Abstract

Managing service quality in the current digital era requires companies to move quickly to innovate to maintain customer satisfaction continuously. The main aim of the research is to determine the extent to which the quality of service provided by PT Elshaddai Mulia Agape Sehati is reviewed from various aspects within the company. Then, the service quality of PT Elshaddai Mulia Agape Sehati should be improved so that customer trust will grow. The author used a qualitative research method with data analysis using the SWOT analysis technique. Based on interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), it was found that the company showed high commitment to providing solutions to operational obstacles, including delays in material procurement, local HR challenges, and a shortage of supervisory staff. SWOT analysis shows that PT Elshaddai has advantages in project experience, competent human resources, and competitive price offers. On the other hand, the main areas for improvement are limited capital, difficulties recruiting workers in remote locations, and the absence of an official website for information and digital marketing.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is an important aspect for a company to be able to maintain its image to the wider community for the sake of its business sustainability. This needs to start by providing the best quality from physical and non-physical aspects which will then create a separate experience in the minds of consumers in experiencing the product. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan in the people of Medan City. This type of research is quantitative. The sample measurement used the Lemeshow formula and a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. The data processing process was carried out by taking data from a google form questionnaire and then analyzed using SEM techniques in the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results obtained from this study show that: Brand image variables have no effect and are not significant to consumer satisfaction. The product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. And the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. For better business development, companies must be active in providing their best strategies and pay attention to consumer desires to create consumer satisfaction for their products.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to investigate a model of the direct variable relationships between organisational culture, moral hierarchy levels, commitment, motivation, and leadership style. Purpose  This  study  is to find  out, the direct  influence  of school organizational culture, the leadership  style of the principal, on teacher  commitment,  the level  of moral  hierarchy  on  teacher commitment, teacher work motivation on teacher commitment, the direct influence of school organizational culture, the principal's leadership style on teacher work motivation, the level of moral hierarchy  on teacher work motivation.  The study population of all junior high school teachers in Samarinda City. The sampling technique is used non-random, proportional sampling. This technique is to obtain 309 samples from the total population 796 teachers.  Path analysis is one analysis technique used to find the relationship between variables. The stages of path analysis techniques are (1) Descriptive statistical analysis, (2) Normality test requirements test and linearity test, (3) Hypothesis test using significance test analysis. Based on the results, it can be said that raising work motivation, moral hierarchy level, leadership style, and organisational culture of the school can all help junior high school teachers in Samarinda become more committed.
