Abstract

Agro-tourism Green House Lezatta in Agam Regency is known as flower gardens and dollhouses attractions. Based on the observations, tourist attraction has 765 m2, tourist visit rate 600 to 1000 people in the high season, and 500 to 600 people in the low season. The purpose of this study was to determine capacity capability in the physical environment of the Green House Lezatta, whether the quality of the physical environment of a tourist attraction can affect the satisfaction and comfort of tourists visiting. The method used is descriptive quantitative, to assess the maximum capacity of the Green House Lezatta tourist attraction, used the Cifuentes Physical Carrying Capacity (PCC) method. Data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 91 respondents, with the sampling technique using random sampling. The results found carrying capacity of Green House Lezatta's physical environment was not following the standards of a tourist attraction because the number of tourists visiting had exceeded the existing land capacity. In the satisfaction variable, the results showed 49.5% of tourists said not satisfied with the condition of tourist attraction because the atmosphere was uncomfortable and narrow. Recommend to conduct the review of the design of a tourist site following tourism standards for future development.

Abstract

Consumer protection is any effort that ensures legal certainty to protect consumers. The legal basis that regulates consumer protection in Indonesia is Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The method used in this research is normative legal research, using a statutory approach. According to Article 45 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, it is emphasized that every consumer who is injured can sue business actors through an institution that is tasked with resolving disputes between consumers and business actors or through courts within the general court. In order to resolve consumer disputes outside the court, the government is mandated to establish a Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency. In handling and resolving consumer disputes, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency forms an assembly consisting of at least 3 (three) members representing elements of government, elements of consumers, and elements of business actors. According to Article 54 Paragraph (3) of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, it is confirmed that the decision of the assembly formed by the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency is final and binding. Settlement of disputes through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency doesn’t eliminate criminal responsibility so that the decision of the assembly formed by the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency is sufficient initial evidence for investigators to carry out investigations.

Abstract

In criminal law there is no penalty if there is no wrongdoing, this basis is about the accountability of a person for the actions he has done. Therefore, in criminal law there are exceptions to such criminal liability, for example contained in Articles 48, 49, 50 and so forth. In addition, there are burdensome things that will be imposed on the accused for crimes committed, such as samenloop, recidive and so on. In the Muaro Sijunjung District Court there is one case concerning a combination of criminal acts, namely theft crimes accompanied by violence and moreover this theft is carried out among families (theft in the family). In this case the judge has decided the prison sentence for 6 (six) Years. But according to the analysis of the author there is no sense of justice for the victim because this perpetrator is the husband of the victim's child so that there is no deterrent effect for the perpetrator, the reason that there is no more theft in this family because no matter how small the crime committed by a person must be taken action in order to obtain justice and legal certainty. In principle, judges have the freedom to determine the measure of punishment to be imposed on the perpetrators of crimes, as long as it does not exceed the maximum provisions specified in the Criminal Code. Abstract

At the end of 2015 the Asean Economic Community agreement came into effect which means that there will be a single ASEAN market and production base that has five basic elements, namely a) free flow of goods, b) free flow of services services), c) free flow of investment, d) free flow of capital, and e) free flow of skilled labor. In addition to the five basic elements, the single market and production base must also contain two important components, namely priority integration sectors (PIS) and the development of the food, agriculture and forestry sectors. In terms of the free flow of labor, not all workers can compete, the ASEAN economic community limits only to skilled workers. Through the 2015 ASEAN economic community, there will be job opportunities throughout ASEAN. Job seekers can easily enter and exit from one country to another without any obstacles from the recipient country. However, the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint limits only to skilled labor and there is no discussion about unskilled labor. In an effort to support the transfer of skilled workers, all ASEAN member countries signed an MRA (Mutual Recognition Arrangement) on November 19, 2007 consisting of 8 MRAs, including engineering services, architectural services, nurse services ( nursing services), medical practitioners, dental practitioners, accountants services, surveying services, and tourism professionals. Abstract

