Abstract

The purpose of the research is to increase a  positive attitude towards psychological well-being, especially the dimension of self acceptance. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental design of  untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest.  The research subjects used an experimental group of 10 people and a control group of 10 people. Data collection techniques use a self-acceptance attitude scale. The results showed that attitudes towards student self acceptance in schools could be improved through role playing technique group guidance services, this was shown through the Mean Whitney Test results. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the value (Sig) was 0.000 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was an increase in students' attitudes towards self-acceptance after being given the role playing group guidance service in the experimental group. The conclusion is that attitudes towards self acceptance can be increased using the role playing group guidance services in the experimental group in SMA N 5 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2017/2018.Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan sikap positif  terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis khususnya dimensi self acceptance. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen desain untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest. Subjek penelitian menggunakan  kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 10 orang dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala sikap peneriman diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sikap terhadap self acceptance siswa di sekolah dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing, hal ini ditunjukan melalui hasil Uji Mean Whitney. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan nilai (Sig) 0,000 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya bahwa terdapat peningkatan sikap siswa terhadap self acceptance setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing pada kelompok eksperimen. Kesimpulannya adalah sikap terhadap self acceptance  dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing pada kelompok eksperimen di SMA N 5 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, role playing, self acceptance

Abstract

The research problem was whether the information service discussion method can be used to increase student’s learning motivation. The purpose of the study was to determine the increase in learning motivation by using the information service discussion method at the eighth grade of SMP Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung Academic Year of 2018/2019. The method used in this study was the Quasi Experiment method with Pretest and Posttest Design. The research subjects were 20 students who had low learning motivation. The data were obtained by using learning motivation scale. The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test, obtained zvalue= -3.922 ztable = 1.645, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Conclusion of research is information service with discussion method could be used to increase learning motivation at the eighth grade of SMP Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019.Permasalahan penelitian adalah Apakah layanan informasi metode diskusi dapat dipergunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar dengan menggunakan layanan informasi metode diskusi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi Eksperiment dengan Pretest and Posttest Design.Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi belajar. Abstract

Subjek penelitian  ini sebanyak 10 orang kelompok eksperimen dan 10 orang kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala sikap positive relations with others.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap terhadap positive relations with others dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing,  hal ini ditunjukkan hasil uji Mean Whitney. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai (Sig.) 0,000 0,05, maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima, artinya bahwa terdapat peningkatan sikap terhadap positive relations with others setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing pada kelompok eksp erimen.
