<![CDATA[Improving employee performance giving compensation and motivation is an indicator that can affect employee performance. However, every company has an organization. Organizations have commitments called organizational commitment. With all these variables can improve employee performance at PT. IDS Medical System Indonesia Medan Branch. In the study, it shows that the variable X1 is Compensation, Variable X2 is Motivation and Variable X3 Organizational Commitment called the free variable. While for the dependent variable is the performance of employee Y. for the population and sample in this study amounted to 80 people. The results of the study that the variable compensation and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees with a sig value <0.05. However, for organizational commitment variables not so influential with employee performance with a sig value> 0.05.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Performance in an organization is considered important to achieve the goals and objectives set by the organization. To achieve such a professional performance in the police organization, especially on the Satrkrim Polresta Padang as which has been regulated by law, motivation is needed for each of its members. In all the national police organizations without exception and especially Sat Reskrim Polresta Padang has adopted a democratic leadership style which is based on eleven principles of Ki Hajar Dewantara. The variables described in the study are motivation (X1), leadership style (X2), work environment (X3) and employee performance (Y). The hypothesis described by the researcher is 1) the effect of motivation on performance, 2) the influence of leadership style on performance and 3) the influence of the work environment on performance. Based on the results of the study, the authors get conclusions which between motivation and leadership style both have a significant and positive effect on the performance of police members while for the work environment researchers get negative and not significant results on the performance of police members, especially members of the Sat Reskrim Polresta Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the leadership, motivation and work discipline of employees at PT Semen Padang. The sample in this study amounted to 50 employees. The statistical tool used is multiple linear regression (linear regression). Data were analyzed using SPSS 16 Statistical software. The result of the t test (partial) leadership significantly affect performance of employees with sig t 0.000 < 0.05 and 6.747 t-test value, motivation is not significantly affect performance of employees with sig t 0.783 > 0.05 and value of the t-calculate the value of -0.277, work discipline affect job performance of employees with sig t 0.032 < 0.05 and value of the t-test value of 2.212.]]>

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate Fast traslate Icon translate This study aims to analyze the effect of noise and work time on work stress on civil servants working at BKPSDM Pariaman City. This study includes quantitative research. This research population is all civil servants who work at BKPSDM Pariaman City. Sampling method using census. Then choose a sample size of 33 people. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results based on multiple regression analysis show that noise does not significantly influence work stress that occurs in civil servants working at BKPSDM Pariaman City. This supports the results of previous studies conducted by Lathifa Rusyda Gani, Dwita Aryadina, Laksmi Indreswari and Alif Mardijana (2005) who stated that noise had no significant effect on work stress at a significant level of 0.654. . <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of educational background and work experience on the work ethic of employees at the wali nagari air bangis office. The sample in this study was employees of the wali nagari air bangis office with a total sample of 35 employees. This type of research is quantitative research with total sampling method. The data in this study were processed using multiple linear regressions using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that educational background has no significant effect on employee work ethic and work experience has significant effect on employee work ethic.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the training carried out by the community service implementation team is to help students of SMA 2 VII Koto Sungai Sariak use the application in creating their entrepreneurial profile. The training material is the use of the KineMaster application in creating student business profiles. The training is carried out directly at the school. The method of implementing the training is presentation and hands-on practice. The training material was delivered by presenting the use of the KineMaster application directly from the cellphone to the infocus screen using a connector that had been prepared by the service team. The result of this training is that Ninety percent of students (21 people) can use the application on their respective cellphones and another ten percent (2 people) cannot do so with the problem that their existing cellphones do not support downloading applications. In general, students can make video texts that are equipped with audio and can be applied to their business profiles. Difficulties faced by students can be solved directly by the team ]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara pengaruh citra perusahaan dan tempat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan kendaraan bermotor terhadap asuransi kendaraan bermotor di PT Bumi Putra Muda Insurance Padang. Dalam penelitian ini, jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan asuransi kendaraan bermotor PT Bumi Putra Muda Insurance Padang. Hal ini dikarenakan citra perusahaan memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,010, nilai signifikannya lebih kecil dari alpha sebesar 0,05. 2) Lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah asuransi kendaraan bermotor PT Bumi Putra Muda Insurance Padang. Hal ini dikarenakan lokasi memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000, nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari alfa 0,05.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kompensasi kinerja karyawan di Puskesmas Tarok Lubuk, untuk menguji Beban Kerja kinerja karyawan di Puskesmas Lubuk Tarok; penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Tarok Lubuk. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling 50 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa santunan memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Puskesmas Tarok Lubuk. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh brand image dan brand trust terhadap loyalitas pelanggan ponsel Oppo di Research Cell District. Sangir Kab. Solok Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif; populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan ponsel Oppo di distrik sel penelitian. Sangir Kab. Solok Selatan sebanyak 234 pelanggan, pemilihan sampel melalui metode simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 pelanggan yang diperoleh dari rumus slovon. Analisis teknis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai t-count sebesar (3,295> 0,235) dan variabel brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai t-count (2,952> 0,235).]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji lokasi keputusan nasabah untuk menabung di PT BPR LPN Tarantang Dharmasraya. Untuk menguji promosi Keputusan Nasabah Menabung di PT BPR LPN Tarantang Dharmasraya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT BPR LPN Tarantang Dharmasraya. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 96 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PT BPR LPN Tarantang Dharmasraya.
