Abstract

The objectives of this study are: i) To determine the effect of motivation (External and Internal) on Employee Work Performance; ii) To find out which motivation (External and Internal) is dominantly influential on improving employee work performance. This study uses a survey system by distributing questionnaires to predetermined respondents. This type of research uses observations with Cross Sectional design, which is to determine the relationship between motivational variables and performance. The population of this study amounted to 65 employees working in Telkom Tbk Malang. The sample in this study was all employees totaling 65 people or samples. The statistical analysis used in this study is the path analysis approach with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: From the results of the description analysis that if there is an increase in external and internal motivation, the work performance of employees will also increase. From the test of the dominant variable where the dominant external motivation is found to have an effect on improving employee work performance.

Abstract

Marketing communication is an activity to establish communication that aims to help marketing activities. The marketing communication that is used as a strategy in increasing the number of students means that communication is woven to market educational institutions so that they can increase the number of students in these educational institutions every year. Marketing communication is also used in educational institutions. Namely with educational institutions offering the best educational services and facilities they have to meet the needs and desires of prospective students. This indicates that the seriousness of the management of private education institutions to attract sympathy for prospective students because students are one source of funding for private education institutions. But in reality today there are also many educational institutions that do not operate anymore or no longer offer educational services, one of which is due to a lack of interest in prospective students who enroll in the relevant educational institutions. One of the reasons is poor marketing communication so that the interest of prospective students becomes less. So with good marketing communication it will always increase the number of students in educational institutions every year.

Abstract

This study attempts to know how much compensation factors have leverage a significant impact on the performance of an Account Representative through motivation to labor as variable mediation in kpp pratama singosari .This research is research quantitative with the design survey by using questionnaire. Population research used is an Account Representative excavation potential KPP pratama singosari as many as 28 respondents and all used as respondents with the methods census. This research result indicates that compensation have had a positive impact and significant on the performance with coefficient value of 0,416 and motivation have had a positive impact and significant on the performance with coefficient value of 0,215 and motivation work be variables mediate between compensation on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otokratis terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan UMKM Batik Tulis Ghatot Tuban. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan indikator kepemimpinan otokratis berupa sentralisasi wewenang, produktivitas kerja dan manajemen. Responden yang diambil sebanyak 20 orang sehingga menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, setelah melalui uji asumsi klasik sedangkan metode analisis datanya berupa analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan semua variabel independen (sentralisasi wewenang, produktivitas kerja, dan manajemen) memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap perilaku inovatif, namun hanya satu variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif yaitu sentralisasi wewenang.

Abstract

This Study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Activity, and sale growth to financial distress at the company’s Chemical Industry in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample used in this study was 8 (eight) Chemical Industry companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical methods and multiple linier regression. The result showed that return on asset, Current Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Total Asset Turnover, and sales growth have positive and significant impact on financial distress. Partially current ratio positive and significant impact on the financial distress in the Chemical Industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and while the debt ratio and significant positive effect on the financial distress in the Chemical Industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), while ROA (return on asset) variable influence positively and significant on the financial distress in the Chemical Industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and sales growth have positive and insignificant effect on the financial distress in the Chemical Industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

Education and training is one of the important factors in placement, especially for all Alumi/former Poltekad graduates, because the implementation of education and training will make the performance of alumi/former Bintara Poltekad graduate students increase or better than before conducting education or training in Poltekad. The results of this study indicate that: i) Education has a significant influence on the performance of the former Diploma 3 Student Class Batch of XXIV Polytechnic; ii) Training has a significant influence on the performance of former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad; iii) Performance has a significant effect on the promotion of positions of former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad; iv) Education has a significant influence on job promotion from former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad; v) Training has a significant influence on job promotion from former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad; vi) Education has a significant influence on job promotion through the performance of former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad; vii) Training has a significant influence on job promotion through the performance of former Diploma 3 Students in Class XXIV Poltekad.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of tax amnesty to tax sanction in KPP Bandar Lampung, to examine the influence of tax amnesty of to tax obedience of taxpayer in KPP Bandar Lampung, and to examine the influence of tax sanction to tax obedience of taxpayer in KPP Bandar Lampung. Result shows that the influence of X1 to X2 is statistically significant (0,016 < 0,05), the influence of X1 to Y2 is not statistically significant (0,135 > 0,05) and the influence of X2 to Y2 is statistically significant (0,02 < 0,05). The influence of Y1 to Y2 is found to be statistically significant (0,000 < 0,05). The influence of X1 to Y2 is found to be not statistically significant (0,316 > 0,05).
