Abstract

The purpose of this research to know, the influence of study motivation through students’ study achievement in student.The problem in this researh is there any inflvence the students study metivation through the students study achievement. Research used  method  quantitative. which consist of 119 students. Sample were 60 students using simple random sampling. Result  there influence students’ study motivation through  students study achievement. Correlation between  students study motivation index with study achievement  used simple linier regression is vR=0,610  was vF=75,3% to vY. It was indicated that 24,7% influenced by other factors. conclusion in this research is there was an  influence of  study motivation through  students study achievement.  Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ”apakah ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuantitaf. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 119 siswa, dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 60 orang siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik samplingnya random sampling dengan menggunakan sampling acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Dari perhitungan korelasi antara indeks motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar menggunakan regresi linier sederhana  yaitu nilai R pada hasil tersebut 0,610 sedangkan nilai KD yang diperoleh dalam perhitungan tersebut 75,3% yang dapat ditafsirkan variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh kontribusi sebesar 75,3% terhadap variabel Y dan 24,7% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa-siswi. Kata kunci : bimbingan dan konseling, motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to reduce juvenile delinquency by using group guidance service technical discussion in students of Class XI SMK SPP Lampung school year 2012/2013. The problem in this research was juvenile delinquency students. The problem in this research was “whether juvenile delinquency can be reduced by using group guidance service technical discussion?”. The methods used in this research was experimental methods by design one-group pretest-posttest. Subject in research students which showed juvenile delinquency high which totaled 6 (six) students. Data collection techniques in this research used observation guidlines. The results obtained in the research indicate that juvenile delinquency can be reduced to the students using group guidance services discussion technique, based on the calculation of the 5% significance test scored p = 0.027, p 0.05. Ha thus received, that juvenile delinquency can be reduced to the students using group guidance services discussion techniques. The conclusion of this research was juvenile delinquency can be reduced using group guidance services discussion techniques in class XI in SMK SPP Lampung Year 2012/2013. The advices which can be suggested were (1) who the subject should be confident and encourage self-esteem in order to show positive attitude in the environment. (2) BK teachers should conduct group guidance services discussion technique in solving juvenile delinquency. (3) To the researchers, should be able to do research on juvenile delinquency with involving the needs of self esteem.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, kenakalan remaja, layanan bimbingan kelompok.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the competence of guidance and counseling teachers. The problem of this research is the lowness of the competence of guidance and counseling teachers. The main problem is how the competence of guidance and counseling teachers. This research used a descriptive method and data were got and collected through The Competence Counselor Scale. The population of this research is 22 guidance and counseling teachers at state Senior High School in Metro. The result of this research showed that the competence of guidance and counseling teachers were in good qualification. 25% guidance and counseling teachers were in very good qualification, 75% guidance and counseling teachers were in good qualification, 17% non-guidance and counseling teachers were in good qualifications, 17% non-guidance and counseling teachers were in good enough qualification, and 66% non-guidance and counseling teachers were in not good gualification.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling. Adapun permasalahannya adalah bagaimana kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Kompetensi Konselor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 guru bimbingan dan konseling pada SMA Negeri se-Kota Metro. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kualifikasi baik. 25% guru bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik, 75% guru bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kualifikasi baik, 17% guru non bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kualifikasi baik, 17% guru non bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kualifikasi cukup baik, dan 66% guru non bimbingan dan konseling berada pada kualifikasi kurang baik.
