Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze investment modalities, private investment and industrial businesses on the variable employment in Merauke Regency. Secondary data as the main data obtained from various sources had been conducted in Merauke Regency from 2013-2018. This type of research uses quantitative research that discusses hypotheses and explains the causal relationship between variables (explanatory research) between the effects of variables, namely exogenous variables to endogenous variables. Data analysis techniques from 2013-2018 as a time series (time series). Multiple linear regression with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) using the SPSS program. The results showed that the partial capital expenditure is negative and not significant to the labor absorption, for the investment value and positive and significant business units for the labor absorption in Merauke Regency. While the variable capital expenditure, investment value and business units are positive and significant to the labor absorption in Merauke Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of labor force participation in Merauke Regency by gender. The type of data in this study is data obtained from the statistical center of Merauke district with the period of 2017-2018. The method used in this study is the method of data processing using coding or data (coding) and editing. While the analysis of labor force participation rates uses the formula of labor force participation rate (TPAK). The results of this study were obtained, the level of labor force participation by sex in Merauke Regency was dominated by male workers, where the rate of male labor force participation in 2017 was 81.69%, while for women it was 43.92%. Whereas for 2018 TPAK for men was 82.53% and for Women was 55.48%. Keywords: Participation in Work Force

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas bantuan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan di Distrik Naukenjerai Kabupaten Merauke (studi kasus Kampung Kuler dan Tomer). Pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Informan atau sumber data dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive, yaitu Kepala Kampung, Sekretaris, Kaur, dan masyarakat (14 orang). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas bantuan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan di Distrik Naukenjerai Kabupaten Merauke (Studi Kasus Kampung Kuler dan Tomer) tidak dapat berjalan secara efektif dilihat dari beberapa indikator yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengukur efektivitas yakni : a) kebutuhan masyarakat yang berupa penyampai melalui aspirasi kepada pemerintah sangat efektif, b) bantuan pemberdayaan yang diberikan oleh pihak pemerintah maupun pihak lain kepada masyarakat lokal yang secara transparan masih kurang efektif, c) kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal masih di bahwa rata – rata kehidupan mereka sehingga dapat dikatakan kurang efektif, Kampung Kuler dan Tomer banyak bantuan – bantuan pemberdayaan yang diberikan oleh pihak pemerintah maupun pihak lain, tetapi tidak semua masyarakat lokal mendapatkan bantuan pemberdayaan itu, hanya diberikan secara KK maupun kelompok, namun belum dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat Kampung Kuler dan Tomer di Distrik Naukenjerai Kabupaten Merauke. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas Bantuan Pemberdayaan, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Lokal diKampung Kuler dan Tomer The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness ot’ local community empowerment assistance in improving welfare in the Naukenjerai District of Merauke Regency (A case study in Kampung Ktilcr and Tomer). "Fhe approach used by researcher in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The informants or data sources in this study were determined purposively. Namely the Village Head, Secretary, 1-lead, and community (14 people). The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of local community empowerment assistance to improve welfare in the Naukenjerai District of Merauke Rcgeney (A Case Study of Kampung Kuler and Tomer) cannot be effectively seen lrom scvcral indicators used by researchers to measure cffectiveness namely: a) community needs in the form of conveyers through aspirations to the government it is very effective, b) empowerment assistance provided by the government and other parties to the local community which is transparently ineffective. c) the welfare of the local community is still below average for their lives so that it can be said to be less effective, Kampung Kulet and Tomer has a lot of assistance - empowerment assistance provided by the government and other parties, but not all local communities get empowerment assistance, it is only given in KK or in groups, but it cannot be utilized maximally by Kampung Kuler and Tomer community th the Naukenjerai District of MeraukeRegency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produksi dan harga terhadap pendapatan petani cabai merah di Kampung Waninggap Say dan Kampung Waninggap Miraf Distrik Tanah Miring Kabupaten Merauke dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dari produksi dan harga terhadap pendapatan petani cabai merah di Kampung Waninggap Say dan Kampung Waninggap Miraf Distrik Tanah Miring Kabupaten Merauke, dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah petani cabai merah di Kampung Waninggap Say dan Kampung Waninggap Miraf, Distrik Tanah Miring. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara produksi terhadap pendapatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 261,211> ttabel 2,007 dan taraf signifikansinya ialah 0,000 < 0,05; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara harga terhadap pendapatan petani. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 85,192 > ttabel 2,007 dan taraf signifikansinya ialah 0,000 < 0,05 dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara produksi dan harga terhadap pendapatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan fhitung 41040,437 > ftabel 3,18 dan taraf signifikansinya ialah 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya produksi dan harga terhadap pendapatan petani cabai merah yaitu 99,9% dan sisanya 0,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Produksi, Harga, Pendapatan Abstrac: This research aims to determine the influence of production and prices on the income of red chili farmers in Waninggap Say and Waninggap Miraf Village tanah of Miring District of Merauke Regency and to find out the simultaneous influence of production and price of the income of red chili farmers in Waninggap Say and Waninggap Miraf Village tanah of Miring District of Merauke Regency, using quantitative associative research. This research uses a type of quantitative associative research with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and poll distribution. Data analysis results show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between production and income. It is evidenced by the tvalue 261,211 > ttable 2.007 and its significance is 0.000 < 0.05; (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the price of the income of farmers. It is evidenced by the value tcount 85.192 > ttable 2.007 and its significance is 0.000 < 0.05 and (3) there is a significant influence between production and the price of income. It is evidenced by the fcount 41040.437 > ftable 3.18 and its significance level is 0.000 < 0.05. The amount of production and price of red chili Farmer's income is 99.9% and the remaining 0.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besar pendapatan yang diperoleh pengusaha depot air minum isi ulang (DAMIU) di Kota Merauke. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha depot air minum isi ulang di Kota Merauke, yaitu berjumlah 31 pengusaha dan sampelnya sebanyak 31 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan. Metode tersebut terdiri atas analysis pendapatan usaha dan analisis revenue cost ratio (R/C). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendapatan usaha depot air minum isi ulang di Kota Merauke menguntungkan, dengan keuntungan rata –rata untuk usaha depot air minum isi ulang yaitu sebesar Rp. 9.368.025, perbulan. Hasil analisis revenue cost ratio di Kota Merauke menguntungkan dengan rata – rata nilai R/C untuk usaha depot air minum isi ulang di Kota Merauke yaitu sebesar 2.Kata Kunci: Produksi, Harga, Pendapatan