Human resources have a major role in every company activity without the support of reliable human resources, the company's activities will not be completed properly. This study aims to determine how much reward, punishment and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Pelindo II (company) Teluk Bayur Padang branch using data collection methods through surveys and distributing questionnaires to 91 respondents. There are 91 questionnaires distributed and 78 which can be processed. The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis obtained the following equation y = 3.433 +0.224X1 + 0.714X2 - 0.017X3 + e. Abstract

The birth of Act No 5 Year 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practises and Unfair Business deliver its own message to the government to establish regulation regarding mergers as contained in Article 29 Paragraph (3) and Article 29 Paragraph (2). Growing competition between business entities in the market resulted in the business-strategy competing to find new strategies to keep their business running well. One of them with merger. The government set up Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010 regarding the Merger or Consolidation of Business and Acquisition Agency Shares which may Result in Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. With the aim that the implementation of the merger has clear rules and legal certainty in the implementation of the merger. Based on this, the authors want to try to raise issues about how the Commission’s position in the event of a merger and how the implementation of the merger based on Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010. In writing this thesis, the author uses research methods to the nature of juridical normative in descriptive research, and data obtained from the research literature which is then processed by way of editing ang to analysis with analiysis of qualitative. Techniques of data collection in done by the study of documents. From the result of research conducted in can be concluded that the Commission has a very important position because it was believed by the Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010 as an institution that became the backbone, enforcement and oversight of merger. As for the implementation of the merger is done by the company’s internal preparation to meet the requirements of the merger, and after they met, then proceed with the impelementation phase of the merger according to Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010 regarding the plan of merger must be notified to the Commission and Business can also do consulting on a voluntary basis to the Commission.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kinerja pegawai pada Dinas-Dinas Perangkat Daerah Kota Pariaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman. 2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman. 3) untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan  metode  kuantitatif  asosiatif, dengan  variabel  independent yaitu variabel kecerdasan emosional (X1), kompensasi (X2), dan variabel dependent yaitu kinerja pegawai (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman yang berjumlah 740 orang. Sampel diperoleh melalui penggunaan rumus slovin, dengan standar error 5%, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 262 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan teknik propotinal random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman, 2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman, 3) terdapat pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional dan kompensasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota. Sehingga dapat disarankan 1) secara menyeluruh kecerdasan emosional pegawai dikategorikan cukup baik diharapkan kedepan perlu perbaikan terhadap mengenali emosi diri, mengelola emosi, memotivasi diri, mengenal emosi orang lain, empati dan penyadaran diri agar kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih baik lagi, 2) secara menyeluruh kompensasi pegawai dkategorikan cukup baik diharapkan kedepan perlu perbaikan lagi terutama pada insentif dan fasilitas, agar kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih baik lagi, 3) secara umum kinerja pegawai pada Dinas-Dinas perangkat Daerah Kota Pariaman dalam kategori cukup baik, perlu peningkatan secara menyeluruh disamping meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional dan kompensasi juga perlu membuat standar yang efektif, menentukan target kerja serta mengawasi pegawai dalam melakukan pekerjaan.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the contribution of placement to employee work motivation at the Padang City Education Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method of ex post facto research that will describe the contribution of placement to employee motivation at the Padang City Education Office. This population involved 51 samples from a total population of 121 people, with a stratified proportional random sampling technique with education level and years of service. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, and analyzed by statistical correlation and regression techniques. The results of data processing and analysis showed that the placement of employees contributed significantly (15%) to the work motivation of administrative employees. And it can be concluded that the placement of employees affects the work motivation of the Padang City Education Office employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kegiatan pelatihan bagi karyawan pada saat pandemi covid 19 dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif melalui wawancara terhadap tiga orang informan selaku Human Resource Manager. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan karyawan tetap harus jalan meski dalam kondisi pandemi virus corona agar produktivitas kerja karyawan tetap terjaga, pelatihan karyawan dapat dilakukan secara online, baik untuk kegiatan internal perusahaan, maupun kegiatan eksternal perusahaan, pelatihan karyawan juga dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan dengan membangun portal e-learning
