Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh rasio keuangan dan factor non keuangan terhadap peringkat obligasi pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan manajemen laba sebagai variabel intervening. Populasinya adalah 60 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dan diperingkat oleh PT Pefindo pada periode 2013-2017, dan secara sensus 60 perusahaan tersebut sekaligus dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dianalisis secara regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur berupa uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan rasio keuangan, faktor non-keuangan dan manajemen laba berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi. Secara parsial variabel profitabilitas, reputasi auditor dan jenis industri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi, namun manajemen laba berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi. Sedangkan variabel likuiditas, leverage, free cash flow dan market value tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat obligasi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji sobel menunjukan bahwa secara tidak langsung manajemen laba tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara rasio keuangan dan faktor non-keuangan terhadap peringkat obligasi.

Abstract

Lecturers as instructors as well as educators are one of the components of PT that can form hardskills and soft skills from every student. Tridharma which is carried out by the lecturer is a form of lecturer performance to the DIKTI. In the performance of lecturers performance is regulated by Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 84 of 2013, Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 84 of 2013, Minister of Education and Culture Decree No.062/O/1982, No.0135/O/1990 and Minister of Education Decree No.184/U/2001. In the implementation of tri dharma lecturers are inseparable from students in their respective universities. Seeing this, the lecturer / student ratio is ≥ 100 for study programs that have a 1:30 IPA lecturer/student ratio and 1:45 IPS. The problem polemic is that the permanent lecturer and homebase status both have NIDN, lecturer lecturers do not have NIDK, extraordinary lecturers or non-permanent lecturers do not have NUP, different working hours, teaching with cut loads, guiding and testing (these are only a few colleges the only level that applies to homebase lecturers), academic supervisors, while for research and service are made the same. If viewed from the regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia number 26 of 2015 concerning the status of lecturers in Higher Education based on NIDN, NIDK; and this NUP violates but this is made to complete the ratio of lecturers and students as well as each lecturer can implement tri dharma in the field of research and service to the rules in simlibtamas. the type of research that will be conducted is quantitative research, the research method used is descriptive research. The type of data used is primary data and data collection techniques, namely the interview method. From the results of the validity test all produce valid, descriptive tests produce 100% and the results of SEM data processing result in a lecturer status policy significantly influencing the performance of the lecturer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty 2) analyze product quality influences satisfaction 3) analyze service quality influences satisfaction 4) analyze product quality has an effect on loyalty 5) analyze influential service quality to loyalty 6) To analyze satisfaction influences loyalty 7) To analyze product quality has an effect on loyalty through satisfaction 8) To analyze service quality has an effect on loyalty through satisfaction. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. Conclusion: 1) Product quality is included in the good category, good service quality, satisfied satisfaction and product loyalty in the high category. 2) Product quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) Quality of service has an effect on customer satisfaction, 4) Product quality has an effect on consumer loyalty. 5) Quality of service has an effect on consumer loyalty, 5) Satisfaction influences consumer loyalty 6) Product quality influences loyalty through satisfaction.7) Quality of service influences loyalty through satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja dimeadiasi oleh motivasi kerja pada tenaga pendidik Politeknik Angkatan Darat. Penelitian explanotary research ini berpopulasi sejumlah 63 orang tenaga pendidik yang mengajar di Politeknik Angkatan Darat, dan diambil sampel dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Data dianalisis dengan path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi, kompensai, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja pada tenaga pendidik Politeknik Angkatan Darat berada pada tingkat baik; 2) Kompetensi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada tenaga pendidik Politeknik Angkatan Darat; 3) Kompensasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada tenaga pendidik Politeknik Angkatan Darat; 4) Kompetensi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada tenaga pendidik Politeknik Angkatan Darat; 5) Kompensasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada tenaga pendidik Politeknik Angkatan Darat; 6) Motivasi kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada tenaga pendidik Politeknik Angkatan Darat; 7) Kompetensi dengan mediasi motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pada tenaga pendidik Politeknik Angkatan Darat; 8) Kompensasi dengan mediasi motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pada tenaga pendidik Politeknik Angkatan Darat.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is an effort to market a product, whether it is goods or services, using a certain pattern of plans and tactics so that the number of sales becomes higher. Definition of marketing strategies can also be interpreted as a series of efforts made by the company in order to achieve certain goals, because the potential for selling propositions is limited to the number of people who know this. Marketing Strategy has an important role in a company or business because it serves to determine the economic value of the company, both the price of goods and services. One of the most fundamental elements and indicators of the success and quality of the implementation of democratic elections is the active involvement of the community in the process of the stages of elections, especially in terms of monitoring or monitoring the electoral process. The role and participation of civil society in monitoring or monitoring the course of the democratic contestation process is very important. Participation aims to encourage active democratic activities for all electoral processes. The interest in the participation focus is an indicator of improving the quality of democracy and the nation's political life marketing strategies are implemented in the electoral organization to increase community politics and participation rates.

Abstract

The objectives of this study was to find out the correlation between quality of nursing services to patients satisfication at the in charge ward of Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares Dili. This research was conducted at Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares Dili. This research was using correlation descriptive method with cross sectional approach and spearmen rank to be used as statistic test. The sampling technique that to be used in this research were accidental sampling, total of 69 in patient respondens to be taken as subject of study. Data of this study was primary data that gained from patient using quesioner as tools. Most of quality of nursing services at the level of good category were 53 respondens (76,8%). Most of satisfication of patients at the level of satisfy category were 39 respondens (56,5%). There had correlation between quality of nursing services to patient satisfaction at Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares Dili. There had positive correlation with strong correlation level between quality of nursing services to in patients satisfication at Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares Dili with r value were 0,419. Suggestion to the part of nursing services at Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares to mantain and increasing the quality of nursing services in order patient will satisfy to services that given.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of using the SIAKAD application with the technology acceptance model (TAM) approach. The variables used are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, behavioral intention and actual usage of the SIAKAD. The number of respondents in the study is 297 students of IBI Darmajaya. Software Lisrel is used to test the SEM model. The results of the analysis show the perceived ease of use and usefulness of using the SIAKAD application influence the students' behavioral intentions and the actual usage of the SIAKAD application. However, the behavioral intention does not affect the actual usage of the SIAKAD application. The effect of perceived ease of use and usefulness is greater on behavioral intention than the effect on actual usage of the SIAKAD application. The perceived ease of use has the greatest influence on the usefulness of using the SIAKAD application. The TAM model can analyze the technology acceptance behavior well. The TAM model helps prove that the behavioral use of required technology is only influenced by the perceived ease of use and the usefulness of the technology. The behavior of using the technology is not based on the intention of the user.
