Abstract

A study on the effect of ozone concentration on the microbial contamination on the bottled drinking water has been done. The objective was to get the optimum concentration of ozone in disinfection in the bottled drinking water production. The treatment was concentrating ozone in mixing tank 0.1 ppm; 0.2 ppm; 0.3 ppm; 0.4 ppm; 0.5 ppm and 0.6 ppm. Experiment were done for two bottled drinking water producers in Palembang, and Bengkulu. Treated Samples were sent to accredited laboratory to be tested for Total plate count, coliform and salmonella by using SNI 01-2897-1992 test method for microbiological contamination.Test results showed that drinking water which were treated with ozone concentration below 0.3 ppm still contain Total plate count more than 102 CFU,while those were treated with ozone concentration 0.3 ppm and more comply to requirement for Total plate count according to SNI 01-3551-2006 (Indonesia National Standard for bottled drinking water) for line production where the Total Plate count less than 100 CFU. All untreated samples do not contain salmonella. Test result for Coliform showed that all treated samples have coliform less then 2 colonies. This mean that all treated samples comply to the requirement of to SNI 03-3551-2006 (Indonesia National Standard for bottled drinking water) for Coliform and salmonella.Keywords: The bottled drinking water, ozone, SK 705/MPP/Kep/2003, disinfection AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi ozon yang optimum pada proses disinfeksi air minum dalam kemasan. Percobaan dilakukan pada dua pabrik air minum dalam kemasan di Palembang dan Bengkulu. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah konsentrasi ozon pada tangki pencampur masing masing 0,1 ppm; 0,2 ppm; 0,3 ppm; 0,4 ppm; 0,5 ppm dan 0,6 ppm. Terhadap contoh hasil perlakuan dilakukan pengujian Angka Lempeng Total (ALT), coliform dan Salmonella menggunakan SNI 01-2897-1992 cara Uji Mikroba pada laboratorium terakreditasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa air minum dalam kemasan hasil perlakuan dengan kadar ozon kurang dari 0,3 ppm masih mengandung ALT lebih dari 100 CFU. Sedangkan air minum dalam kemasan hasil perlakuan dengan kadar ozon 0,3 ppm atau lebih memenuhi persyaratan ALT menurut SNI 01-3553-2006 untuk lini produksi, dimana ALT <100 CFU. Semua contoh air baku tidak mengandung Salmonella. Hasil pengujian terhadap Coliform menunjukkan bahwa semua contoh hasil perlakuan mengandung coliform < 2 koloni. Ini berarti bahwa semua contoh hasil perlakuan memenuhi persyaratan SNI 01-3553-2006 untuk coliform dan salmonella.Kata Kunci: Air Minum Dalam Kemasan, Ozon, SK 705/MPP/Kep/2003, Disinfeksi

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengaruh modifikasi proses terhadap kualitas sensoris kue hasil modifikasi. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah suhu pengukusan yang teridiri dari 105 oC, 110 oC, dan 115 oC dan waktu pengukusan yang terdiri dari 3 jam dan 4 jam. Evaluasi sensoris dilakukan oleh 30 orang panelis terlatih menggunakan kue delapan jam tradisonal sebagai kontrol. Data diolah menggunakan uji Friedman’s. Hasil uji sensoris menunjukkan bahwa moistness, kepadatan, tekstur, warna, rasa, dan aroma Kue Delapan Jam hasil modifikasi berbeda tidak nyata dengan kontrol, sedangkan kenampakan semua kue hasil modifikasi berbeda nyata dengan kontrol. Kualitas sensoris kue yang dikukus pada suhu 105 oC dan 110 oC selama 4 jam, dan yang dikukus pada suhu 115 oC selama 3 jam berbeda tidak nyata dengan kontrol. Modifikasi proses melalui peningkatan suhu pengukusan mampu mempercepat reaksi Maillard dan pembentukan senyawa flavor yang meningkatkan kualitas sensoris kue hasil modifikasi.

Abstract

Guaranteed press freedom in Indonesia is mentioned in the constitution, which states that independence expresses thoughts and opinions (HAM) in Indonesia guaranteed in Article 28 which states that freedom of association and assembly issues thoughts with oral and written and so forth stipulated by law. Article 28 F states that everyone has the right to communicate and obtain information to develop their personal and social environment, and has the right to seek, obtain, possess, store, process and convey information using all types of available channels. The freedom of the press that occurred in the reform era was structural freedom along with the change in the system of government. The change in the system of government, is more or less influenced by the flow of globalization, so that the Indonesian press in this era tended to adhere to Libertarianism.

Abstract

The development of coconut as one of the prime commodities in Central Kalimantan is required to contribute national export needs. The results of analysis and evaluation of landsuitability indicated that at regional level of Central Kalimantan, the land suitability class for coconut is class S3 (marginally suitable). The main limiting factors found in wetland typology include presence of peat, drainage, nutrient availability and soil acidity. Whereas on dry land is soil acidity, slope and nutrient availability. The results of further spatial analysis explain that the potential areas for the coconut commodity development in Central Kalimantan is 3,499,712 Ha or 22.65% of the total areas. Spatially, the potential of development areas are spread within almost every district. There are 2 areasthat is not designated for coconut development, namely the city of Palangka Raya and Murung Raya regency due to limiting factors existence such as sandy soil type and steep slope (> 30%). Regional development strategies for coconut commodities can then beallocated to areas that have abandoned land areas. While at areas surrounding by settlements, they can be implemented by the use intercropping farming systems at the age of coconut growth for less than 3 years n order to optimize the land resources and climate productivity while at the same time increasing the income.

