on the welfare of small communities such as BMT Asyiffa, but BMT Asyiffa is curently giving disapointment to members and custumers and trust in welfare matters is lost because the BMT is liquidate. And from the consequences of liquidation, it requeres a protection for BMT customers. To avoid this caos, we can see that the protection of BMT can be seen based on LOw No. 1 of 2013 and Cooperative Law No. 25 of 1992 and we can analyze it with a Consumer Protection Act No. 8 of 1999 which can provide an answer to the unrest of the problem. which is very disturbing to the community. In this case we can see that the problem that is quite urgent is where the inability of a microfinance intitution can be seen from the human resources in managing a financial institution that is not relevant to the provisions that should, and the gap between legal knowlage they have not been able to overcome various problems exist because they only run a BMT with basic capabilities without seeing a risk in front of them.

Abstract

Dampak Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Harga Karet di desa Terbanggi Mulya Kecamatan Bandar Mataram, dikarenakan lebih dari 40% penduduk Bandar Mataram menggantungkan hidupnya dari komoditas karet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi ekonomi petani karet di Bandar Mataram karena rendahnya harga karet. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan di Bandar Mataram pada tahun 2019. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan mengambil sampel petani karet yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa turunnya harga karet saat ini telah memberikan dampak yang mengakibatkan turunnya pendapatan petani per bulan, serta pengalihan sumber penghasilan petani kepada sumber penghasilan selain usaha tani karet. Bahkan telah terjadi pengalihan fungsi lahan dari usaha tani karet ke tanaman lain yang dinilai petani lebih prospektif. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya-upaya agar bisa bertahan dalam kondisi harga karet yang rendah saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang nasabah pembiayaan yang berpindah dari nasabah bank Konvensional menjadi nasabah BMT yang ada di wilayah kecamatan Pucakwangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriftif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat (nasabah) pembiayaan yang berpindah dari bank Konvensional menjadi nasabah BMT yang ada di kecamatan Pucakwangi Pati. Teknik Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik uji keabsahan data dengan model triangulasi. Teknik analisis data, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya faktor internal dan faktor ketidakpuasan konsumen (nasabah) yang menyebabkan terjadinya perpindahan dari bank Konvensional ke BMT. Dari kedua faktor tersebut faktor internal yang paling besar mempengaruhi perpindahan nasabah contohnya seperti faktor agama yang menurut agama Islam megharamkan adanya riba yang ada di bank konvensional.

Abstract

Abstrak Pajak dan retribusi parkir sebagai salah satu pendapatan PAD suatu daerah sebagai program daerah yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah. Munculnya target tersebut tidak terlepas dengan adanya konsep bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah mencerminkan kemandirian dalam pengelolaan anggran APBD suatu daerah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat kontribusi pajak dan retribusi parkir terhadap PAD di kota Bandar Lampung periode 2014-2018 serta mengetahui pengaruh pajak dan retribusi parkir terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dalam prespektif ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder tahun 2014-2018. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data di penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka, dokumentasi, serta wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasikan Kontribusi pajak dan retribusi parkir terhadap PAD Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2014-2018 sangat kurang dengan rasio kontribusi rata-rata persentase 1,67% untuk Pajak Parkir dan 1,03% untuk Retribusi Parkir. Dalam Ekonomi Islam pajak parkir dan retribusi parkir dapat dialokasikan sesuai dengan prinsip Islam sesuai dengan prinsip syariah yaitu keadilan, tanggungjawab serta transparasi sehingga kontribusi yang didapatkan mencapai sebuah tujuan yang berdasarkan apa yang direncanakan dan apa yang diharapkan untuk kemaslahatan bersama.

Abstract

Online Shop Nina's Cake is one of the online cake shop that has four years of pioneering early marketing in the year 2012 only use BBM and facebook. And now more focus on Instagram as a means of online communication that its marketing every year increases and also annoyance increases every year. This study aims to determine the effect of annoyance in the use of social media on brand awareness and purchase intention of consumers study online cake shop Nina's Cake on Instagram. Data analysis technique used is path analysis which at significance level 5% by using questioner as primary data. The study population was the customer of Nina's Cake user in Instragram. Of the population were sampled 100 people. The results showed that annoyance significantly influenced brand awareness by 61.8%. While the annoyance on consumer purchase intention by 30,9% and brand awareness on consumer purchase intention significantly equal to 41,7%

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kesesuaian Timbangan dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Studi pada pejual Beras di Pasar Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah pendekatan sosiologi dan ekonomi Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Observasi, Wawancara , dan dokumentasi. Teknik Pengelolaan dan Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Reduksi data, Penyajian Data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan atau Verifikasi. hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktek kesesuaian timbangan penjual beras di Pasar Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa masih belum sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam yaitu prinsip nubuwah yang memegang teguh sifat shiddiq (kejujuran) . Ketidak sesuaian ini disebabkan karena beberapa hal yaitu dari timbangan yang digunakan sudah tidak layak misalnya per timbangan yang sudah tidak berfungsi normal, atau mengalami kerusakan lainnya, selain karena itu ketidaksesusian ini juga disebabkan karena perilaku penjual beras itu sendiri yang memang dengan sengaja melakukan ketidaksesuaian timbangan karena ingin mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih banyak. Kata Kunci: Timbangan, Ekonomi Islam, Pedagang Beras

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain information on the management of entrepreneurial leadership competency, the obstacles in the management of entrepreneurial leadership, and solutions to overcome barriers of entrepreneurial leadership management of the leader at Sanggung, Gatak, Sukoharjo in 2016. This research approach used qualitative research. This research was conducted at Sanggung village in April until June 2016. Subject of this research was the leader of Sanggung village, while the informants were Secretary, Head of Government Affairs, Head of Public Welfare Affairs, BPD, Public Figure, and BKM. Technique of collecting data used interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model.The results of the research are: 1) the leader of Sanggung in conducting leadership management of entrepreneurship competency is shown by village building program of entrepreneurship-oriented. This program is described in short-term and middle-term planning. Leadership management of entrepreneurial competency has the following stages: planning of work program, organizing, implementing, facilitating, and monitoring of evaluation. 2) there are several obstacles in the leader of Sanggung in conducting leadership management of entrepreneurship competencyincluding: a) lack of expert, b) limited entrepreneurship education and training for the community, the budget for the implementation of education and training for entrepreneurship is also very minimal; c) generally, the society depends on working capital, entrepreneurship defined by the amount of working capital is not the spirit to work to face the challenges in producing products according to market needs. 3) There are three solutions that have been programmed by the leader, there are: a) cooperation with entrepreneurial experts so that the logical consequence is reachable. Recently, the regional government represented by the leader is approaching to bridge cooperation with entrepreneurial expert; b) mapping instructor in accordance with the priorities of education and training materials; c) continuous motivation given to the public to do the entrepreneurial spirit, to get ready to face the challenge, and to meet the needs of the market.
