JURNAL PUNDI
Jurnal Pundi ( E-ISSN: 2656-2278 ) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform bagi para peneliti mapan dan karier awal. Jurnal ini menerima penelitian- makalah berbasis dari bidang Manajemen, Akuntansi, dan Ilmu Ekonomi. Diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan, Perbankan dan Pembangunan Padang yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, dosen, dan mahasiswa di lingkungan kemenristekdikti RI. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, Maret, Juli dan November. Setiap artikel di- review oleh para ahli sistem blind review ganda dan artikel yang disubmit belum pernah di publish pada jurnal lain. Kontribusi untuk edisi mendatang dipersilahkan. Ruang lingkup Jurnal Pundi mencakup analisis saat ini pada: Ekonomi Manajemen dan Bisnis Akuntansi Keuangan Publik Aplikasi ekonomi.

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion strategies and facilities on the selection of anai land tourist attractions. The population of this study was that of anai land tourism visitors in June 2019 with a total of 3,774 visitors. Use the Slovin formula to determine the sample. The number of samples used was 98 respondents. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The results showed that the promotion strategy had a positive and significant effect on the choice of tourist attractions as indicated by a significant value of 0.00, while facilities had no positive and significant effect on the choice of tourist attractions indicated by a significant value of 0.801.]]>

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate The purpose of this study conducted to enhance the knowledge about of profitability and Solvability on stock returns. The population is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 periods. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling method with 83 companies have been selected as samples. The analytical method used is regression analysis of panel data with the help of application E-Views 8. The study show that profitability have positive and significant influence on Stock Return in Indonesia, and Solvability have positive and significant influence on Stock Return.]]>

<![CDATA[This research had a purpose to analyze deconcentration fund of education field in West Sumatera Province on 2011-2015. The type of analysis used is descriptive quantitative by collecting and analizyng the data of allocated deconcentration fund, Report on Budget Outcomes (RBO), Strategic Plan of Education Ministry, Accountability Report of Government’s Performance, program implementation, and relation with government in educational field. The result of the research showed that there are activities that were not accordance with the nature of deconcentration fund which is non-physical activity, such as in 2011 and 2012 there were still many physical activities such as building construction, laboratory equipment procurement, and rehabilitation of classroom and building of education office. The absorption of deconcentration fund would give a better affects for performance of education offices of West Sumatra Province. This could be seen from the total absorption of deconcentration funds that can increase the percentage of APK and APM which became the main indicator of the main programs in achieving performance.]]>

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate Basically, every company has a goal to maintain the company and develop its business in order to obtain a return. In maintaining the company's return depends on how the company's ability to bear risk. The higher the risk taken, the greater the expected return received. The study was conducted to increase knowledge about the effect of leverage on return volatility. Population are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at the end of the 2018 observation period. The sample collection technique has been carried out using a purposive sampling method with 14 companies selected as samples. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis, in this method observations were made from 2014 - 2018 and obtained 70 observations. This study shows that leverage has a positive and significant effect on return volatility.]]>

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate Employee performance is important to be considered by every organization because human beings, in this case employees are the main factors in the work process which in turn will make the overall performance of agencies take place properly. Performance can be seen from the achievements in achieving a certain target with a certain time. This study aims to examine the impact of the impact of work culture and work discipline on employee performance in the West Pasaman regional development planning office. The sampling technique used was saturated sample technique which is 60 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires. The analysis method is a multiple analysis method with the help of the SPSS application. The initial test is tested for validity to test the accuracy of the instrument being measured. With the results of the study indicate that work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of interest rates and service quality partially and simultaneously on customer decisions using KUR credit at the Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol Branch of Padang City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling so that from the population a sample of 100 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaire and literature review. From the t-test, the interest rate has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use credit KUR at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City, tangible has no effect on the decision to use credit KUR at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City, reliability has a positive and significant influence on the decision using KUR credit at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol of Padang City, responsiveness (X4) negatively and significantly affected the decision to use credit for credit at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol in Padang City, assurance had a positive and significant influence on the decision to use credit curses at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol Kota Padang and empaty did not affect the decision to use credit for credit at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City. From the results of the F test, it is proved that the interest rate and service quality variables simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the decision to use credit curses at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City.]]>

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate Fast traslate Icon translate This 1study1 aims1 to determine the 1influence of leadership and organization culture on performance of employee in PT. Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk. The methode of analysis used in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis and using a quantitative approach. Collecting data using questionnaires and surveys with sampling by random sampling from a population where 54 employees, the sample used is as much as 54 respondents. Prior to test the hypothesis, the data of respondents through some statistical data processing, among others: the validity and reliability of data, such assumption; test for normality, homoskedastisitas test, and multicollinearity test. Then proceed with the analysis of the multiple liner regression and t test. And based on the result of statistical analysis, the results are as follows, namely: that the influence of leadership and organization culture factors has a positive effect and significant on employee performace.]]>

<![CDATA[The government estimates that the manufacturing industry sector which will slow down in 2017 will experience another depress in 2018, if the company's capability is low then the company's value will also be lowered. This study aims to analyze the influence of the independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, board of commissioners, leverage and audit committee on the value of the company in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The samples in this study were 8 companies and 40 observations. This research uses the company's annual financial statement data and summary reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The method of data analysis is panel data regression. The results showed that the independent board of commissioners, board of commissioners, leverage, audit committee had no significant effect on the value of the company (PBV). Institutional ownership and managerial ownership have a positive and significant effect on the value of the company.]]>

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of trust, convenience and quality of information on online purchasing decisions in the shopee application among students in the city of Padang. This type of research is a quantitative approach, with a population of students in the city of Padang who have made online purchases in the Shopee application totaling 96 samples using the lemeshow formula measurement. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The data were processed using multiple linear regression using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the trust, convenience and quality of information partially have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions in the shopee application for students in the city of Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate Fast traslate Icon translate This study aims to analyze the effect of noise and work time on work stress on civil servants working at BKPSDM Pariaman City. This study includes quantitative research. This research population is all civil servants who work at BKPSDM Pariaman City. Sampling method using census. Then choose a sample size of 33 people. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results based on multiple regression analysis show that noise does not significantly influence work stress that occurs in civil servants working at BKPSDM Pariaman City. This supports the results of previous studies conducted by Lathifa Rusyda Gani, Dwita Aryadina, Laksmi Indreswari and Alif Mardijana (2005) who stated that noise had no significant effect on work stress at a significant level of 0.654. .