Abstract

Marriage is a marriage bond (contract) carried out in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law and teachings. Meanwhile, marriage is a marriage ceremony that is identified with the consent and kabul process. Literally, marriage is a sacred bond and is carried out by a combination of religious and state regulations. In order for the marriage bond to have legal certainty administratively, the marriage has been regulated in law. With the enactment of these rules, marriages that are not in accordance with the law cause their own problems in society. Especially about unregistered marriages and early marriage or marriages by minors.

Abstract

Procurement of goods and services is not only limited to the selection of project partners with the purchasing department or the official two-party agreement, but covers the entire process from the start of planning, preparation, licensing, determination of tender winners to the implementation and administrative processes in procurement of goods, work or services such as technical consulting services, financial consulting services, legal consulting services or other services. Article 33 Paragraph (4) of the 1945 Constitution states: "The national economy is organized based on economic democracy with the principle of togetherness, efficiency, justice, sustainability, environmental insight, independence, and by maintaining a balance of national progress and unity." It is clear in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution that economic democracy is thought, where democracy has a characteristic that the manifestation process is realized by all members of the community for the benefit of the whole community, and must serve the welfare of all people. To prevent corruption in the service sector, the Presidential Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2010 concerning Procurement of Government Goods / Services was issued. The Perpres should be carried out in accordance and in line with the mandate of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution. The principles of PBJP are governed based on the principles of economic democracy, in order to realize national independence, improve the country's financial efficiency, maintain the balance and unity of the national economy. Abstract

The birth of Act No 5 Year 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practises and Unfair Business deliver its own message to the government to establish regulation regarding mergers as contained in Article 29 Paragraph (3) and Article 29 Paragraph (2). Growing competition between business entities in the market resulted in the business-strategy competing to find new strategies to keep their business running well. One of them with merger. The government set up Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010 regarding the Merger or Consolidation of Business and Acquisition Agency Shares which may Result in Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. With the aim that the implementation of the merger has clear rules and legal certainty in the implementation of the merger. Based on this, the authors want to try to raise issues about how the Commission’s position in the event of a merger and how the implementation of the merger based on Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010. In writing this thesis, the author uses research methods to the nature of juridical normative in descriptive research, and data obtained from the research literature which is then processed by way of editing ang to analysis with analiysis of qualitative. Techniques of data collection in done by the study of documents. From the result of research conducted in can be concluded that the Commission has a very important position because it was believed by the Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010 as an institution that became the backbone, enforcement and oversight of merger. As for the implementation of the merger is done by the company’s internal preparation to meet the requirements of the merger, and after they met, then proceed with the impelementation phase of the merger according to Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010 regarding the plan of merger must be notified to the Commission and Business can also do consulting on a voluntary basis to the Commission.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi implementasi SAK EMKM pada UMKM di Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket/kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM yang telah terdaftar di kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Bengkulu dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan ketentuan UMKM yang telah menyusun laporan keuangan baik secara sederhana atau sesuai dengan SAK EMKM, sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 responden. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa software SPSS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas SDM, skala usaha dan lamanya usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap implementasi SAK EMKM pada UMKM di Kota Bengkulu sedangkan sosialisasi SAK EMKM dan tingkat pendidikan tidak terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap implementasi SAK EMKM pada UMKM di Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Consumer protection regarding safe and healthy food products is a significant challenge in Indonesia, especially concerning the use of harmful substances on vegetable crops. Local farmers often use pesticides and other chemicals in an uncontrolled manner, leaving dangerous residues on food products that eventually enter the market. The lack of supervision and information about food quality makes consumers vulnerable to health risks. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Law No. 18 of 2012 concerning Food in addressing the issue of harmful substances in food products and protecting consumers. The research method used is descriptive-analytical, examining the implementation of Law No. 18 of 2012 in the supervision and regulation of harmful substances in food. The study identifies challenges and shortcomings in the implementation of the law, as well as its impact on food safety and consumer health. The findings indicate that although Law No. 18 of 2012 provides a comprehensive regulatory framework, there are various obstacles in its implementation, including inadequate supervision, lack of law enforcement, and minimal consumer education.Keywords: Food, Harmful Substances, Consumer Protection

Abstract

Jual beli merupakan suatu persetujuan, dengan mana pihak yang satu mengikatkan dirinya untuk menyerahkan suatu kebendaan, dan pihak yang lain untuk membayar harga yang telah dijanjikan. Melakukan jual beli atas barang milik orang lain berakibat batal dan pembeli dapat menuntut penggantian biaya serta kerugian melalui gugatan ke pengadilan yang berwenang. Untuk itu penting bagi pembeli mengecek apakah barang yang akan dibeli merupakan milik penjual atau milik orang lain. Penjual dan pembeli dalam melaksanakan prestasi bertujuan untuk memindahkan hak milik benda dari tangan penjual kepada pembeli dengan kewajiban menyerahkan benda tersebut serta kewajiban menanggung. Sedangkan kewajiban pembeli harus melakukan pembayaran yang telah dijanjikan dengan cara menyerahkan benda agar tidak menimbulkan akibat hukum secara perdata.Kata kunci : Akibat Hukum, Benda, Undang-Undang, Hukum Perdata
